H10 Palazzo Canova, Venice

The H10 Palazzo Canova is exceptional. It was such a pleasure to stay there for 7 nights in late March 2024. I stayed in two different rooms, a superior room and a deluxe, partial canal view room. They were both lovely and very quiet and dark for sleeping. In 7 nights I never heard a sound from the corredor or other rooms, and the hotel was full. With the windows shut there was no sound from outside. The superior room had a nice view of the street and other buildings, and the partial canal view was lovely. If you want the heat or AC turned off so it doesnt come on in the night and wake you, just call reception snd they will turn it off. The rooms and lobby area are beautiful, but the best part of this hotel are the people who work there. Everyone I spoke to in reception made me feel welcome and by the time I left I felt like I was leaving some new friends. Their level of service is outstanding, even including making arrangements for me to ship some things home to the US three weeks after I had left the hotel. I would love to stay there again.

We used the Rooftop bar for a cocktail. We were not staying in the hotel. Superb view of the Rialto Bridge and canals and boats and gondolas. They provide blankets and heaters when cold. Had superb mocktail. Large selection of drinks, cocktails and mocktails.

The hotel was perfect for our family visit. We had 3 rooms. 2 of the rooms were connected and quite spacious for Venice. The bathrooms were very comfortable and in excellent condition. The staff was exceptional! They arranged transfers, tours and provided suggestions with pleasure. As they can attest, I am not easy to please but they did a magnificent job. They get 5 stars.

We loved this hotel overall and would certainly return. It is very close to the Rialto Bridge right on the Grand Canal, so a perfect base for exploring Venice. The hotel itself is beautifully decorated with very comfortable rooms. We had a family suite which was very spacious with many luxury touches, including lovely bed linen, huge beds, very smart bathroom and a private terrace. The breakfast was lovely with a wide selection of fresh breads, pastries, fruit, meat and cheese. We opted for fresh omelettes, waffles and pancakes which were all delicious. The rooftop bar was a gorgeous setting with amazing views and a great place to watch the Grand Canal. The staff in the bar and elsewhere were also very welcoming and couldnt do enough to help. Highly recommended!

This was a couples trip. This hotel was beyond expecting. The hotel service was excellent with friendly staff. Location was so close to many tourist attractions s specifically the Rialto bridge. The interior of the place was what blew my mind. Bright and chic!!! I cant wait to come back and also try their other properties!!! Also the rooms were clean and the toiletries smelled so good!
