Exceptional stay! Kind and attentive staff from the bellman, the concierge, front desk, and waitstaff- truly lovely people! Service was excellent! Great location and beautiful hotel! Rooms are spacious and well appointed. Rooftop bar serves cocktails and light snacks- nice view and atmosphere. Restaurant has an excellent breakfast with buffet and made to order items. Lobby is welcoming and both stylish and comfortable. Highly recommend!

Perfect in all regards!

Not much else to say here that others haven't already mentioned. Location is perfect right on the Grand Canal and steps away from the Rialto Bridge. We had a room facing the Canal so it was awesome to just watch the beautiful chaos below with all of the boats going by. Rooftop bar was great to hang out and do the same. Rooms are very nice, service great, and you can get dropped off right at the door to the hotel from a water taxi, which is what we did from the train station.

This was our fifth visit to Venice and The H10 is by far the best hotel we have stayed in.
Beautiful location on the Grand Canal near the Rialto Bridge, the outdoor terrace, where you can enjoy cocktails, offers fantastic views of the Grand Canal.
The very warm welcome at check-in from Victor offering us glasses of bubbly set the tone for the whole of our stay. All the staff were courteous and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. From offering advice, to being interested in and chatting about our plans, we were made to feel genuinely valued.
Our room was comfortable and spotlessly clean and had a turn-down service in the evening.
The choice of food at breakfast was simply amazing. All the staff were lovely. There is also an outdoor courtyard where you can take breakfast.
We will definitely be returning to the H10 Palazzo Canova.
Special thanks to Victor and all the staff who helped make our stay so special.
