An outstanding stay in Venice!

This is a 4-star superior hotel located very close to the Rialto Bridge, and it truly exceeded all expectations. The rooms are incredibly beautiful, spotless, and very stylish. The entire hotel is stunning and impressively modern, which is quite rare in Venice. What really stands out is the service. Every single member of the staff was exceptionally friendly, attentive, and professional. A special mention goes to the Front Office Manager, Iacopo, who made our stay truly memorable. From the moment we checked in, he went above and beyond. We were kindly upgraded upon arrival, and he took the time to recommend great spots and excellent restaurants. His level of care and attention made a real difference. Since we enjoyed our stay so much, we wanted to extend for another night. Even though the hotel was almost fully booked, he managed to make it happen, which we really appreciated. The hotel also organizes excellent water taxis, which makes arrival and departure very smooth and comfortable. The rooftop bar is another highlight, offering great service, amazing views, and very good drinks. Overall, this feels much closer to a 5-star experience than a 4-star superior hotel. Everything from the rooms to the service and the overall atmosphere is top level. Highly recommended when staying in Venice!

Wonderful Hotel in Venice!

We recently returned from our stay at the beautiful H10 Palazzo Canova in Venice, and we highly recommend it! We loved everything about the hotel: the location, which is perfect, just steps from the Rialto Bridge; the breakfast, which was excellent with lots of choices and made to order egg dishes; the staff, who were universally helpful and kind. We would especially like to call out Iacopo, the Front Desk Manager, who was able to grant our request and get Room 104 for us, and also Victor, who was so kind checking us in, and Shaiful, who was also helpful about so many things, and also everyone else who helped us. Our room was very special, with a balcony that was right on the Grand Canal with wonderful views of all the constant boat action and the beautiful Rialto Bridge. We spent hours enjoying that view! We also loved the very comfortable bed and the spacious lighted armoires for our clothes. The separate sitting room was also welcome and also had great Grand Canal views from the window. Our bedroom was very quiet once the door and windows were closed, which was important to us. The decor of the room was very beautiful. The room was also extremely clean. The bathroom, with the Grand Canal wallpaper, was also great. We thank Iacopo again for helping us and hope we can soon return to this special hotel!

The PERFECT hotel in central Venice.

We have recently returned from a two night stay at the H10 Palazzo Canova. Everything throughout our stay has been excellent. We had arranged a private boat transfer from the airport, which allowed us to be dropped directly in front of the hotel, a wonderful way to arrive. The check in process was excellent, quick, friendly and complimented with Prosecco for us all. The two ladies behind the desk were very friendly, professional and very attentive to our needs. We had two rooms booked, one on the first floor and the second on the fourth floor, both with partial canal views. Both rooms were spotlessly clean and very well appointed, delighted with both rooms. Breakfast on each morning was plentiful and tasty, with a menu of cooked items and a selection of pastries, breads and meats etc to accompany. The roof top bar and terrace are lovely for relaxing, it was a little cold on our stay however not a problem as there were blankets and heaters. Again, the staff were brilliant and attentive. The location is exceptional, moments from the Rialto bridge with many restaurants and bars within walking distance. All together, this has been an absolutely brilliant stay, we will be staying here again when we return to Venice.
