H10 Big Sur, Tenerife

Amazing stay, second visit to Big Sur. We have been fortunate to have many holidays in Tenerife and this hotel is the only one we have booked twice and look forward to coming again. The location in Los Cristianos is beautiful and the sound of the waves is wonderful and being on the promenade makes for lovely walks. The hotel is spotless and all the staff are just so professional and friendly, the food was amazing and the choice outstanding, every need is catered to. They provide evening entertainment every night in the lovely bar, perfect to round off your evening . I would certainly recommend this hotel and thank all the lovely people who work so hard for a perfect holiday. G&J

We have stayed here several times over the past few years and the impressive thing is that this hotel has consistently been very good. The staff are always friendly, efficient and professional and do their best to ensure a good stay. Food is varied with plenty of choice and the show cooking stations are a real plus. Rooms are comfortable and clean, as is the whole hotel. Pool is small but still big enough and never had a problem getting sun beds there or on the roof terrace. The daily gifts we received in the room were a nice touch and appreciated. Location is excellent with access to the promenade and beach. Wouldn't stay anywhere else in the area and look forward to our next visit.

The hotel staff were so friendly and attentive and you felt looked after at the hotel. We went half board and the food was delicious and plenty of choices. They have a chill out area on the roof which was perfect for sunbathing and relaxing after breakfast. The pool area is fab as well although it is not always easy finding a space with towels left on the sun beds. The hotel is right next to the beach which was so fabulous. There are activities and entertainment each day and evening which is always good. We would definitely return

Just returned from a 5 night stay at the Big Sur. It was our first time here (normally stay in PDLA/Costa Adeje) and found this boutique hotel charming. From the moment you walk in to the hotel foyer you are greeted with smiles & the distinctive H10 scent, check in is painless & you’re not obliged to wear the security bracelet however it’s so easy for room access & paying your bar tab you forget it’s on..Food is plentiful & varied, we always headed for the show chefs as everything cooked in front of you. The pool area is a little crowded, smallish pool however very refreshing, there are 2 Chill Out areas on the 8th floor (rooftop) if you don’t need to swim with amazing views and plenty of beds. All the staff are very friendly & being a small hotel it was easy to meet fellow guests, evening entertainment was a little varied although the Queen tribute band (Mercury Rising) were a hoot Freddie would have chuckled from above as the front man had him to a tee!! All in all a great stay, weather could have been warmer (used to coming over in October when it’s 30°C) the only reason it’s deducted a star is the the lack of space in the minibar to put your own drinks in, no usb/usbc chargers in the bedrooms, no freshly squeezed orange juice at breakfast…Just to say we stayed when there were quite a number of older couples guesting here 55+ & would advise if you’re in your 20s/30s it may not be the hotel for you but having spoken to some regular stayers here they say the profile does vary at different times of the year…All in all it was a great place to stay

Delightful boutique hotel which impressed immediately. The foyer decor with its black and white theme and ‘suit case’ wall is eye catching and the staff welcoming. Our standard room was extremely comfortable with high quality beds. We had everything we needed. We were half board and were delighted with the wide choice of food and the excellent standards in the dining room. Breakfast on the terrace was the best way to start the day, especially with pancakes, made to order , bacon and maple syrup! The pool area was in great order with plenty of sun loungers and chairs. Everywhere was spotless. The staff in the bars and dining room were friendly and efficient. Last but in no way least were the pilates, exercise classes and aqua aerobics taken by Coco. An experienced professional Coco made these sessions extremely enjoyable and entertaining and is an asset to this fine establishment.
