Excellent service from beginning to end from all staff, after an issue with our room it was immediately rectified by reception staff especially Liana and Jesus who couldn't be more helpful.
Variety of food was excellent although we are not big fish lovers. Room service available if required but not used, beds very comfortable and remade by staff every day. Pool area had plenty of sunbeds but you didn't have to queue up at silly o'clock for a bed. Free water station was a great bonus for everyone with access at rear of hotel brilliant. We would certainly stay at H10 big sur again.
