Fabulous holiday

My husband and I had a wonderful holiday at this hotel, its location is perfect with a fabulous view of the sea. Even though its on the promenade it is a very peaceful hotel. We stayed in a superior room and it was fabulous to have such a spacious patio with sun beds, made the holiday so relaxing.
The staff are all amazing, make you feel extremely welcome and nothing is too much trouble. The bar staff are very attentive and even when its very busy service is excellent. We throughly enjoyed the evening entertainment which was every night and very good.
We enjoyed both breakfast and evening meal where there was always a delicious and varied choice.
The hotel is a little tired in some areas but this did not lesson the enjoyment of our holiday in any way,
It is not always I e mail a hotel to thank them but this hotel deserved a big thank you. See you next year, already booked

Had a fantastic time in the H10 Big Sur staff were extremely helpful and friendly rooms where cleaned every day. Breakfast was amazing loads to choose from . The add extras we received every day was so unexpected and extremely thought will definitely be back .

Fabulous H10 Big Sur

We had a most enjoyable stay at H10 Big Sur. The staff helped make this a memorable holiday, we had a lovely room with a gorgeous balcony and sea view. The room was a bit dated, along with the bathroom, they could certainly do with a refresh but they were cleaned daily and fresh towels were plentiful. The daily surprise gift's were lovely along with the chocolates each evening, a lovely gesture. We were delighted with our surprise rose cava in our room on arrival and a welcome drink on check in. Elana on reception was helpful and kind. The food choices at breakfast, during our stay were varied and there was always something new to try. We loved the Irish sausages and rashers. The choices for evening meals were fabulous and the extremely, hardworking chef's go the extra mile to prepare sumptuous meals, all cooked to order. We particularly liked that all meats and fish were cooked fresh each night, they were worth the wait and always served with a smile.
The waiters were so welcoming and friendly particularly Pasquel, Juan, Jose, Kenneth and lovely Lorenzo. We looked forward to dining each evening and would highly recommend half board.
The entertainment each night was fantastic and the artists were professional, polished and highly entertaining. Probably the best hotel entertainment we've ever experienced.
The only issue we had was the lack of air conditioning in the reception, foyer and indoor dining area. We will definitely return to this hotel albeit during cooler months. Thanks Big Sur for fabulous holiday.

The hotel is clean and has a few but well maintained facilities. The pool was large enough and warm, there was always enough sun loungers and the atmosphere was okay but this is influenced by the guests. The hotel is very well positioned and the staff, buffet style food and rooms were all of a good standard. I would stay here again if I was to return to Tenerife. 5/5 for a 4 star hotel.
