We stayed for 7 nights half board. On the whole a fantastic week in the sun
The hotel is located just a short walk away from the beach front. There are several supermarkets around it which are also very handy.
The hotel is very well presented upon arrival, the reception area is modern and stylish. The lifts (3 in total) were never a lengthy wait. We had lengthy wait from arriving at 10am and our room wasn't ready until 3pm. There was a secure luggage store in the lobby area.
Our room was a twin room pool view. I'd definitely recommend the pool view as front rooms experience the road noise as well as the club noise over the road. The room was spacious enough and clean. The balcony was spacious and private. My feedback for the hotel management to consider is:
1. To refurb the bathroom to a higher standard as they are outdated
2. To revamp the rooms by adding more plug sockets. We had one socket to use in the room and one in bathroom. Not ideal in this day and age and teen tech charging requirements
The reception staff are lovely. The dining room staff were nice enough but at times I felt like I got a scowl or two! The cleaners work hard too. Enjoy your break as the season ends!
The food was ok - we found it difficult to find something to eat most nights. Breakfast was standard as in most Spanish hotels. The only comment I would say is everything was cold even upon opening time.
The pool bar was open daily. Reasonably priced too as was the piano bar. The waiters are great and friendly.
The pool area is nice enough, there seemed to be plenty of sunbeds but we were there last week of the season. At times, it did get crowded with sunbeds where everyone is trying to get the best sun spot.
There wasn't much daytime entertainment just music by the pool. Maybe there is more during the height of the season. Nighttime entertainment was varied and depends on your taste. Bruno Mars, rock band, Tahiti show and Disney were our faves
There was plenty going on for Halloween in the area too with Salouween being a fantastic experience for us. However the hotel doesn't advertise this and when we asked what was happening on the front we were told it was a market and not to be too concerned about it as it was only on at the weekends. We ventured down on Halloween night and it was amazing! Pleased we did.
Overall a lovely week, would have been fantastic with just a couple of improvements which I hope the team take on board which would draw us back in the future.

Just returned from a week at this hotel, it was amazing. Our rooms were very clean and beds comfortable. All staff were very polite, the restaurant staff work very hard to get guests seated quickly, we didn't have to queue at anytime, good selection of food. Pool area had plenty of beds available. Only 5 mins to the beach, bus stop outside & bus plana shop opposite where we arranged trip to Barcelona. We would stay again.

Great hotel, location and most staff

We stayed here in August 2025. The hotel is in a good location, it's a busy hotel, and the staff overall are efficient in their roles; however, not the friendliest. A smile would not go amiss, as it was hot and they worked hard; this could be the reason. The room was cleaned daily, but attention to detail was needed; our balcony table was not cleaned once while there. We removed the coffee stains daily. The daytime bar staff were fine, especially the lady. Unfortunately, we found the evening bar staff poor, and not as good as the daytime staff, or at making cocktails worse, we have ever had. The food was okay, always found something with a good selection of salads, and on occasion hot food selection. The dining room staff were very good and never stopped. The pool area was kept clean and tidy, which brings up the use of loungers. The reports that guests queued at the door to bag their loungers were correct; some even started queuing at 8.00 am, and when the door was opened, the race began. You have to see it to believe it. They put out their towels, then queued again to get their breakfast. Never at any time did we see any towels removed. The hotel is about a 10-minute walk away from the beach, with loungers and parasols costing 10 euros each. The sea was warm, but not the cleanest or clearest water, but safe (unlike the UK ). We had a great time at the resort, two family members went to the theme park (2-day pass) and reported it was well worth the money spent. There are some fountains at one end of the beach front ( near the illusion show venue ) which, on a night at around 10 o'clock, have a light and music show with the fountains changing colour and shapes. There is a good supermarket near the hotel. Turn left out of the main hotel door in 2 minutes, you will see a snack bar; the supermarket entrance is just inside the outside of snack bar to your right Would we go to this resort and hotel again most certainanly
