Lovely hotel with a very relaxed atmosphere. Entertainment good, pool excellent, room a bit tired in places and a bit grubby but ok . Food lovely but not very warm, although there was a microwave provided so perhaps they knew there was a problem. Great location and on the flat so easy to get around. Supermarket next door and bars, restaurants and shops all around. Beach is a short walk away. This was our first visit to this hotel but plan to return next year.

Enjoyable holiday

Just got back from a 10 day stay at the H10 Salou Princess, overall our stay was good, i had emailed 2 months in advance to request a high floor & pool view, on arrival our room was 1st floor facing main road, as much as i was disappointed as it was our 10th wedding anniversary and i wanted it to be special our room was lovely and we didnt hear the traffic apart from when spain got through to the final and we expected it. We was half board and the food was good with plenty on offer and the breakfast staff worked there feet sore constantly clearing tables and making sure the dining room ran smoothly. The pool area was quite good but watching people queue up to get a sun lounger then running through the doors at 9am was like watching pathetic people who put there towels down n then coming into breakfast or going out for day. There was plenty of parasols to go round. You can buy a private double sun bed but im not sure how much for. I didnt use the jacuzzi, but on the top deck there is 1 for adults over 16. Most of the bar staff was really nice & polite but there was 1 bold headed server who is arrogant and rude and i got the feeling he doesn't like the english or maybe he is in the wrong job as he didn't know how to smile or be polite. The rooms are dated and to say the hotel is supposed to be 4* the bathroom is very tired and needs a urgent update, the bedroom itself was very clean and the maids work hard getting rooms cleaned each day. I was very disappointed we had to pay for safe and there was no kettle which for a 4* H10 shocked me, we stayed at H10 Porto Pontiente in Benidorm which is same a 4* but omg the hotel in Benidorm blinds this hotel and as we had stayed in the amazing Porto Pontiente thought all H10 was of the same standard. The entertainment for kids looked good, we didnt have any but they was constantly doing things.

We absolutely fell in love with salou and this hotel .. from the minute we arrived the receptionist staff where absolutely fantastic.. checkin was so quick.. the hotel itself is absolutely beautiful so family orientated.. my son is 2 years old and he had an absolute ball .. the hotel is spotless and yes granted the rooms could do with a bit of an update but they where spotless also .. the restaurant had plenty as my son is a picky eater he still had plenty of choice.. the restaurant staff where so patient with us as he had a few melt downs but they where fantastic with him.. even the cleaning staff where so helpful .. we loved this hotel that much we are returning next year

Great hotel, location and most staff

We stayed here in August 2025. The hotel is in a good location, it's a busy hotel, and the staff overall are efficient in their roles; however, not the friendliest. A smile would not go amiss, as it was hot and they worked hard; this could be the reason. The room was cleaned daily, but attention to detail was needed; our balcony table was not cleaned once while there. We removed the coffee stains daily. The daytime bar staff were fine, especially the lady. Unfortunately, we found the evening bar staff poor, and not as good as the daytime staff, or at making cocktails worse, we have ever had. The food was okay, always found something with a good selection of salads, and on occasion hot food selection. The dining room staff were very good and never stopped. The pool area was kept clean and tidy, which brings up the use of loungers. The reports that guests queued at the door to bag their loungers were correct; some even started queuing at 8.00 am, and when the door was opened, the race began. You have to see it to believe it. They put out their towels, then queued again to get their breakfast. Never at any time did we see any towels removed. The hotel is about a 10-minute walk away from the beach, with loungers and parasols costing 10 euros each. The sea was warm, but not the cleanest or clearest water, but safe (unlike the UK ). We had a great time at the resort, two family members went to the theme park (2-day pass) and reported it was well worth the money spent. There are some fountains at one end of the beach front ( near the illusion show venue ) which, on a night at around 10 o'clock, have a light and music show with the fountains changing colour and shapes. There is a good supermarket near the hotel. Turn left out of the main hotel door in 2 minutes, you will see a snack bar; the supermarket entrance is just inside the outside of snack bar to your right Would we go to this resort and hotel again most certainanly
