Fantastic Stay

First time at the princess and it wont be our last. Lovely hotel, even though we paid for a superior room with pool view but the pool view we got was the pool of the apartments behind the hotel!!!! Room was a good size and cleaned everyday. No problems getting beds at the pool. The pool bar was good. Alfredo and the team were so lovely. Our only gripe was the food and size of dining room. Was not big enough for size of hotel. Got so chaotic at times. Apart from that we had the best 12 nights and we will be back

Lovely hotel, great location

Just back from a week at Salou Princess and what a lovely hotel it is. Roombooked the superior room which includes walkin shower, kettle, free safe and pool view, well worth paying a little extra especially for pool view, standard rooms do not include kettles so check there website, beds were very comfy and pillows like marshmellows, my only issue with room was had to put kettle on floor to use it as plug sockets very low down. Restaurantit gets busy at all times but staff are great they clear tables and replace food quickly so it flows well, food is good but only luke warm hotel needs to invest in something better plates also cold, had to heat my food in microwave. Poolwhat a lovely pool/pool bar, you can get a sunbed at most times of day but not enough umbrellas, good choice of food and drinks at pool bar, only issue here was poolside was playing music and pool bar was playing different music so the two together wasnt great. Cleanlinessamazing place was spotless reception always looked good and smelt lovely I loved this hotel, location is just a 10min walk from seafront, and 15min transfer from Reus airport plenty of taxis 30-35 euros, will defo be coming back, thankyou H10 Salou Princess

Great hotel, location and most staff

We stayed here in August 2025. The hotel is in a good location, it's a busy hotel, and the staff overall are efficient in their roles; however, not the friendliest. A smile would not go amiss, as it was hot and they worked hard; this could be the reason. The room was cleaned daily, but attention to detail was needed; our balcony table was not cleaned once while there. We removed the coffee stains daily. The daytime bar staff were fine, especially the lady. Unfortunately, we found the evening bar staff poor, and not as good as the daytime staff, or at making cocktails worse, we have ever had. The food was okay, always found something with a good selection of salads, and on occasion hot food selection. The dining room staff were very good and never stopped. The pool area was kept clean and tidy, which brings up the use of loungers. The reports that guests queued at the door to bag their loungers were correct; some even started queuing at 8.00 am, and when the door was opened, the race began. You have to see it to believe it. They put out their towels, then queued again to get their breakfast. Never at any time did we see any towels removed. The hotel is about a 10-minute walk away from the beach, with loungers and parasols costing 10 euros each. The sea was warm, but not the cleanest or clearest water, but safe (unlike the UK ). We had a great time at the resort, two family members went to the theme park (2-day pass) and reported it was well worth the money spent. There are some fountains at one end of the beach front ( near the illusion show venue ) which, on a night at around 10 o'clock, have a light and music show with the fountains changing colour and shapes. There is a good supermarket near the hotel. Turn left out of the main hotel door in 2 minutes, you will see a snack bar; the supermarket entrance is just inside the outside of snack bar to your right Would we go to this resort and hotel again most certainanly
