H10 Mediterranean Village, Salou - Cambrils

We returned last weekend from a fantastic stay and wishing that we were still there! We had a great experience throughout - friendly and accommodating staff in reception, bars and restaurant, an extremely spacious room (we stayed in a 2 bedroom self-catering apartment) and clean pool areas. Although we were self-catering we upgraded most days to half board and everyone enjoyed the varied and plentiful food options. However what made our holiday was definitely the entertainment team. Sergi and his team worked constantly with endless enthusiasm. Our kids absolutely loved the kids club as well as the games around the pool and of course the mini discos and other evening entertainment and now all aspire to be part of a hotel entertainment team! Our only criticism would be that the room perhaps could do with a bit of an upgrade, as has been mentioned in other reviews but otherwise it had ample room and everything we needed for our stay! Thank you to all the staff at H10 Mediterranean Village for a very enjoyable stay, we cant wait to come back!

Im just back from this hotel with my 13 year old son. We stayed half board and we were delighted with the food!!Breakfast had a wide range of hot and cold food,dinner was also very varied with a wide range of salads or hot food,I had tuna steak,grilled pork chop,grilled hake all beautiful and food is well labelled so you know what youre eating,the staff are all very pleasant and work hard to clear tables and serve drinks. A good tip to save money on soft drinks buy a green bottle (4) from reception and refill it with the water pump at pool barif you need an iron you can hire one from reception (13 for 3 days) Bus station is at bottom of street 10 bus journeys cost 10 to begin but each time after to top the card up its 6 for 10 journeys this is handy when going to portaventura or Salou the bus stop at bottom of hill takes you straight to the parks and back again. If you need a supermarket,restaurant or an Irish bar take a left at the bottom of the st beside bus stop and walk downhill its all here including a small sandy beach which isnt overcrowded,theres also a bar called Panchos beside bus stop with pool tables etc. This hotel is in a great location everything you need is on your doorstep,the music stops at 11 so its really quiet after this,its also in a residential area so no loud party goers in the early hours. We also had no problem getting a sunbed at the pool around midday,we also enjoyed the snack bar We also used the gym and indoor pool with the sauna its on -1 floor Lastly we loved the entertainment very good bands!! I hope to return someday the reception staff are lovely and the tui rep in reception is also great we paid 140 for a 3 day park pass with her it was so handy.

The hotel was good our room was a good size for us two adults two children. Kids enjoyed the food at the pool snack bar and the restaurant bar by the pirate ship pool. Good prices on food. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful. Life guards well when I say they were extremely strict, I mean it. They blew their whistle every two minutes over petty things. The first day we brought an average size ball from the supermarket for the children to play in the pool the life guard explained only small balls allowed which was fine it was the same rule in benidorm so we purchased a small ball we all had a great time that day to then the following day the life guard shouted at my child and took the ball of him saying no balls nether the less we carried on with our holiday. I just feel the lifeguards were very snappy and unpleasant with the children. bare in mind, it is a family hotel. One incident they told a child of for splashing an adult also in the pool, which baffled me it's a pool you're going to get wet apart from that. we had a great time and enjoyed our stay !!

Absolutely amazing hotel , could not of asked for more , lovely & clean , big airy room with a balcony , we were half board - so much lovely food to choose from , great facilities, the swimming pools are lovely, lots of loungers , nice little gym, great entertainment, lots of local attractions & the staff are fantastic! Will visit again soon& would highly recommend for couples / friends / families
