Great hotel and staff

H10 Village Mediterranean apartment hotel in Cap Salou. Our toddler loved the pools, splash pad and water slides! The soft play, kids activities and entertainment was fabulous. The staff were absolutely wonderful, helpful, kind and accomodating. The facilities were clean, well kept and functional. Our apartment was centrally located, had everything we needed when making meals and was cleaned daily. The hotel being a 10min walk from a gorgeous beach was very handy with a very impatient toddler. I would happily stay here again and recommend it for those that want be quieter, cleaner and suburban area of Salou but still close enough for accessing public transport, train tours, useful shops and restaurants. I can go on and on but I think going for yourself is my recommendation. We will definitely book a package again via TUI.

Fantastic stay

We had a wonderful week in this hotel, half board. Our apartment was spotless and cleaned every day. All staff from bar, reception, lifeguards, waiters were very friendly. Nice selection of pools with slides, my daughter was happy to spend her time there. Very clean arou d the pools. The small beach across the road was lovely but some steep steps. I liked the area, a few shops and bars. We went to salou on the bus and found it very built up and crowded so we were happy to get back to cap salou. The food was lovely, beautiful salads. Always a good fish and meat option every night. We will be back

Glad we re booked

Second time back at the hotel. We loved the welcome, staff, food, kids club and gorgeous clean smell in reception last year and we really wanted to return. We re booked for the same week this year. Staff acknowledged our request for a high floor and little ones loved the Daisy club. We asked for a room away from the lift which we didnt get and once again were kept awake (anytime between 1030pm and 1am) with noisy people going back to their rooms from the lift. Hotel is a little in the middle of nowhere, which we like. There is a tiny beach a few minutes walk away but we prefer the beach a tiny bit further if you go down to the main road and turn left, follow the road around until the first shop, go down the hill and there is a cove with a really shallow beach, ideal for kids. On arrival there were ants in the room which was sorted promptly. Reception staff are great! Last year the pools were too cold to use, this year this was a little better. We love the on site water park too. Lifeguards are brilliant! Few negatives. 1.Bedding wasn't changed in the week we were there. Towels were. 2.Vegetarian options are lacking in the snack bars and during the evening dining. Meat and fish aplenty. 3.For the second year running, the refreshments truck in the water park isn't open despite everyone wanting drinks and ice creams and having to walk up to the shop or the bar. Seems a bit of a waste to have it. We do love the hotel, it's perfect for families and we hope to return next year.

Absolutely fabulous

Absolutely amazing hotel , could not of asked for more , lovely & clean , big airy room with a balcony , we were half board - so much lovely food to choose from , great facilities, the swimming pools are lovely, lots of loungers , nice little gym, great entertainment, lots of local attractions & the staff are fantastic! Will visit again soon& would highly recommend for couples / friends / families
