This my second year here. I cannot express how great our stay went. The entertainment staff are absolutely fantastic. The entertainment during the day . All the water games were great. Also the pool side games went really well went our family. The staff throughout the hotel were extremely pleasant and very helpful. We only had food from the pizza restaurant and the pool side bar, which was lovely. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

This is our 2nd time coming to H10 and have to say it has been the best holiday we have ever had. The best part of the holiday was the entertainment team. Every single 1 of them put their heart and soul into every day with all activities to entertain all the families. My kids absolutely love each one of them and was crying when we had to leave.

Lovely hotel, we stayed in block b on top floor. Air con was leaking but staff very helpful and repaired it. Staff were very friendly in general apart from one man in the bar who refused to give me a glass of ice with my wine/beer. Pools very good and kids loved it. Kids are 11, 9 and 5. Jungle park across the road is very good.
Maybe a bit far out for some people but buses are cheap. 2 Return trips for 5 around 10 euro. Restaurant around it arent great is the only downer as regards location. San franciso and Mexican were the only decent ones. Beach in cove across road was beautiful and very close to le pineda for water park.
Could definitely do with more umbrellas around pirate ship pool but overall we had a very enjoyable week in June 2026.
The entertainment in the evening was very enjoyable. Lady gaga, Queen etc.

Absolutely amazing hotel ,
could not of asked for more , lovely & clean , big airy room with a balcony , we were half board - so much lovely food to choose from , great facilities, the swimming pools are lovely, lots of loungers , nice little gym, great entertainment, lots of local attractions & the staff are fantastic!
Will visit again soon& would highly recommend for couples / friends / families
