We recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a very enjoyable family holiday.
The hotel is very family-friendly, and the majority of the staff were welcoming, helpful, and friendly throughout our stay. The lifeguards deserve special mention. While some reviews suggest they are overly strict with their whistles, we found them to be excellent and simply focused on keeping everyone safe around the pool areas.
Having a supermarket on-site was convenient for essentials, although there are a couple of independent supermarkets just a five-minute walk away that offer a wider selection. The Queen tribute act was absolutely brilliant and one of the highlights of our stay. The children's entertainment was okay and seemed to cater more towards non-English-speaking guests, but the entertainment team still worked hard and did a good job.
Our balcony was lovely, even though we had a non-pool-view room. The reception and lounge areas were also pleasant places to relax. A major plus was the 12pm checkout time, which is fantastic for guests with later flights. The hotel also provides luggage storage and shower facilities, allowing you to enjoy your final day by the pool before heading to the airport.
There were a couple of negatives. The hotel operates a cashless system using wristbands that can be topped up at reception and used to pay for drinks and other purchases. Any unused balance is refunded at checkout, and bank cards can also be used, so this wasn't a major issue but may not suit everyone.
The biggest downside was the daily rush for sunbeds. It felt like a complete rat race every morning and took away from what should have been a relaxing holiday atmosphere.
We were also disappointed that the advertised ABBA tribute act did not perform during our stay, and there was no notice or communication about the cancellation. This was particularly frustrating as it was something we had been looking forward to.
Overall, despite a few disappointments, we had a great family holiday and would consider returning thanks to the friendly staff, good facilities, and family-focused atmosphere.

We have been staying here for 11 days.
Was very apprehensive in the beginning as lots of kids and us being an older couple was a bit daunted. But we have had a wonderful time. Beautifully quiet room as we requested great air con and lovely comfy beds.
Food is fabulous so much choice and happy staff all the time. A young black lad name Lamin or Aimin working behind the grill even though its so hot he was so happy and polite nothing to much trouble !! I noticed lots of chatting in the bar agreed what a lovely young man he is.
On our last night he was working with a young guy who was not making his job easy continuously on his case . I do hope he stays he is so happy and works so hard.
The hotel is wonderful and I have stayed at many H10 hotels and this hotel does not disappoint. The location is fantastic beautiful beachs on your doorstep and a bus stop at the foot of the hotel going all around the island. Obviously the hotel is about family and children and that is perfect here as children are so well catered for. Oh and the bar staff are absolutely lovely again nothing to much trouble.
We will definitely be returning with our children and grandchildren.

Absolutely amazing hotel ,
could not of asked for more , lovely & clean , big airy room with a balcony , we were half board - so much lovely food to choose from , great facilities, the swimming pools are lovely, lots of loungers , nice little gym, great entertainment, lots of local attractions & the staff are fantastic!
Will visit again soon& would highly recommend for couples / friends / families

What an amazing holiday the hotel was of excellent standards and the resort was lovely. Special mention to Sebastion our bar waiter for the excellent service
Cap Salou is beautiful a little hilly but you get used to it beautiful coves and beaches with beautiful La Pinaeda only a 20/25 min stroll away and the main town of Salou a 10 min bus ride. Be sure to get the multi person bus pass can’t remember what’s it’s called but 10 journeys for €10 then only €6.5 for a top up of 10 more trips
