I just want to say a big thank u to all the staff but specially to this two people that made my holiday here even special, and thats Ghassen and Mark for the amazing service the give to everyone here , very polite and professional people , at the pool bar or the bar down by the restaurant always deliver the best service we can get , always there to answer any questions we have etc Please give them my regards and u lucky to have those people that provide so many things individually. After reading some negative reviews I almost didnt book this hotel but glad I did. We wanted somewhere close to the centre with a pool that didnt cost and arm and a leg. The hotel is very clean and modern inside, and has good air conditioning and decent size room for a short duration. The pool area is small and has deck chairs instead of sunbeds, but there was always some available at all times of the day. The pool is only open 10-8pm which was disappointing as a couple of days we wanted to go early before heading out for the day. The pool bar is only open 12-6 also. The area around the hotel isnt great in all honesty its a bit dirty and run down, but never felt unsafe walking in the dark as plenty of people around and kids playing in the park until late on a night. The nearest bus stop is 5 min walk and we got the 170 into the centre but this takes about 40 mins. You can walk to the bus/tram/train station which is about 15 mins. The hotel sells taxi vouchers for 10 euros per trip, but be aware these end at 8pm. The staff at the hotel were pleasant and helpful. They gave us a map on checking in and circled the main attractions and gave us info on the buses and trams. The also recommend a visit to Trastevere which Im glad they did because we wouldnt have thought to visit and it was beautiful and the atmosphere electric. We ate at Yo Fushion one night which offer an all you can eat service which I you order on an iPad, and they keep bringing you dishes. This is a 5 min walk from the hotel. We also ate at a nearby Italian, I almost didnt go in because it looked quite dated and not my usual cup of tea, but the food and service was immaculate and had the most amazing pasta and risotto dishes. When in Rome centre we bought a 2 day ticket for the hop on hop off bus, this was the best thing to see all the landmarks and 24 euros each I thought was well worth it. By doing this we managed to see the Pantheon, Spanish Steps, Infamous Trevi Fountain as well as the Fountain of Tyrrhenian, fountain of Neptune, Fontana De Moto and the fountain of the Naiads. Also the Piazza Venezia, Piazza Barberini, Piazza Navona, Piazza Del Rampidoglio, Piazza della Republica, The museli Capitolini, The Monumento a Vittoriano Emanuelle, The Roman Forum, Circus Maximus, Church of Santa Maria Sopra Minerva, plus many more.

Hotel very clean, staff friendly, spacious rooms however we had a rubbish view, rooms were cool which was good when we were there it was 38, pool area was nice and clean however not much shade up there and limited beds but wasnt too busy. Dodgy area we didnt stay in area during day as didnt feel comfortable there but bus stop close by which is incredibly useful, dont make the same mistake as us and think the walk from the train station wont be too bad , it was awful, get on the 170 bus. Probably wouldnt visit again based on location but cant fault the hotel themselves

We been for the fist time in the H10 hotels for 1 week and i was very impressed. On check in we meet Julia,she explain to us everything and more then what we need. She is really good,well done Julia,you doing great job! We go to room ,the room very clean,very comfy ,air conditioning, mini bar,and all you need. Housekeeping is doing great,everyday refresh the room and refill all what is "missing ",we fill like home,thank you! We been on the lounge for dinner, and we meet Roxana and Mark ,they are amazing,they know what to do and very attending. Very busy,was final football Spain-England,and they doing great! Food very good,steak with roast potatoes and on the end tiramisu,well done chefs!! So on the end ,well done to everyone! Thanks for the amazing stay!!!
