Great Hotel - Definitely will be returning!

This is a fantastic hotel; can't fault it. Got upgraded to one of the suites so a bit extra room. Everything you need is in the room; like the addition of a smart TV and the Bluetooth ceiling speakers. Spent our last night in a standard room but the comfort level was just the same just a smaller area (and no speakers). The pool area is a little cramped, and does get full quickly if you want a lounger but there are areas where you can sit. There's a small bar by the pool serving drinks and snacks and the pool itself is a good sized infinity pool. The food from the restaurant is really good and an extensive cocktail & Wine menu to enjoy. Good outside seating area to finish off the evening sat enjoying the cooler evenings!! Breakfast service is great, probably up there with some of the best I've experienced; everything you could want, sweet, savoury, cooked, cheese/meat selections, everything! I'm not going to mention individual staff as everyone was so friendly and helpful from initial reception, to bar staff and your great cleaners who couldn't do enough. Some things to be aware of. The hotel is located in an urban area of Rome, not really a tourist area so don't expect city centre restaurants etc, there are a couple of nice ones in easy walking distance though (The Gasometer opposite the hotel is fab). The hotel is a good 20 minute walk from the main trainline that take you to Termini, or to the airport. Bus services to Spanish steps etc are a 10 minute walk from the hotel and the nearest Metro is Pyramide about 30 minutes walk away. Great stay. Thanks.

Good Hotel With Good Transport Links

Nice hotel with very helpful and friendly staff. Rooms are spacious and clean. Pool area on the roof is small but we managed to get a lounger in the afternoon after our morning trips. They have a small bar selling drinks and snacks thats open during the day. We had the pizza every day as a light snack, this was only available in the main bar area though. One was enough between two of us. Bar is good with plenty of choice of drinks. Breakfast was good, plenty of choice for all. Mosquitos are a pain so make sure you bring repellent in the summer months. One thing that will help you. Request a room at the rear of the hotel. We were at the front and it was very noisy until the early hours as people were stood outside drinking/talking which was a bit disturbing. Im a heavy sleeper and they woke me several times. Generally its a great hotel with good transport links to the main attractions. Id use this place again and would recommend it to all.

Excellent Quality & Location .

From the moment you walk into reception, youre greeted with a warm smile and offered a welcome drink. Once youve checked in and have time to take in your surroundings, you cant help but notice the incredible attention to detail and the hotels exceptional cleanliness its absolutely spotless, which is a real credit to all the staff. The rooms are immaculate and extremely well appointed . The Breakfast menu is excellent and will cater for everyones palate. I would certainly recommend this hotel. Its small enough to feel comfortable and welcoming, yet large enough to provide a true five-star service. A fantastic hotel with wonderful staff and a real attention to detail.

Very Good Rome Hotel!

This review covers a number of visits to the H10 Rome Citta in late 2023 and H1 2024, on business. The hotel is lovely - staff very warm and welcoming and service is very good. The restaurant services really good food, sufficiently good that for the most part my colleagues and I stayed in for the evening meals rather than venturing out. Breakfast offers a good buffet though there was some inconsistency with the availability of key items such as yoghurts. Breakfast room can get very busy when Coach Parties are setting off early morning. The 'standard rooms' are OK, but for me it was worth upgrading to get a Beverage Tray. The rooftop terrace has pool, was not open (season) during my time (nor was the rooftop bar) but there were some sy=unny weekends during my trips which allowed some sunbathing! I would definitely choose this hotel again.
