H10 Roma Città, Rome

Just came home from my first holiday abroad and stopped at the Hotel Roma Citta. The hotel was lovely, very clean and all staff were pleasant and helpful. Breakfast had multiple choices every morning, they also offer taxi vouchers which was extremely helpful as the centre of Rome is a bit of a walk away. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again if visiting Rome. :)

My husband and I are just home from our stay for his 40th birthday at H10 Roma Citta. I would like to thank all the staff. From the moment we arrived, to check out, they were all amazing! All happy and smiling and couldnt do enough for us. Reception staff amazing! Breakfast staff also superb! Special mention to Mark on the bar. Our cocktails were delicious! The hotel was clean, quiet and had a lovely atmosphere. The decoration and every little detail was perfect. Our suite number 413 was spacious and we loved the bathroom area. The location is great for getting to main attractions. We used taxis and public transport to get to where we wanted to go. Again I would like to thank all staff. You are amazing!

This review covers a number of visits to the H10 Rome Citta in late 2023 and H1 2024, on business. The hotel is lovely - staff very warm and welcoming and service is very good. The restaurant services really good food, sufficiently good that for the most part my colleagues and I stayed in for the evening meals rather than venturing out. Breakfast offers a good buffet though there was some inconsistency with the availability of key items such as yoghurts. Breakfast room can get very busy when Coach Parties are setting off early morning. The 'standard rooms' are OK, but for me it was worth upgrading to get a Beverage Tray. The rooftop terrace has pool, was not open (season) during my time (nor was the rooftop bar) but there were some sy=unny weekends during my trips which allowed some sunbathing! I would definitely choose this hotel again.

Checked out yesterday, after spending 4 nights. We took the train from the airport to Trastevere (8), then walked the 10 minutes to the hotel. Check-in took 20 minutes, despite us being the only ones there.! Tourist tax is 7.50 pppn. The room was nice. Lots of storage, hairdryer, minibar, toiletries. I saw posters about the taxis to the centre for 12. We took the train from Trastevere to Termini (city centre) every day, it costs 1! The neighbourhood is fine, a lot cheaper than central Rome. Some great shops/ restaurants nearby. Hotel bar is quite expensive, we would've used it more if it was cheaper. * Someone had their phone stolen on our train to the airport, it was very, very busy & perfect for pickpockets. Thief was a small man with a cross body bag. He got off 1 stop after getting on, probably rides these busy trains all day*
