It was a wonderful stay. The hotel is next to a public beach, but it also has a very nice swimming pool with sunbeds and umbrellas. The pool is cleaned every morning and the water is checked. The rooms are nicely furnished. There is a coffee machine with coffee capsules. The only thing is that water is provided only on arrival. However, there is a supermarket nearby, so you can easily buy water there or at the hotel bar. Every guest also received a welcome drink and could choose what they wanted to drink. The bathroom was spacious and the shower was very comfortable, with a non-slip floor. There was also a lot of space to relax and spend time in the hotel. The lobby was very nice and comfortable, and the hotel bar was a great place to sit and relax. The staff were very friendly, both the cleaning ladies and the receptionists. The same applies to the restaurant staff. All the waiters were very helpful. Nothing was missing and everything was refilled very quickly. My biggest praise goes to Mr. Paulino, who helped me every day at breakfast. Breakfast was a buffet, and because I was using crutches, I could not carry my plate myself. Mr. Paulino always helped me, and I am very grateful for that. Dinner was la carte and the menu was changed every two days, so it never felt boring. My stay here gave me a beautiful rest and wonderful memories for the autumn and winter evenings. This hotel is definitely worth the price.

Great position on the beach, adult only hotel.

Lovely hotel situated right on the beach. 30 mins taxi from Palma Airport . We had 2 rooms between the 4 of us, room 0210 and room 0203. Both rooms were great. Large shower, 2 sinks, bath robes and slippers. Bedding clean and comfortable. Theres a safe and a fridge. Plenty of hangers in the wardrobe. Coffee machine with pods only but, we were offered a kettle for the room when my daughter requested tea. Nice balcony with washing line, 2 chairs and a table. We had twin beds (could be made into one if required) and both rooms had views of the pool & beach. I was in room 0210 and the beach view was slightly obscured by the trees but, could hear the sea much better. Rooms were cleaned every day to a high standard. Breakfast was fresh and plentiful , lots of choice including a omelette station which was delicious, couldnt fault it. Dining area overlooks the pool and has both inside and an outside area to sit. We didnt have any other meals there but, the lunches looked delicious and good value. Didnt stay for dinner but that also looked good and was fairly busy. Pool is clean, pool attendant on duty. Sunbeds were reserved very early but we spent the majority of our time on the beach so wasnt an issue for us. Bar service was excellent, shout out to Rodri who was super helpful. Lovely bar area inside and out. All the staff are friendly, efficient and helpful, a real credit to the hotel. Hotel is spotless throughout. Loved the adult only vibe. Would recommend and return.

Excellent hotel in a beautiful location

An elegant hotel in a perfect beach front location. The small pool is beautiful. I loved the breakfast buffet. The rooms are a little small but well equipped with coffee machine and fridge and a nice shower room and ac. We had one chill out room and one normal room, which allowed us to use the chill out beds on the terrace above the pool... No stress about finding a sunbed. We don't normally stay in hotels (generally get a villa) and I was a bit caught out by the dress code. Lots of elegant clothes. We didn't eat in the hotel restaurant as it said no trainers.... Our adult sons only had trainers and flip flops. Although I'm not sure how rigid these rules were upheld. Camp de mar is a small elegant area. The bay is beautiful and so calm for swimming etc. I would say that there isn't much to do there though and there are only about 4 restaurants and they are quite pricy and generally need a reservation to get a table. They were all very good though. You can get a bus into Palma but be aware that it is very popular. We couldn't get on and ended up getting a taxi.

Lovely hotel in a quiet bay.

We had a lovely stay at the Blue Mar. The staff, cleanliness, service and general ambiance of the hotel was first rate. This is a small boutique adults only hotel which was just what we wanted. The staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. We booked for room and breakfast only as we wanted to try different restaurants each evening. It is right on the sea front and there are restaurants of a good standard just outside the gates of the hotel, and in the area generally. Port Andrax, Santa Ponsa and Peguera are a short taxi ride away when you want to shop or visit somewhere a bit livelier. The bay is very pretty with a nice sandy beach, although we preferred to stay within the grounds as we had booked the Chill Out room with Sea views so had a Bali bed right outside our bedroom. We were very pleased we had paid the extra for this type of room as the convenience of just stepping outside our room and onto the sunbed was great and they also have a really nice view of the bay day and night as they are elevated on the first floor. We have decided we will definitely return at a future date. Can highly recommend if you want a tranquil holiday.
