Brilliant second trip to H10 Blue Mar

Relaxed vibe in high season

We had a fantastic couples break in peak season. We did have a room with Balinese bed which was a real winner although there didnt seem to be the usual crazy rush to lay out towels and the general vibe was very relaxed. The staff could not have been friendlier and particular shout out to the breakfast staff who kept the dining space pristine and well stocked!! We ate at Flor de Sal, Urbano and the Illeta restaurant which were all fantastic. Less than 10 into Port Andratx for more choice and beautiful harbour. We also visited the Michelin star OLIU which was stunning!

Lovely hotel in a quiet bay.

We had a lovely stay at the Blue Mar. The staff, cleanliness, service and general ambiance of the hotel was first rate. This is a small boutique adults only hotel which was just what we wanted. The staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. We booked for room and breakfast only as we wanted to try different restaurants each evening. It is right on the sea front and there are restaurants of a good standard just outside the gates of the hotel, and in the area generally. Port Andrax, Santa Ponsa and Peguera are a short taxi ride away when you want to shop or visit somewhere a bit livelier. The bay is very pretty with a nice sandy beach, although we preferred to stay within the grounds as we had booked the Chill Out room with Sea views so had a Bali bed right outside our bedroom. We were very pleased we had paid the extra for this type of room as the convenience of just stepping outside our room and onto the sunbed was great and they also have a really nice view of the bay day and night as they are elevated on the first floor. We have decided we will definitely return at a future date. Can highly recommend if you want a tranquil holiday.
