The only H10 hotel that doesnt enforce their own sun bed reservations rule .

Great location, loverly hotel, room terrific. But the hotel management need to enforce their reservation of sun bed rules. There are many nice things to say about this hotel, but unfortunately the annoying issue is the overriding theme of this review. I have stayed in a lot of H10 hotels throughout Spain and the canaries and they all do much better in having rules on the sunbeds. As this is adult only (you would think they would actually act like grown adults), there is no excuse . Today as 17th June, as it has been every day since we arrived.. you cannot get a sunbed as the same old folks get up at the crack of dawn to get their towels on an go back to bed . Come down to the pool at about 12am .. sort it out . It spoils it for everyone!! Half of the beds stay reserved all day when the folks who have put towels on them are on the beach !!!

Fabulous hotel, fabulous setting.

Such a great hotel in a fabulous setting. The hotel was spotless and had an incredibly welcoming and relaxed vibe. Our room was compact but had everything you could want. I love a larger shower and twin basins / great for mother daughter on holiday with lots of cosmetics and toiletries! We also loved having access to the sunbed on the terrace outside our room. Super comfortable for afternoon reading! The food was excellent. We sampled breakfast, lunch and dinner and every meal was great. The pool and pool area were also exceptionally clean and comfortable. But what made the hotel was the super friendly and helpful staff. Nothing was a problem and everything was done with a smile. Very much hoping to revisit next year.

Some good , some bad in our opinion The hotel is clean , tidy well furnished and stylish Breakfast was good but staff shortages meant if you eat after 9.30 am expecting to find your table laid you'll be disappointed The omelettes were great Most staff are lovely but I did not appreciate being told to get out of the lift by an irate house keeper so she could use it There's the inevitable shortage of sun beds , disappointed that smoking is allowed everywhere on the terraces The hotel seems to attract groups of people who want , obviously to sit together and chat loudly , so be aware . The remarks about sounds in bedrooms are valid . Guests returning from a wedding at 3.00am , their shouting in corridor and next door bedroom continued until 5.00 am so no sleep for us I did mention this to reception who responded " They're leaving tomorrow, I'll write a note ' The beach and sea are lovely, both are clean , quiet . It has an old fashioned feel to it and is very easily accessed . Sea views of the stunning cove from every room , very good chamber maids , thank you . We didn't think the room was small , it was well furnished and a great coffee machine The restaurant/ beach bar near by is excellent. Also the Grand Sol , a 7 minute walk , is very good The sub terranium spa was somewhat disappointing, jacuzzi was not very warm , the steam room smelt dreadful. Hope this helps others

Relaxed vibe in high season

We had a fantastic couples break in peak season. We did have a room with Balinese bed which was a real winner although there didnt seem to be the usual crazy rush to lay out towels and the general vibe was very relaxed. The staff could not have been friendlier and particular shout out to the breakfast staff who kept the dining space pristine and well stocked!! We ate at Flor de Sal, Urbano and the Illeta restaurant which were all fantastic. Less than 10 into Port Andratx for more choice and beautiful harbour. We also visited the Michelin star OLIU which was stunning!
