Every year, Tripadvisor awards travellers’ favourite destinations, hotels, restaurants and things to do around the world, based on reviews and ratings collected from travellers over the past 12 months. There are two award categories:

Travellers’ Choice Best of the Best is the highest honour. The award takes into account the quality and quantity of traveller reviews and ratings, and award winners are amongst the top 1% of listings on Tripadvisor.
Travellers’ Choice recognises businesses that earn consistently great reviews. Travellers’ Choice award-winners are amongst the top 10% of listings on Tripadvisor, and honour select accommodation, attractions and restaurants that consistently demonstrate a commitment to hospitality excellence.
