We enjoyed it here so much we have booked again in August, From the moment we were greeted at reception until we said our farewells it was perfect. All the staff Reception, cleaners, restaurant staff, bar staff, housekeeping, the pool attendants and security staff were all professional, attentive, courteous. Great pool area, great restaurant with plenty of options, relaxing bar area. The location was perfect for us and what we wanted to do. Plenty shops bars cafes and restaurants near by in a respectful quieter area. I left my phone on a table and this was handed in at reception for me by the security guards. It was my wife's birthday and we had a bottle of cava in an ice bucket left for us in our room. I used the laundry service and had trousers washed ironed and returned in 3 hours. Couldnt fault this hotel at all.

We have recently returned from another great holiday at this hotel ( our 8th visit over the years - stayed in room 614 this time) Not sure if the fact that we have been plenty of times before colours our objectivity - but we really dont recognise the hotel described in a number of the reviews It is a really good hotel in a perfect location on the front next to the lido Martinez. It possibly has some quirks - the customer friendliness of the reception staff is erratic - but compared to other four star hotels we have stayed in it offers excellent value for money One of the great strengths of the hotel is the lovely bar area - relaxed with plenty of outdoor seating and friendly waiter service - with entertainment provided every evening as a focal point. We find the choice of food on an evening to be plentiful and the food is tasty and comparable with other four star hotels we have stayed in. Possibly the seating is a bit cramped in places but the views from the restaurant are fantastic. We had a minor problem when we arrived with our room allocation - but thanks to Miranda and the team for sorting that out smoothly and effectively for us Looking forward to our next visit already

Very Happy place

April 2024. "This is the second time both of us have been here on holiday. It hasn't changed much, although there are some new staff members and some who recognized us from our last trip, a year and a half later. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. We chose to go Privilege again, as it's a nice feeling to be able to sit back and relax. The weather is beautiful, although we did experience rain one day. Even the manager apologized for the rain. One additional thing we noticed by the pool was a disabled chair lift, which is great for keeping up with the times. We would also like to mention Vincente, a staff member who was always attentive to our needs. He was just as helpful as the last time we met him. It's a great place to stay and chill, and to switch off from work and all the things that bring you down. We both plan to come back, but we might try H10 Ocean in Jamaica first." Thank You to All the staff that made our holiday special. Also, we are still here for two more days.

Don't believe the complainers

I was a little uneasy after reading all of the complaints on here before I travelled. However, don't listen to a single word. I have stayed in many hotels and this one is up there with some of the best. The location is one of the best I've stayed in..right on the bay, amazing views of the surfers, and on the main promenade. All the staff were so friendly and helpful. We had a medical incident during our stay, and the staff went over and above. Yes the restaurant does get busy during popular times but the variety of food for every diet is amazing. We stayed half board and absolutely loved the variety for breakfast. The rooms were cleaned daily and the whole hotel is spotless. All in all a brilliant stay, and yes I will certainly be back!!

Well done H10 Tenerife playa

We stayed here for 10nights, we upgraded our room from the ground floor to the eighth floor over looking the sea & the mountains to our right. The food was excellent with lots of varieties for breakfast to many to mention. The two pools were good. Cafe de Paris a five minute walk from the hotel put on a show every Thursday evening. Tickets cost around €50 -€60 each highly recommended. The only issue we had was two cockroaches in the quiet room & one in our room on the day of departure. The hotel call them Tenerife butterflies. If I was to rate the hotel & holiday it would be 10/10.
