This is the 3rd time we've visited Puerto De La Cruz and i've always walked past H10 and wondered what it'd be like to stay there. We usually stay in cheaper 3/4 star hotels but this time we decided to pay slightly more than usual and booked 10 nights all inclusive privilege. This hotel is brilliant. One of the best in Puerto De La Cruz. MAKE SURE YOU BOOK PRIVILEGE!!!! I promise you it's worth it. You certainly get more than what is listed on the website. Even though it was made clear that all the a la carte food and drinks (Coke in glass bottles - can't beat it) were included in the Privilege package we were convinced we were going to be hit with a bill at the end of the holiday. The Lunch menu at the pool restaurant is unbelievable value. Ribeye steak cooked to perfection every day. You'd pay 30/35 for the same steak in England. The food and drinks were all fantastic quality. The pool area is clean and relaxing. The room had everything we needed and was cleaned daily. The area is lovely. We will certainly be back. We absolutely loved this hotel. The staff, the area, the facilities ... it was everything we wanted and more. Our expectations were blown out of the water. We were made to feel so special. PS - MAKE SURE YOU BOOK PRIVILEGE TO GET THE BEST OUT OF THIS HOTEL!! You won't be disappointed.

Good hotel and charming staff

Nice hotel but a little tired in places but very clean. Staff were very friendly and reception excellent. Pools were excellent. Food we found excellent and so much choice but not good is you want burgers all the time. Quality food well cooked.

Excellent customer experience, great food and location plus lovely sea views

Excellent customer experience and warmth at a time when I was feeling quite low. I chose a sea view room, and upgraded to Privilege service on arriving at the hotel. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. Augoustino(Client Service Manager) and Sandra(A la Carte Restaurant) went the extra mile to make my short stay very enjoyable. I also commend the Reception Team, Rosa(House keeping Team) and The Bar Team who were always happy to serve delicious mocktails. Lovely meals and excellent views of the sea. Right on the promenade so easy to walk to shops, the beach or restaurants. I will definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to visiting with family.

Don't believe the complainers

I was a little uneasy after reading all of the complaints on here before I travelled. However, don't listen to a single word. I have stayed in many hotels and this one is up there with some of the best. The location is one of the best I've stayed in..right on the bay, amazing views of the surfers, and on the main promenade. All the staff were so friendly and helpful. We had a medical incident during our stay, and the staff went over and above. Yes the restaurant does get busy during popular times but the variety of food for every diet is amazing. We stayed half board and absolutely loved the variety for breakfast. The rooms were cleaned daily and the whole hotel is spotless. All in all a brilliant stay, and yes I will certainly be back!!
