We loved our stay at this hotel. We were on the ground floor with a semi-pool view. The hotel was spotless, pools were fantastic and lovely temperature, food was always brilliant and the entertainment team (especially Alex) were the best! He really made our holiday!

Perfect stay for families

The location is perfect and the hotel has such a great atmosphere. The rooms are clean and the housekeeping team are excellent. The value for money is outstanding.
We visited 10 years ago, but this time we came with our children, and the food was just as good, if not better, than we remembered!
The production team are fantastic, and our kids absolutely loved the kids club. They wanted to go back every day! A special thank you to Alex for making the children feel so welcome, helping them enjoy the kids club and making the evening entertainment so much fun for them.
We had a fantastic stay and would definitely return again!

We had a wonderful stay at H10 Playa de las Américas. The hotel is in a fantastic location, close to the beach, shops, and restaurants, making it perfect for a relaxing holiday. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the facilities were excellent.
The staff were especially impressive friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. The food offered plenty of variety and was delicious, and the pool area was a great place to unwind, the entertainment was fantastic too. This is our 2nd time at this hotel and would certainly come back again.

Location is superb. Right in the centre of everything.
Lovely atmosphere in the hotel.
Room was inadequate for the money we paid and had a damp smell. Manager agreed and moved us to a suite immediately.
We paid for privilege treatment but found it very hard to get booked into the restaurant, however, the all inclusive buffet was very nice and in particular one of the waiting staff, Tommy, made our experience special when he went to great lengths to make sure I got a wine that I liked.
