We arrived with 3 small kids around 1:30pm and room wasnt ready till 3 so be prepared to wait!
We stayed in 2bed Appartment just off the pool area (good location) Appartment are nice for family with air con in every room
Be prepared for poor WiFi signal both in apartment and around pool area very frustrating
To use the safe in room is an extra cost which Ive never heard of also no iron in apartment
Pool bar is pretty standard its hit and miss food wise
Staff at pool bar arent the friendliest
Overall location is perfect as you are 15/20min walk to main strip
Hotel is lovely just a few tweaks could be made

We loved our stay at this hotel. We were on the ground floor with a semi-pool view. The hotel was spotless, pools were fantastic and lovely temperature, food was always brilliant and the entertainment team (especially Alex) were the best! He really made our holiday!
We are looking forward to returning to this hotel.

Location is superb. Right in the centre of everything.
Lovely atmosphere in the hotel.
Room was inadequate for the money we paid and had a damp smell. Manager agreed and moved us to a suite immediately.
We paid for privilege treatment but found it very hard to get booked into the restaurant, however, the all inclusive buffet was very nice and in particular one of the waiting staff, Tommy, made our experience special when he went to great lengths to make sure I got a wine that I liked.

A very lively hotel in a very lively area. As long as you aware of that fact then everything is good. Good food, good atmosphere and lovely staff. The only downside was not a hotel issue but selfish guests. People would be queuing at first light to reserve sunbeds, which would then remain unused until after lunch. A trip whale and dolphin watching was amazing and a trip to Lori Parque was fantastic. We are booking again for next in this hotel and bringing the rest of the family.
