H10 Las Palmeras, Tenerife

We come every year as coming back is like visiting family, but each year we feel that we loose a little bit, but not this year. Gone is the gloomy old Italian Restaurant to be replace by a vibrant bright new one. Although the menu looks similar to the old one the presentation and cuisine are fantastic. We look forward to visiting again next year to be cosseted by our Canarian family.

We had a fantastic holiday and couldnt fault much, the staff was all friendly sometimes they seems a bit short staffed, but worked as quick as they could! Rooms were basic but always cleaned every day. We went Privilege which in my option was well worth it and would recommend booking it. The italian is a must. Great location.

Visited this hotel with my husband, son and daughter in law. Hotel is nice, clean, light and airy. 4 lifts so didnt have to wait long. We booked a suite and was in 5th floor. Had a sitting area at one end with a balcony and a little kitchen area with sink, kettle and fridge. Big shower room and bedroom with 2 single beds together, chair, table, desk and built in wardrobes and balcony. View of the street and the sea from the room. The only downside is that the room is above the gaelic corner bar and its loud. Noise doesnt bother me but my husband could hear it all night and on the weekend people are up all night and theyre all out in the street, which is obviously what they are going to do because theyre on holiday in Tenerife. We went to the Gaelic corner and its busy so you need to get there early. The hotel is amongst the patch, which is one of the main drinking areas, so if you want a quiet holiday Id suggest you dont book this hotel. Veronicas is just around the corner and the beaches are a few minutes walk. There are some nice places to eat and drink right in the vicinity and theyre priced well. We were half board and you get an electronic wristband that you scan when you go to the bar etc and it charges the room. End of the stay uoh pay the bill. Standard price. Bottle of estrella 3.50, cocktail 8. Food was ok, some debatable recipes but could always find something to eat. Not sure the themed nights are what us brits think of as Asian or BBQ but still plenty of choice. All staff we found were friendly. Sunbeds were fine to get, just the standard where reserving early morning. More sunbeds in a raised area away from the pools. Pools nice and clean and not that cold, one is heated. Entertainment was ok, just the usual hotel entertainment youd expect, nothing that blows your socks off but its Tenerife and theres literally something in in every bar for every taste. The weather was fab as there was a heatwave and the beaches seem to have been upgraded as does the Américas end of the resort. If you need to buy any essentials look for a dialaprix supermarket as the little shops are pricey. And make sure youre the one to press whether you want to pay euros or pounds as they will choose pounds and theyll cost you more. Overall good hotel, just in a very busy and noisy area overlooking probably the busiest bar on the patch

We were with a big family of 14 in different ages from to 75 and really enjoyed our stay. The variation at the buffet, the great service of all personell at the bar and restaurants is truly perfect. The animation team was great! Aqua gym , water volleyball eyc. Were fun activities and they were great with all ages. Clean rooms
