Amazing hotel and stay! We loved this hotel for many reasons. It was adorable, the breakfast was delicious and we were within walking distance to restaurants and attractions. We traveled with an infant and the hotel staff graciously filled the baby's milk bottle at any time of day! The bar service was great too. Everyone was friendly. We did have an issue with AC upon arrival that was resolved.

What a fantastic hotel. Had 5 nights in Seville and it couldnt have gone any better. This boutique hotel is lovely. From the moment we arrived to the day we left the staff couldnt have done more for us. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Would highly recommend.

This hotel is stunning. It's clean, it smells good, it has very friendly staff and it's in a great location within walking distance to all the attractions. We arrived after midnight, and because of this, we didn't get the full arrival treatment. I called it the express check-in as the process lasted 5 minutes, even with another impatient guest rudely interrupting us! We were given our keys and basic info about the location of the hotels amenities. I felt like the night receptionist could've provided us with information about the likes of check out, pool towels, local attractions, etc. This was my only gripe about our stay, as we had to visit reception during the day to get basic information that we should have been given. We got to the room, and we were pleasantly surprised that they had upgraded us from a basic room to a junior deluxe suite, probably the biggest and nicest room in the hotel. It was absolutely stunning, four balconies and beautiful chandeliers. The bed was huge and comfortable, plus there was a great selection of pillows. There were two sinks in the bathroom, and the shower could fit around 5 people in it! There was a rain shower and a normal shower. We had trouble figuring out how to turn on the air-con, there were no instructions in the room, and none given when checking in. We eventually downloaded an app to our phones, connected via bluetooth, and used it that way. Our room was cleaned every day. There was a nice box of cookies left for us on our second day there. The pool is a nice addition after a day sightseeing in the heat. It is a small area with 6 sunbeds and 3 tables, so it can get crowded quickly. But as I see it, Seville is a wonderful city, and if you're only there for a short stay, which we were, you wouldn't be hanging around sunbathing. It was nice to dip our toes, though. We didn't eat at the hotel, so I can not comment on that. We had one drink from the bar and sat in the courtyard. The service was quick and easy. On check out, we left our bags and pre booked a taxi for hours later. The receptionist was very helpful. I would 100% recommend this hotel to anyone considering Seville. I can't wait to come back!

What a beautiful place to stay in Seville. Parking is 5 mins away but don't let that put you off. I loved the decor and ambience in the main areas, lounges and dining areas, helpful staff, excellent top notch breakfasts and comfortable rooms. Perfect
