Nice small hotel

Good location, very short walk to the main sights, and plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. Staff very courteous and helpful. Room comfy, though a little small. Nice bar/lounge area. Didn't eat here but breakfast looked good. My only issue was how warm the room was, no way of adjusting this and we needed the window open all the time.

Excellent Hotel

You cannot fail to be impressed from the moment you enter the reception area. The staff in reception (especially Irene) were magnificent, as were the staff throughout the hotel. Nothing was too much trouble for anyone and they were all very polite. Most spoke good English.
The entire building was beautifully clean and well maintained. Our room had all the amenities necessary for a comfortable stay - (coffee machine, well-stocked mini-bar, etc). Like the rest of the building the room was immaculately clean. The bed was very comfortable with huge soft pillows.
Breakfast consisted of a wide-ranging choice of cooked, Continental meats and cheeses, and a seemingly unending selection of cakes and pastries for those who enjoy such treats.
I would definitely stay there on any future trip to Seville and would readily recommend anyone else to consider doing so.

We stayed as a family of 3 adults for 10 nights at this wonderful hotel to explore Seville and the surrounding areas (from sherry tasting in Jerez to Feria in Córdoba).
From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed. We had a stress-free check in experience which included a complementary glass of cava.
Room
Our Triple Room (207) was more than adequate for 3 adults and kept spotless from start to finish. The bathroom may be on the smaller side but it has all the amenities you would need. For example, there are large pump bottles of hand wash, body milk, body wash, shampoo and conditioner which are kept replenished. There is also a box of additional one-off extras including dental kits, shower cap, shaving kit, comb, and shoe polish. As other reviews have highlighted the shower can take a bit of getting used to, but the method is explained at check-in and it is simple enough once you know how. Both the shower and the hairdryer were powerful which can be novel abroad. It may also be worth mentioning that the drains did smell in our bathroom, but thats often across the board in Spain and at no disrespect to the hotel. The scent was not however noticeable in any of the communal areas.
There is a free safe in the room, and a payable mini bar. Plug sockets are scattered about with a couple of USB ports too. The room was also equipped with a Nespresso coffee machine with milk, sugar/sweetener, coffee pods and small biscuits replenished daily. There are bathrobes and slippers too, but as any other 3-family travellers may find, there is only ever 2 cups/slippers/robes etc. despite booking for 3 adults.
Pool
The rooftop pool area is a welcome bonus to this lovely city centre hotel. There are 6 sun beds, 6 chairs, and 3 tables which can go quickly depending on the time of day. If you can grab a space it can be a welcome place to unwind after a busy day of sightseeing.
Towels are placed on the beds first thing in the morning but you can also get towels from reception if these have been used. There is a basket provided for all used towels to be deposited in. Waiter service is available via telephone on the rooftop although we didnt use this facility.
Again, this area is kept immaculate but that can be said for the whole hotel.
Breakfast
Breakfast is plentiful and excellent quality. It is kept replenished constantly by the hard working staff. If anything you want isnt there, please do ask as they are more than happy to help.
On your table, you are each provided with a set of tongs to use at the buffet- this is a great touch to minimise contact in light of recent global events. A croissant is also placed on the table for each guest which is a nice gesture. Also a big thanks to the MaitreD for letting us in at 7 on our last day as we had to leave for our flight. Breakfast is usually served 7:30 to 11am. In hindsight, we should have ordered a take-away breakfast box which can be arranged with reception.
Staff
All the staff are an asset to the hotel. Each and every one of them goes the extra mile to help make your stay special.
We chose this hotel for its prime location. Its located in the Casco Antiguo (the Old Town) and in close proximity to a lot of bars and restaurants. A lot of the main attractions are also within half an hour walking distance away, including the train station which is useful if you want to see other areas of Spain. It is also only 20 minutes in a taxi to the airport. We arranged this via reception the day before departure and it cost 29.
Would I recommend this hotel? Most definitely. Would I return if I was back in Seville? In a heartbeat.
Muchísimas gracias a todos y todas.
