First time in Saville and we will go back and use the same hotel again!!

Fabulous stay - really great location

Booked primarily for the location, which was excellent, in the heart of Seville and within easy walking distance of everything we wanted. A lovely warm welcome from reception. Very knowledgeable team, gave us great advice. We were celebrating so had booked a deluxe junior suite. It was beautiful, a lounge area, bedroom, four small Juliet balconies and a large bathroom. Exceptionally clean, housekeeping maintained high standards throughout our whole stay and indeed the whole hotel. Breakfast was from 7.30 - 11 each morning, a good choice, fresh warm croissants delivered to your table was a lovely touch. Would have liked to been made aware before morning 6 that you could order an omelette, only when we saw others with them did we realise. Overall, the hotel is really lovely. The staff are friendly and all really helpful. If I had any negatives it is only one small one, our room was overlooking 2 busy streets and there was noise very late some nights, however this would not stop us staying there again.

Wonderful stay

My wife and I visited here at the beginning of March to celebrate my 50th birthday and these are our thoughts. The hotel is stunning. Recently refurbished with some original/ traditional features, it really looks the part. It has a great vibe and is very adult orientated. Check in was easy and the staff very friendly. A welcome drink (cava in our case but they had others to choose from as well) was offered as well as a map/ directions and recommendations of the local area. The room was compact but perfectly acceptable and had everything you would need for a comfortable stay. A free safe, plenty of storage space, a selection of pillows, a mini bar (prices very reasonable), shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, as well as toothpaste and brushes, a comb, shaving kit, shoe shine kit and a Nespresso machine amongst the amenities supplied to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Shower pressure was good and the water hot. Breakfast was amazing. A selection of cereal and cold cuts, a hot station, a fantastic selection of cake and even cava if you wanted it. It's definitely worth paying for. The staff here are lovely and it felt that they were always willing to go the extra mile. We never used the bar facilities here but again, prices were very reasonable. Other nice touches were the umbrellas at reception that guests could grab and go if needed. The hotel is perfectly situated with the Almeda de Hercules around 100 yards away where there are plenty of bars and restaurants to visit and everything else within a half hours walk giving you plenty of time to soak up the beauty of Seville. We would certainly recommend the hotel to anyone and we believe it's the perfect base for a short city stay.

Nice small hotel

Good location, very short walk to the main sights, and plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. Staff very courteous and helpful. Room comfy, though a little small. Nice bar/lounge area. Didn't eat here but breakfast looked good. My only issue was how warm the room was, no way of adjusting this and we needed the window open all the time.
