The H10 Casa del Mar is located in Santa Ponça, one of the island’s most vibrant tourist destinations. Set in an attractive bay on the western coast of Mallorca, Santa Ponça is known for its white sand beaches, marina and wide variety of restaurants, bars and shops. It is also home to some of the best golf courses on the island.

An amazing stay from start to finish. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always going above and beyond to help. The hotel itself was spotless, and the rooms were cleaned to a high standard every day. Breakfast was buffet style with an amazing choice of food, the pool area was lovely and relaxing. A very chilled vibe to the hotel, and the beach was right outside.

Great hotel & animation team

We recently stayed at this hotel with our 7 month old and overall we had a really positive experience. (worth noting that we were moved to this hotel last minute due to structural issues with our pre booked hotel).
What truly makes this hotel stand out is the staff. Every single team member we encountered was warm, friendly, and incredibly hardworking. The reception staff were great, and the staff in the breakfast & dining area were always attentive from early morning through to late evening, always friendly and smiling .
The entertainment/animation team also deserves a special mention. Juan, who led the activities, was brilliant and great at bringing people together. During the day we played darts and archery, and in the evenings, Juan organised quizzes, bingo, and card games. This was perfect for us travelling with a baby, as we could relax with a drink at the hotel while still enjoying some entertainment.
There were also other activities available, including yoga and Pilates, led by another lovely member of the team.
In terms of the hotel itself, the location is excellent, and the pool area is lovely. The on-site restaurant served good food and the cocktails were also great, proper cocktails!
Breakfast and dinner at the hotel were also great with lots of choice and fresh food.
The only drawbacks were the room walls are quite thin, and we were placed in a room with an adjoining door, which meant we could hear a lot of noise from next door, as if they were in the same room as us. Additionally, the air conditioning didnt work for a couple of days and with no fans available, this made things a bit uncomfortable especially with a young baby. There were a few hen dos at the hotel so it was quite noisy but that didnt bother us. Rooftop bar and pool were amazing!
Overall, this is a great hotel, largely thanks to its amazing staff.

Spectacular!

My sister & I stayed at the amazing H10 Casa Del Mar for 3 nights & it was fantastic! Wonderful location straight across from the beach with plenty of restaurants, bars, coffee shops on your doorstep. The view from the rooftop pool is just spectacular! We were B&B & breakfast had everything you could need or want it was perfect for us. Our room was immaculate, comfortable & had a great view of the pool. The staff were all lovely couldn't do enough for us & I am going back for a week with my daughter & her boyfriend in May as our stay was just superb!
