Perfect stay at the "Ten"

H10 Hotel Santa Ponsa Review I had a fantastic stay at the H10 Hotel in Santa Ponsa and would highly recommend it. The breakfast each morning was simple but absolutely delicious, offering plenty of choice including fresh fruit, a selection of cured meats, a made-to-order egg station, and lovely Majorcan pastries. It was the perfect way to start the day. If youre lucky enough to get one of the beach-facing rooms, the views are truly amazing and well worth it waking up to the sea each morning really makes the stay feel special. The hotel bar is another highlight, with a lovely relaxed atmosphere and outdoor seating thats ideal for enjoying a drink in the sun or winding down in the evening. Overall, a great hotel with a welcoming feel, I see there are reviews critical of cleanliness, the place is absolutely fine, the location is perfect, the reception staff very helpful and we had a great time for the five days that we spent at the hotel. The hotel also provides pool towels for a 10 Euro deposit which can be changed daily by the pool. There is a supermarket next door to the hotel where you can stock up your fridge with beers and water, also get a decent baguette for lunch.

Amazing stay and holiday

Just returned from a great 10 night stay at the hotel! The hotel is in a great location across from the sea! We use to stop off for a drink the last time we stayed in Santa Ponsa and thought the next time we come back we would stay at the hotel and we are glad we did! The rooms and all areas within the hotel were clean and very nice decor! Plenty of amenities and within the rooms we appreciated the fridge, kettle, air conditioning and the safe all for free which is getting harder to come by! We originally booked bed and breakfast however on arrival we upgraded to half board for 25 euro per person per night! We felt this was good value and were glad we did! Food quality was always good and for us plenty of choice! Both breakfast and dinner were great! There were plenty of sun loungers! A lovely big pool which we didnt go into with it being April! There was an indoor spa pool etc which we used once and was great to know it was there! What made this hotel for us was the staff! All very friendly throughout! We were made to feel welcome! The dinning room staff were amazing always happy to talk and smile and nothing was too much bother! A special shout out to the waitress Magaretta she was so lovely! We felt it hard to fault anything we did notice very minor bits that could make the hotel even better! There is a good few bird droppings around our balcony was cleaned everyday but this is an issue across the whole town! The sun-bed frames could do with a wipe as they do get marked with use! Other than that we would certainly return and at some point we will!

H10 exceeded my high expectations. Christina was a stand out superstar!!

High quality from start to finish. From the moment we walked through the door the staff set the tone for a fantastic short break. The roof top pool and terrace is stunning. I have to mention Christina at the terrace bar. She was born to do this and has a genuine love for her clients.
