The location is gorgeous, and the hotel itself is stylish, with a cozy lobby.
I arrived at the hotel at 8 p.m. and still managed to enjoy a delicious dinner. A wonderful female chef cheerfully recommended the grilled salmon. You could tell she truly loves her job.
There is also a beautiful observation deck on the roof. However, it would have been better if the pool were heated in October.
The dinners were a pleasant surprise. There was always fish, shrimp, and paella.
The gray-haired waiter was hospitable and excellent
Unfortunately, I cannot say the same about the other waiters. The female waitresses were aggressive, especially when I refused to buy water with my dinner.
Whether or not I buy drinks is my choice. When I refused, the highlighted blonde waitress looked at me arrogantly and angrily took away the glasses.
There was also a situation when I was cold sitting at dinner because the air conditioners were on. I decided to change seats, but a dark-haired male waiter aggressively argued that I couldnt move. So, was I supposed to sit somewhere I was uncomfortable? I explained that I was cold and wanted to move, but the waiter went to complain about me to another waiter. I still stayed where I was comfortable.
Overall, the waiters were aggressive and pushy when trying to sell drinks. Its my choice whether to buy them or not.
At one point, I went to pour myself some boiled water from the kettle during dinner, and the same highlighted blonde waitress angrily told me I couldnt have it. It was unpleasant. She could have been more politeafter all, she works with people!
Out of principle, I bought water from the store.
Otherwise, I liked the hotel, especially enjoying the beautiful sunsets from the beach

High quality from start to finish. From the moment we walked through the door the staff set the tone for a fantastic short break. The roof top pool and terrace is stunning. I have to mention Christina at the terrace bar. She was born to do this and has a genuine love for her clients.
