Excellent service and a great location. Stayed for a family celebration in London and from reception to checking out and everything in between the service and standards were fabulous. Sky bar on 8th floor was a great treat in the Sunshine. Breakfast was busy but calm with great cleaning standards and helpful staff. Would definitely stay here and at this Brand again. Thank you for making our family stay so easy.

Great affordable hotel in London

Stayed here at the beginning of the year. From start to finish our experience was wonderful. Samira at reception was so friendly, offered us a complimentary drink on arrival and told us to take a seat which was needed after a long day of travelling. The room was beautiful, we had a lovely view and it was very comfortable. Roof top bar was an added bonus. Staff here were very friendly. Sorry I didnt get their names. It was the evening of the 17th of Jan. the doorman was so sweet also. Still thinking of the hotel and will 100% be back. Location was perfect. 10-15 mins from central and a 5 or so minute walk from Waterloo station. I work in a hotel myself and can see how well this hotel operates. Well done to all the staff :)

Brilliant brilliant hotel - nothing was too much trouble- Prosecco at check in , lovely fluffy robes and slippers in room. Cocktail lounge with city view- close to everything. Staff were simply amazing will CERTAINLY stay again/ thank you
