Violeta the queen of customer service

We had a bit of a disaster when we arrived as the receptionist could not locate our booking. I was quite adamant I had paid in full though booking.com. it turned out I had paid in full for 2027! I was absolutely mortified however it made sense considering the price we had paid with so much going on in London the weekend we were there. Wimbledon, Pride, Harry styles, a festival in Finsbury park! Violeta the receptionist was so helpful she was so calm and managed to get us a room for the 3 nights. She even tried to help us get our money back but we decided to keep next year's booking as we tend to visit London at least once a year. Violeta is an absolute angel she showed the absolute best customer service I have ever experienced she was calm helpful and put me at ease even though I was mortified at the time and worried we were stranded given how busy London was that weekend. I can't thank her enough and looking forward to coming back next year! The hotel is well located close to many bars and restaurants and 2 main stations it was so easy to get around. Breakfast was fantastic and the bars served lovely drinks and cocktails. We can't wait to come back and explore London more! Thanks again Violeta for saving our trip!

Viloeta we adore you

Viloteta! What a woman! So thankfully I had not booked this trip myself. My partner had. And he had booked the same dates for 2027 instead of 2026. Violeta sorted this within 10 minutes. Innitially advising us to get a refund on the 2027 booking I instead told her to keep that booking in as something to look forward to next year. She done her best to get us the best deal available. We had paid 650 thinking it was for 2026 the total we paid on the day for the same 3 night stay this year was 1050. This still seamed resonablie due to it being pride, wimbolden, harry styles and shania and finsbury park festival i thought this was a reasonable price. Being a h10 fan for many years mainly in spain, the canaries and mexico i was already exstatic to discover one in the uk. The hotel receprion, bar, toilets and resteraunts were outstanding. Spotless and great smelling. As too where the rooms, all corridors and the sky bar. We had no steamer in our room and innitially the iron did not work. This was sorted out instantly although i did fix the iron wire myself. Either ways the recption and house keeping were on the ball. Over all we had an amazing time and stay and the breakfast wipes the floor with anything else local. Massive thankyou and gratuity to the reception, housekeeping and night time bar and reception staff. Cannot wait for our next visist in 2027. Highly reconend for visitors from not just uk but also America, Australia and anywhere else.

H10 Hotels Never Disappoint

We chose to stay at the H10 Waterloo having stayed at other H10 hotels and we weren't disappointed. The hotel is lovely and clean with very friendly staff and in a great location, just a 10 - 15 min walk from Waterloo Station and the South Bank. We stayed in the London Eye Suite on the 11th floor which offered great views and would definitely recommend a visit to the Sky Bar on the 8th floor which is open until 10.30 pm. Breakfast was lovely and relaxed until 11.00 am with really good quality food, we couldn't fault it. We can't wait for our next H10 stay.

Great affordable hotel in London

Stayed here at the beginning of the year. From start to finish our experience was wonderful. Samira at reception was so friendly, offered us a complimentary drink on arrival and told us to take a seat which was needed after a long day of travelling. The room was beautiful, we had a lovely view and it was very comfortable. Roof top bar was an added bonus. Staff here were very friendly. Sorry I didnt get their names. It was the evening of the 17th of Jan. the doorman was so sweet also. Still thinking of the hotel and will 100% be back. Location was perfect. 10-15 mins from central and a 5 or so minute walk from Waterloo station. I work in a hotel myself and can see how well this hotel operates. Well done to all the staff :)
