A wonderful time had by all

Central location, beautiful hotel with lovely staff. Roof top bar is an absolute must beautiful views across the city. Breakfast and food on the rooftop terrace were absolutely spot on will defintely return and recommend.

A Perfect First Stay in LondonWe'll Definitely Be Back!

This hotel was the perfect choice for the first part of our London vacation before we sailed from Southampton on a cruise to Norway. Since this was our first trip to London, we spent countless hours watching YouTube videos trying to decide where to stay. Surprisingly, we couldn't find many videos that really explained this hotel's location, so we decided to take a chanceand we are so glad we did. We couldn't have been more pleased with our stay. The hotel is absolutely lovely. We booked a Classic Superior Sky View room, and it exceeded our expectations. As Americans, we had heard that London hotel rooms can be quite small, so we were a little concerned about space. Fortunately, our room felt comfortable, well-designed, and had more than enough room for the two of us. After our overnight flight, we arrived around 11:00 a.m. expecting to leave our luggage until check-in. To our surprise, the front desk had a room ready for us and checked us in early without us even having to ask. That thoughtful gesture made a wonderful first impression. To help adjust to the time change, we took a walk along the South Bank of the River Thames. The walk to Big Ben and the Houses of Parliament was beautiful, and simply strolling along the river was one of our favorite experiences in London. When we returned to the hotel, we discovered the rooftop bar and it quickly became one of the highlights of our stay. The views are absolutely stunning, with the London Eye visible in the distance along with an incredible view of the city skyline. The scenery alone would have been worth the visit, but the food, drinks, and service were outstanding as well. We enjoyed it so much that we returned every evening for dinner. The service throughout our stay, from check-in to check-out, was exceptional. Every member of the staff was warm, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. One small note for fellow American travelers: as I mentioned in another review from the second part of our London stay, we didn't realize that many hotels in London do not typically provide washcloths, as they are considered personal items. It certainly wasn't a problem, we had plenty of bath towels and hand towels but it's helpful to know before you pack. I hope this hotel receives many more reviews because it truly deserves them. We had a wonderful experience and would not hesitate to stay here again. Thank you to everyone on the team for making our first visit to London so memorable. You made us want to come back!

Excellent Service, Great Location and Comfortable Accommodation

The H10 Waterloo never disappoints. We arranged for a large delegation to stay here for week, the hotel staff were very professional and attentive, the rooms well appointed and location excellent. Thank you to the whole team, we look forward to staying with you again.

The hotel is very well located, very Good rooms, breakfast excellent, Valentina from the front desk was very kind and help full, all the staff is very good, a bus station very close to the hotel.
