Very welcoming , even a glass of Cava on arrival. Bus stops close by , buffet breakfast was very good with a great selection of hot and cold food. The room was very good, very comfy bed and the shower room, although small , was of a good quality, the shower tray was non slip and toiletries are good quality as well.

REALLY ENJOYED OUR STAY.

We arrived and were greeted by a lovely young receptionist who clearly explained everything to us and once done what she had to do, offered us a welcome drink with comfortable seating in pleasant surroundings before going to our room. We were delighted with the room, light bright and airy. We were lucky to have a corner room so dual aspect floor to ceiling windows. Lovely bathroom, good shower and fluffy towels. A large comfortable bed and bedding made for a good nights sleep. Breakfast was excellent. Plenty of choice and all fresh, good quality produce. Things were constantly replenished with all areas kept clean and tidy. We ate in the restaurant on our first night. Starter main and dessert were all excellent especially the fillet steak which was cooked to perfection. Every member of staff at breakfast was absolutely lovely and very obliging. The hotel is in a good location with only a short distance from the tube. While sitting at breakfast on the first morning we noticed a bus stop directly opposite the hotel. We had two evenings watching shows and found it easier to hop on a bus after the theatre both evenings. The bus was pretty regular so not too long to wait. It was good for us, not generally being out late at night and both in our 70s, to just get off the bus, straight into the hotel and up to bed! We found bus no: 176 really convenient. We loved everything about the hotel and definitely intend returning. Sincere thanks to all staff.

Very nice hotel with staff who appear to have pride in their work and who take care of their guests.
Reception staff are particularly helpful and attentive.
The outdoor terrace bar is particularly welcome on a nice day.
Not cheap but a quality experience.

Great affordable hotel in London

Stayed here at the beginning of the year. From start to finish our experience was wonderful. Samira at reception was so friendly, offered us a complimentary drink on arrival and told us to take a seat which was needed after a long day of travelling. The room was beautiful, we had a lovely view and it was very comfortable. Roof top bar was an added bonus. Staff here were very friendly. Sorry I didnt get their names. It was the evening of the 17th of Jan. the doorman was so sweet also. Still thinking of the hotel and will 100% be back. Location was perfect. 10-15 mins from central and a 5 or so minute walk from Waterloo station. I work in a hotel myself and can see how well this hotel operates. Well done to all the staff :)
