My wife and I stayed at the H10 Waterloo - which is a short stroll from Waterloo Station - for three nights in a Classic Superior Sky View room on the ninth floor.
We were one floor above the eighth floor which houses the Sky Bar, which has an outside terrace, and great views of the London Skyline.
We ate snacks at this bar - Ham Croquettes, french fries and a Club Sandwich - all very tasty and reasonably priced for a central London hotel.
We were served by Alicia and Lentio who were excellent in their service to us - thanks to you both for making our stay so pleasant.
Breakfast is served on the first floor. It is buffet style with a wide range of both hot and cold food and drink so there is more than enough choice for those who wish to opt for a continental style breakfast as opposed to a full English style one.
We will definitely return - well worth a visit if you are planning a visit to London.

Right off the bat, we were met with very friendly staff. Luis made sure we were comfortable while checking in and half way through met us with a friendly talk and asked whether we were doing alright.
The rooms are nice and clean, something that doesnt happen that often nowadays. The rooms are spacious, nice and modern with very comfortable beds. We thought the breakfast had a lot of options, both savoury and swet. Staff is lovely and helpfull!

Brilliant brilliant hotel - nothing was too much trouble- Prosecco at check in , lovely fluffy robes and slippers in room. Cocktail lounge with city view- close to everything. Staff were simply amazing will CERTAINLY stay again/ thank you
