Excellent hotel - would stay here again !

After reading reviews we were slightly concerned prior to our arrival. However from walking into the foyer and being greeted with a cold drink and very helpful informative staff and being shown to our deluxe suite we soon realised all would be fine. Our room was amazing. Air con very cool even if it did say 24 degrees on the monitor. The bedding, pillows, towels all of very high quality and everywhere spotlessly clean. We had the use of the private heated pool area which was lovely and never sat on such comfy sun loungers. There was a fully stocked mini bar which wasnt refilled but great thing is you could refill bottles by the pool bar with ice cold water. We cant understand the poor reviews about the food. Its a relatively small hotel so you cant expect the huge amount of choices you get at the larger hotels. The breakfast had everything you could possibly want. Everything was piping hot including the plates. Same with dinner. Hot food every time and high quality food. No fatty chewy meat - all good cuts and very tasty. Staff are plentiful and attentive. The all inclusive drinks were amazing with top brands included and I was delighted with fever tree tonic being available. The wine was really nice. We thoroughly enjoyed the Italian specialty restaurant. Really tasty food. We went twice. If I had any criticism it would be lack of hand sanitizer in the restaurant in particular. Luckily we took our own. Lovely that the pools were a good temperature not too freezing cold. Our only disappointment was the extremely uncomfortable plastic seating by the pool bar and where you sat at night to watch the entertainment. In fact we hardly bothered with the entertainment for this reason. All in all we would definitely come again though but management please give us some more appropriate seating so we can better enjoy staying at the hotel during the evening!

Relaxing stay.

Arrived just after 9pm and were taken to the dining room before it closed to allow us a hot meal before we completed check-in. Friendly reception and glass of cava then followed check-in. We stayed for one week, all-inclusive, in a deluxe suite -room 180 and I couldnt fault it. There was even a bottle of cava and some chocolates in our suite with a welcome note. Sunbeds on a shady terrace and access to a quiet, heated pool and a drinks dispensing machine. We had read reviews and thought we would eat out frequently but found the food to be much better than previous reviews had suggested. It was varied, plentiful and we always found something to enjoy. And most of it was hot! Waiting staff were prompt and friendly and the wine was decent. Had a meal in the Italian and although the service was excellent, we actually preferred the buffet. We always took a walk after dinner, so cant comment on entertainment but there was always something on in the evenings. We preferred the Sirocco bar for a nightcap and a proper glass. Drinks were good quality - can recommend the mango daiquiri! Housekeeping staff were excellent and our room was always refreshed after breakfast each day. All in all, our holiday proved good value for money and we thoroughly enjoyed both the hotel and Playa Blanca. H10 White Suites and its great staff gave us a thoroughly relaxing, enjoyable holiday. Amazing hotel, great value!

Amazing hotel, lovely staff that couldnt do enough for us, clean rooms, perfect weather, amazing food. Drinks selection was great and the la carte restaurant was high quality. Highly recommend this place, great value for money - thank you!

Lovely hotel - pool area really attractive & beautiful flowers

This is a lovely hotel - we were really happy with our choice. The flowers are gorgeous. The pool area is really lovely. However both pools were very cold - I swam (a bit!) but hardly anyone else did which was a shame. I would suggest that, particularly when the weather isnt good (which it wasnt for us) that both pools should be heated. Our shower wasnt great - too hot for a few seconds, then not warm enough but a relatively minor matter. Restaurant busy but good service & good food. Prices (e.g. wine) very reasonable & it made a nice change (especially given UK prices) not to feel any pressure to spend all our money! We would recommend this hotel and would return.
