H10 White Suites, Lanzarote

Quiet and relaxing

We have lost count of the number of times we have stayed at the White Suites and it never disappoints, even during the pool refurbishment! We read the other reviews and cannot understand some of the negative comments. Small tick, quiet tick, adults only tick, premium drinks tick, friendly and helpful staff tick, weather, although they have no control, tick, and so on. We read the negative comments about the food, the varied options mean, unless you are especially finicky, there is always something to meet your tastes, especially breakfast! The varied theme nights offer an extra touch and we always go home quite a few pounds extra! The warm welcome at reception and Bell boy, Fluvii, to all the bar and restaurant staff, they make you feel relaxed from the start. I could go on, cleanliness, comfy beds etc, but, needless to say that we are looking forward to returning again in October!

Excellent, clean & tidy and short walk to beach & promenade. Handy shop across the road that sells almost everything

Clean & tidy hotel, our room (213) could do with some general maintenance, suitcase stand was broken and just pushed back together instead of repaired properly and all the plug sockets were loose and came away from the wall. Hairdryer on bathroom wall was very temperamental and that also came away from the wall. Jacuzzi around pool area didnt work properly as the jets didnt work so it was just a hot tub. Evening entertainment was held around pool bar area and because of the wind in the evening you had to sit inside which only held around 30 people on rows of chairs. Daytime entertainment was ok but only on for 1 hour, some light music around pool area wouldve been nice as at times it was deadly quiet. Food was excellent, especially the Italian restaurant which was waiter service. Sunbeds were reserved early but there was always some available throughout the day Staff very helpful and friendly

Great location

Overall an excellent experience. A relaxing and relaxed atmosphere throughout. Staff are excellent and all have a can do attitude. Food was always well prepared and tasty.

Lovely stay

Having arrived late on the Friday evening we were met by very friendly staff at the reception. After a quick and easy check in which included an offer of a welcome drink we were offered a cold buffet if we needed to eat. Having found our suite we found it to be clean, spacious,very well equipped with a very good variety of toiletries. There was also a bottle of cava and box of chocolates and a stocked fridge. On the first morning we explored the grounds which were very well kept and found the hotel very easy to navigate. We found the breakfast, lunch and evening buffet meals variation very good everything well cooked and presented. Excellent selection of premium drinks were available at both bars and staff at these bars were always pleasant, polite and friendly. Always plenty of sun loungers available around a very well kept pool area. Location of hotel is perfect for an easy walk down to the prom which lead you to both marinas with plenty of shops, bars and restaurants and some lovely beaches. Market is open at Rubicon marina on Saturday and Wednesday which is worth a visit. We found all the staff a credit to the hotel. Another nice touch was during our stay it was my birthday and a member of staff delivered a chilled bottle of cava with a box of chocolates and best wishes. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to return soon.
