This was our second stay at H10 White Suites in Playa Blanca. We stayed from 9/03/26 to 16/03/26 in room 162 and overall had a very enjoyable visit. The hotel is clean, the suites are comfortable, the pool area is relaxed and well maintained, and the staff are friendly. The location is also excellent!
When we checked in we were asked if we had any food intolerances, which we appreciated as my partner is gluten intolerant. However, during the stay it was still not clear which dishes contained gluten. Under EU Regulation 1169/2011, establishments are required to provide information on allergens such as gluten in the food they serve. On the main buffet the dishes were labelled with the name of the food (as per picture) but there was no indication of allergens such as gluten, meaning we often had to ask staff which items were suitable. A clearer allergen guide or symbols on the buffet labels would make dining much easier and safer for guests with gluten intolerance or coeliac disease and would welcome the hotels feedback on this.
One very positive point was that the team kindly changed our two mattresses into one large mattress on the first day, which was much appreciated and made the room more comfortable.
Aside from the allergen labelling point, we had a very pleasant stay and enjoyed returning to the hotel!

Great Hotel but food lets it down

This Hotel is ideally situated between Playa Blanca and the marina
We had a great room with a south facing balcony, which given the winds were really strong the week we were there
The only negative was the Food , its constantly cold , the warmer lamps dont heat the food properly
We were also given one night in the Italian restaurant onsite, the meal was terrible, me & My Husband had to send our meals back as cold , our friends pizza was burnt on the bottom
I was so disappointed as the Hotel its self I found to be lovely , the staff especially Aziz , he went above &beyond to make us feel welcome
So a shame the food is a great let down

An excellent hotel in an excellent location. A 10 minute walk to the beach with plenty of restaurants and bars. From the moment we arrived we were made to feel welcome. A special mention for John in reception who was very friendly and even remembered my name on the last day.
The hotel is spotlessly clean and the rooms are also cleaned to a high standard. I find it amazing that so many reviews complain about the food being cold. I found this not to be the case whilst there was always a varied choice each evening.
I am happy to recommend this hotel to anyone who doesn't want to be in around the bars etc but within a very easy walk.
I hope to return next year.

Overall, a good experience

My wife and I stayed 10 days all inclusive in early February. We enjoyed our stay but it may not suit everyone. However the positives far outweighed the negatives for us.
It is a relatively small, adult only hotel, situated almost exactly between the two main resort centres. This means a leisurely 20 minute walk in either direction if you want the beach and shops, although you have a supermarket opposite which is useful.
The suite was large and comfortable. A bedroom with TV, bathroom with walk-in shower and lounge with another TV. There was an integral aircon/heating system in the lounge and a wall-mounted unit in the bedroom, each with its own controller. Both moved air when operated but did not produce any cooling or heating. Either we were very unlucky or the systems were disabled. As it happened, the temperatures in the room were acceptable so we didnt raise it with reception. Plenty of storage with a fridge and large safe.
The sunbeds were extremely comfortable with thick cushions and plenty of them. The pools were too cold to use except for a few brave souls as seems to be usual in most hotels. They are stated as heated but not at least not very!
The lounge / bar area was small and integrated with reception but pleasant, although seating wasnt very comfortable. There was entertainment there most nights. Usually a singer or guitar player. AI drinks included many premium brands with generous measures.
The buffet restaurant was very pleasant and comfortable with excellent service. In fact, all the staff we met were very friendly and efficient. Being a small hotel, food variety was unsurprisingly less extensive than the larger hotels but we always found something we liked.
Late evening entertainment was outside, in the pool bar area. A bit chilly for us in Feb but there were some good acts. Later in the year, this was probably the place to be.
Guests were mainly pretty ancient, like us! So probably not for most younger adults. In any event, we enjoyed our stay.
