H10 White Suites, Lanzarote

Visited this hotel many times and thoroughly enjoyed our stays there. All staff are so professional, helpful and friendly including Fulvio the bell boy, Marcel & Roxanne on reception, Beatriz who performed our turndown service, Gie & Moulod the barmen & Estafano (Fany) our cleaner. Special thanks also to Jhoan Lema the Guest Relations Manager for all his help. Food very good at both breakfast and evening meal. Hotel well maintained. Would recommend.

This was our 2nd stay at the white suite and wont be our last. Staff are really friendly but you could see that this year they were run off their feetnot enough staff on the poolside bar during the day - lunch times could be hectic. We cannot comment on the evening as we would have our evening meal and take a walk. We went all inclusive and therefore could book into new Italian restaurant which was a pleasant change from last year. It would have been nice to have had wider choice on the menu as it was very limited - saying that we did enjoy the meal. We did also have to report the shower in our accommodation as the water didnt drain away resulting in the bathroom flooding .. the maintenance guy was there in no time to resolve the issue but after 2 days the problem return .. maybe next year we will look to upgrade our room. We didnt have an issue getting sunbeds but did notice the pool guy going round taking towels off beds before 9am which was good to see this been policed as you are told when checking in not to reserve sunbeds. We did also enjoy the Sunday DJ cracking tunes although a little loud could have imagined been in Ibiza at a beach party. All in all great holiday - Playa Blanca is lovely nice chilled atmosphere with plenty of places to eat and drink if you want a change from the hotel

We stayed at this lovely boutique hotel for one week at the end of October. We had gone back again because we enjoyed our stay so much last time. Everything was kept spotlessly clean, our room was cleaned every day and the bed made. We got new towels whenever we needed them. We were very lucky to have been upgraded to one of the newly renovated deluxe rooms and would highly recommend them. Everything decorated to a high standard, large good quality wardrobes and a comfortable bed. Loads of room including a lovely lounge area with comfortable sofa. Only niggle with the bed was the sheet was not fitted and tended to come out and get all wrinkled up. We had a quiet pool out the back to share with just a few rooms and our own sunbeds so no worries about getting one. Having said that, although yes some people must have been up at the crack of dawn to reserve a sunbed round the main pool, we always got one when we wanted to. Entertainment was generally good and varied, we just weren't keen on the loud DJ music on Sunday afternoon round the pool but that's personal choice and we were tired having just arrived and hadn't got our room yet ( which we already knew would be the case until 3pm). We had a small niggle with the room fan not working but that was quickly fixed. Food was the normal hotel buffet style, and generally good, always finding something we liked including my husband who is a vegetarian, although would have liked better labeling on the food as not always sure if some things had meat in them. Very much enjoyed our one meal in the Italian restaurant, lovely atmosphere. Staff everywhere were lovely, friendly and very hard working, never had to wait very long for anything and always got a lovely place in the restaurant almost every time in our place of choice by the window. Bar staff were quick and efficient and made great cocktails. Pool bar food decent quality. All in all we had a lovely relaxing time and have already booked for next year.

Huge thank you to Johan and team for such a lovely warm welcome and taking care of me during my stay, everyone is so friendly, professional and really helpful. The hotel is beautiful inside and out the pools and gardens are well maintained. The food was lovely as always with so much choice. The live music and DJ were fantastic as was the the Aqua bike session every Sunday. The nearby beaches are beautiful, It is my 4th visit and intend to return again soon. Thank you again and for the personal touches that means such a lot.
