H10 White Suites, Lanzarote

If you want a chill and relaxing holiday then this is the hotel for you!! Great hotel overall! However, there are things that need improving to make this hotel even better so White Suites please read constructive criticism! For context - we stayed during the refurb and stayed in a room that was refurbed. Good points: - Modern decor - Chilled vibe to the place - Food excellent - All inclusive drinks are good. (Wide selection and good quality cocktails) - Evening entertainment excellent. (Dont forget to bring a white outfit for the white party) - Loved the live music by the pool. (Some days they had chilled music but on Sundays they have a DJ which is honestly great. So is perfect for old and young people) - Location is fab - about 5 min walk to beach and 15 min walk to the marina with shops and restaurants. - Friendly staff overall Things to improve: - Mirror!! Oh my goodness I did struggle without a mirror. The room had been refurbished but the only mirror they had was really high up so I was too small so see myself in it and often had to stand on the sofa. There was a mirror in the bathroom but you cant use it when someone is using the shower as it steams up. A full length mirror in the room would make it perfect! - TOWELS!! We had to stay the whole week using the same beach towel as we tried to change it everyday but they never had enough!! The life guard was not helpful at all. We had asked him everyday in the morning to change our towel. He said he didnt have any and told us to come back in the afternoon then we came back and there were still none. This happened everyday no matter what time!! Leaving us using the same sweaty and dirty towel. We complained at reception and nothing was done. - Stage for entertainment. The entertainment is fabulous but they need a better stage! The stage is quite small and they had an excellent acrobatic act that definitely needed more space. The lights didnt work for two nights so we had to listen to the singer in darkness. Overall excellent stay!! Honestly soooo relaxing!!

We have just returned from H10 White Suites and had a lovely time. We travelled with our family and had 3 rooms in block 1 which were all clean, good aircon and comfortable. We have been here on a number of occasions as it is a quiet, peaceful, relaxing holiday. This hotel is a great central location, 2 minute walk to the beach, 10 minute walk to town, 15 minute walk to the marina. There is a hyperdino (small supermarket) directly opposite the hotel which is handy. Everyone is so friendly and the service is impeccable! The lady who serves on the grill at breakfast though.I wish we knew how to make her smile! She is rude, huffs a lot. I dont think she realises the importance of her role as potentially being the first person that holiday makers meet that day. Yes the hotel is going through an upgrade plan and currently working on block 4 (roughly rooms 61-71 both floors) and is the block that runs along the main road. As we regularly stay at this hotel, we are excited to see more about the rooms when they are finished. They are either going to be swim up or have an exclusive pool I believe. We stayed in block 1, which is our favourite location here and were not impacted by the works at all. We are very well travelled and have to say that this is a great hotel and wouldnt hesitate recommending it to people!

Absolutely LOVED our stay here. We came for a 6 night stay and it didnt disappoint!! The food was really nice with plenty of choice, theres English bacon available from the grill at breakfast which is a bonus. Cocktails are blooming delicious, Estrella on tap and plenty of branded soft drinks and spirits available!! The only problem we found was theres plenty of sunbeds and you dont need to fight for them BUT theres isnt enough umbrellas so people are going down and reserving the ones with the umbrellas so they have shade!! The hotel is spotlessly clean and all the staff were polite and helpful. We had the maid knocking us up 2 morning in a row at 830 to clean our room we did politely say no thanks and went to reception to ask them if they could come and do our room after 10 and they said no problems the rooms themselves are huge and we loved the 2 air con machines which you can control yourself, the beds are super duper comfortable and you also have a range of 3 pillows each to choose from firmness which was a bonus. The hotel is only a few minutes walk from the beach and also centrally located to the town itself and also the rubicon marina. All in all a fabulous time had by ourselves, would highly recommend and we will definitely be back. Thankyou H10 white suites for a perfect relaxing holiday

Just me and the wife this time sadly a lot going on in the background. Weather was fabulous which was a bonus but. THE HOTEL STAFF WERE FABULOUS A REAL TEAM EFFORT WITH THE TEAM AT THE TOP OF THEIR GAME. A real fabulous holiday in great surroundings with fantastic staff Met and made new friends xx now thats a real bonus
