Only positives for this hotel. Rooms spacious and well equipped - huge fluffy towels and robes - all close to pool and bar areas. Food is varied with lots of fish and shellfish; and usually nice and hot, unlike some buffets. Location is just a 100 metres or so from sea, half way between playa and dorada areas - lovely easy walks to both. Big plus is the branded drinks in the AI package and nicely made cocktails. Best of all is the staff: so friendly, fun and seem really happy at the hotel.

Huge thank you to Johan and team for such a lovely warm welcome and taking care of me during my stay, everyone is so friendly, professional and really helpful.
The hotel is beautiful inside and out the pools and gardens are well maintained. The food was lovely as always with so much choice. The live music and DJ were fantastic as was the the Aqua bike session every Sunday. The nearby beaches are beautiful, It is my 4th visit and intend to return again soon. Thank you again and for the personal touches that means such a lot.

Arrived very late at the hotel due to flight delay but they had very kindly saved me food which was a nice gesture. Room very good. Everywhere was very clean. Good choice of food in the restaurant both at breakfast and evening meal. The hotel is very conveniently situated approx half way between the marina and the town and there is a supermarket opposite. Close to the beach as well. Only two minor problems. One being guests reserving sun beds at 7.15 each morning even though it is against the hotels policy. The second being unable to swap my evening meal for lunch instead. Last year it was not a problem and we did it several times. This year it was not allowed. Would not stop me visiting again but I would probably opt for B&B instead as I like the flexibility of eating out in the evening sometimes.

Just back from their dream white sweets package, nothing is too much trouble from luxury travel to and from the airport to the treats left daily in the room. Hotel is currently undergoing a renovation on one of the bars but to lesson the noise daily entertainment has been laid on the DJ was incredible catering for all. Food was good with a great selection for all. Staff at the pool bar just simply out of this world make every guest feel special.
If your looking for an adults only break away spend a little more an get the top package from travel including and a free massage as well as a day in an exclusive area to free mini bar refilled daily and treated like royalties this is by far the best.
