H10 White Suites, Lanzarote

I am travelling with a friend this times , the hotel is perfect for us in so many ways. The staff are wonderful and food is good We were here a year ago and they have replaced the Bedouin tent bar with The Dolca Vita Italian restaurant- you can visit once per week- we went last night and it was lovely to be served instead of the buffet style- a great addition The rooms have a living room so we move one of the single beds from the bedroom into there creating two separate sleeping spaces- perfect way to save on single occupancy tariffs The daily entertainment is great too , live music by the pool at lunchtime and in the evenings We returned here because of their sunbed policy, any reserved beds before 9 am were cleared away and items kept safe in the bag of shame by the lifeguard. This sadly is not being done now hence people are setting alarms to get their pitch which is a pressure we didnt want on holiday I spoke to the management who said it was to be the main topic at this weeks meeting- too late for us sadly They also need more umbrellas and to repair or replace the 2 large umbrellas over the pool cafe All that said, if you choose this hotel youll have a great holiday

My partner and I are sitting in the lobby of this wonderful hotel, waiting for the bus to take us to the airport after a memorable week at this quiet resort whose clientele are respectable (most common age of couple is early 60s, a little older than us). The all-inclusive trip was well worth it. I'm a stone heavier, I'm sure, as is my missus, and we've had amazing weather. We were in room 126. It is a spotlessly clean studio with the bed area separate from the bathroom and living area which leads out to the patio. You will have access to a safe (no charge). Linen can be changed as often as you like. We paid a little extra to keep the room until 2.30. There are two air-conditioning units, with separate and straightforward controls. The hum of the units did not keep us awake. The staff, from first arrival, can't do enough for you. The only person with a less than smiley countenance is in the main dining toom but she's nice enough and not off-putting. Sunbeds and umbrellas are mostly plentiful, though I noticed great demand for them this morning by 9 o'clock. If you don't get "your" spot every day, that's just too bad: other people are here, too. The pool bar was our main port of call for drinks and snacks during the day. The staff there are terrific. Best of all is a lovely girl who wears glasses, with the lad with the sort of goatee beard and another barman c. the same age also being great assets. The measure size is 'generous +'! Let me address some negative comments we saw before coming here. 1. "Breakfast repetitive": when someone writes that they simply can't be taken seriously. Also, the variety of dishes offered at all meals is grand. 2. Food could be hotter: this is not untrue but there is no easy way to have food visible and piping hot all the time. The food is warm enough for sure. 3. Smoking: some people do smoke but by no means is it a problem from talking to other people. If smoking bothers you, ask the person to stop. 4. "Late-night noise": considering that the entertainment ends at 10.30, and no later than 11, what is that all about? Further, there are no rooms 'above' the pool bar where groups play, merely some studios behind it. 5. "Not 4 star'": absolute bumkin (balderdash). Some people really need something to winge about probably the type of people for whom a Rolls Royce would be nothing but trouble. *One huge recommendation for the management: please offer a second brand of draught beer in addition to Estrella. I'm certain that would go down very well. To conclude, you'll do very well indeed to stay at a better 4-star hotel than White Suites. We hope to be back.

Just me and the wife this time sadly a lot going on in the background. Weather was fabulous which was a bonus but. THE HOTEL STAFF WERE FABULOUS A REAL TEAM EFFORT WITH THE TEAM AT THE TOP OF THEIR GAME. A real fabulous holiday in great surroundings with fantastic staff Met and made new friends xx now thats a real bonus

Huge thank you to Johan and team for such a lovely warm welcome and taking care of me during my stay, everyone is so friendly, professional and really helpful. The hotel is beautiful inside and out the pools and gardens are well maintained. The food was lovely as always with so much choice. The live music and DJ were fantastic as was the the Aqua bike session every Sunday. The nearby beaches are beautiful, It is my 4th visit and intend to return again soon. Thank you again and for the personal touches that means such a lot.
