Excellent with one drawback for the disabled

Lovely hotel, excellent food, attentive and kind staff. The hotel is situated a short five minute walk from a beach area, and between ten and fifteen minutes from the marina, in one direction, and the port, where ferries leave to Fuerteventura, in the other. Even the all inclusive drinks are excellent with the cocktails properly mixed, not from a machine. So why only four stars? We booked the hotel as fully accessible. My wife is a full-time wheelchair user who cannot walk. Firstly, the hotel's position means that the paths towards the sea, all slope. Not easy for a wheelchair user, and coming back, impossible without someone to push. Secondly, the mechanism to lift disabled people into and out of the pool, has been installed seemingly without much thought. It's too high initially for a wheelchair user to get onto without help, and is situated over water of a depth of 1.5 metres, into which it only goes about 45-60 cm, meaning that getting back onto it is all but impossible unless you have use of your legs, This problem was demonstrated to the hotel, and they have promised to do something about it. So... to sum up, excellent, unless someone in your party is disabled, in which case, look elsewhere.

Fantastic holiday!

We had a fantastic stay at H10 White Suites in Playa Blanca and would happily return. From the moment we arrived, the staff were outstandingfriendly, helpful, and consistently professional. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and their warm approach really made the holiday special. The all-inclusive buffet was superb, with a wide variety of well-cooked dishes to suit all tastes. We particularly loved the freshly grilled meats and the made-to-order omelettes and pancakes each morningsuch a great touch. The bar service was excellent and the quality of cocktails was superb with premium brands freely available. The cleanliness throughout the hotel was exceptional. Both the rooms and all communal areas were spotless at all times. Our room was spacious, with plenty of storage, and the daily maid service kept everything fresh and comfortable. The complimentary toiletries were also a lovely bonus. There was always something to do if you wanted it, with great entertainment throughout the day and evening. We enjoyed the live music acts, as well as activities like the drumming workshop, Pilates, yoga, aqua fit, and even synchronised swimming! The atmosphere overall was calm and laid-back, with plenty of very comfortable sunbeds availableno stress or rushing to reserve a spot. All in all, a brilliant hotel with excellent facilities, amazing staff, and a really relaxing feel. Highly recommended!

Lovely hotel - pool area really attractive & beautiful flowers

This is a lovely hotel - we were really happy with our choice. The flowers are gorgeous. The pool area is really lovely. However both pools were very cold - I swam (a bit!) but hardly anyone else did which was a shame. I would suggest that, particularly when the weather isnt good (which it wasnt for us) that both pools should be heated. Our shower wasnt great - too hot for a few seconds, then not warm enough but a relatively minor matter. Restaurant busy but good service & good food. Prices (e.g. wine) very reasonable & it made a nice change (especially given UK prices) not to feel any pressure to spend all our money! We would recommend this hotel and would return.
