Stayed for 12 days begining of October. Arrived at 21,30 and taken straigt down to buffet restraunt before checking in. Stayed in Privelege room on 2nd floor. The room was very clean and well equipped. Big balcony with lovely pool and sea view rooms. Nice touch with complimentary bottle of cava on arrival , chocolates delivered at 6pm each evening. Shame mini bar is not replenished.
Ate in Al a Carte breackfast several times . Enjoyed it, but did prefer buffet breakfast as we like to eat and go. Buffet lunch was ok, Evening meals were very nice with themed menus each night, Also ate in Al a Carte 3 times, made a nice change to be waited on but my partner struggled with selection as reason why we only went 3 times.
Pool and pool area was always clean , never had a problem finding a bed in the privelege area with lovely sunbeds with matresses. Was tucked away from pools though and would have liked clubhouse bar to open at 11am.
Service in the lobby bar was excelent with a very good selection of coffees, spirits and cocktails. Pleasant evening entertainmentin lobby.
Entertainment in the discio bar was ok, Usual holoday entertainment, Abba night, Elvis, Tina Turner, Beatles ,
All in all we had a wonderful time and would rate this hotel as one of the best we have stayed at in the Canary Islands (well over 20 holidays on all 4 Islands). H10 can be very proud of all their staff. We have stayed at very few hotels we would happily return to , but this is definitly one of them ,and would not hesitate to reccomend to our friends.

We had a great week,enjoying the sunshine and welcoming we received on arrival at the hotel, the restaurant was great and the restaurant staff work so hard, the rooms had a great view of the sea and the domestic cleaners made it comfortable and clean for us and the room was ready on arrival.We will be booking to come back next year for a great relaxing holiday.

This wonderful hotel has been a firm favourite for us over the last few years. Our first ever trip here was for our honeymoon and when deciding where to go to celebrate my 50th birthday we could think of nowhere better. Our 6th trip to the Timanfaya Palace was just as enjoyable as all of our other holidays here. The rooms are excellent, the food is superb, with lots of choice (including catering very well for gluten free and other dietary requirements) and the staff dedicated, friendly and hard working. The hotel is in a great location and offers a fantastic, relaxing holiday.
