Perfect Holiday - Five Star

Another year, another visit to Timanfaya Palace. A perfect holiday with weather to match. The food was exceptional this trip with great variety and good quality. As usual, the lovely staff added infinitely to the quality of our stay - from the quiet efficient cleaners, turndown team and the truly professional restaurant and bar staff. Everyone was great. (p.s. - not sure about men wearing shorts in the Kasbah in the evening!?)

Simply The Best

Fantastic Hotel, stayed 1 week Half Board at the end of September, greeted at check in with a glass of cava or juice and was checked in by a new member of staff very polite young man overseen by another senior colleague. Lovely garden view room spotlessly clean that had sun on the balcony from 11am to sunset. Breakfast and evening meals were fantastic with themed meals each evening with freshly cooked steaks, fish, chicken and other meats top quality. Large selection of Salads and cheeses could not fault it. Waiter service in the bars at night with branded drinks. Pool area sun loungers were a little uncomfortable and very low however there are a few with comfy mattresses near the covered heated pool area. The Hotel is spotlessly clean in all public areas. Cannot wait to return. 10/10

Great hotel in great location

This was our 3rd visit to this hotel and we had another excellent stay. We arrived before check in so were given our bands and allowed to use all the facilities. We were booked on the all inclusive privilege package so made use of the lounge while we waited on our room. We were allocated a room on the 2nd floor but we prefer the 3rd floor for the lovely views so the lady on reception swapped this for us and allocated room 313. I thought all privilege rooms were on the highest floor so should probably have emailed the hotel before arrival to ask for the higher floor. The housekeeping staff kept the room spotless. All staff in the hotel were excellent, the main restaurant is run very well, we never waited long for drinks and all the food was excellent. We used the Kasbah on 4 occasions for dinner and the staff in here are all very polite and can't do enough for you, all meals were excellent. We used the Kasbah for breakfast too and the food was of a good quality. Again staff in here were excellent and very friendly. I felt the privilege sunbathing area was busier then in previous years, I am not sure how many privilege rooms there are in the hotel or if more people decide to upgrade on arrival. The staff are the best thing about this hotel and should be commended for their excellent service. Hotel is in a great location with Playa Flamingo beach just a very short walk away. We will definitely return.

Still a 5 star experience.

Just arrived room 275 , it's been just under 2 years since our first visit Christmas 2024 . We had such a wonderful time and were always planning on coming back . So here we are , checked in this morning. So good to see it's still absolutely fabulous. Wonderful happy helpful staff to check us in , Room is once again lovely , this time we upgraded to a privilege room. Not sure it's that much better than the sea view room last time , but it's still nice . Almost finished my first beer . The hotel is fantastic it's actually the only reason we came to Lanzarote. So once again expectations exceed. Thanks
