H10 Timanfaya Palace, Lanzarote

Just back from an 11 night stay. Our 2nd visit of the year - and 5th in total. This hotel gets better every time we visit. The location, staff, public areas, rooms and food are brilliant. I really cannot praise Jose (manager) and his whole team highly enough. Always plenty of sun beds (youre not allowed to reserve before 9:30) and we really like the dress code in the restaurant - these two things really add an extra touch of class. We will definitely be returning next year. Thank you again to everyone at the hotel.

We are on our way home from our 10th year at this lovely hotel. The staff, managed by Jose are the most helpful and friendly you will find. The Entertainments Team led by Matea keeps everyone happy and plied with drink! Food choice excellent. We have made friends with other regulars at the hotel and have Already booked for next year!

Thoroughly enjoyed our first time stay at this hotel and would definitely return something we rarely do. We just loved the relaxed easy going atmosphere in every area served by friendly happy staff. We particularly enjoyed the 9.30 sunbed rule. We were in a hotel in June where unless you were up by 7.45 there was little chance of a bed - who wants that stress first thing in morning. Loved the evening entertainment in the piano lounge. We occasionally went to the disco , enjoyed ABBA, Elvis and Soul but it was a lovely alternative option if you didnt fancy the shows and obviously not everything is going to be to our taste. The rooms were comfortable with lovely big balcony where we enjoyed sitting and reading for an hour or two. I didnt ask for a specific room but requested a certain area and thank reception for taking our request into account. My only slight little grumble is wish say just the round pool could be a bit warmer. I love swimming but has to be warm. Yes I did make good use of the heated pool but found it a bit of a trek from the main area, but it was available and wouldnt put us off returning. The food, drinks and service were all excellent. We had a great relaxing time and will definitely return . Thank you all

We love this hotel have stayed at this hotel many times, staff are always on the go, going above and beyond to please the guests, food is excellent with loads of differnt food to choose from, different theme everyday, entertainment is excellent
