H10 Timanfaya Palace, Lanzarote

Great experience and lovely hotel. The breakfast was brilliant, a lovely wide range. All staff were brilliant, particular mention to those working in the restaurant, fabulous. Would like it if the evening shows had a little explanation of what the shows consisted of as sometimes its hard to tell. Indoor pool was lovely and warm and a great location to the beach and shops and restaurants. Thank you :)

This was our first visit to this hotel and we have already booked for next year! That says everything. The hotel is set in lovely well tended gardens; plenty of space around the pool area, never crowded, you can always find a sun bed. Bars and restaurants are excellent and the evening shows were varied and very enjoyable.. We were all inclusive which I would recommend and everyone especially Abdoule ( I think ) in the restaurants were very helpful with my husband who is coeliac and needed gluten free meals. All the staff were friendly and courteous , if you are considering this hotel dont hesitate.

We had a lovely relaxing stay, just what we needed. We were among the younger guests at the hotel but the atmosphere is just what we enjoy, peace and quiet with excellent service from the staff and food. It was all very stress free, no battling for a sunbed or queues at the bars. We chose the privilege option and this was worth it for us to be able to eat breakfast and dinner in the Kasbah- special mention to the staff here. Also loved using the gym facilities to work off some of the excellent food! Location was great near Flamingo beach and we had some lovely walks along the promenade and up Montana Roja. We will certainly return for another week of relaxation.

Yet another wonderful holiday. I literally can't fault this hotel and its friendly, hardworking staff who go above and beyond for us. In the restaurant, the dream team of Pepe and Mohammed did not disappoint, being greeted with coffee and the beautiful smile of Altagracia every morning was a pleasure, and the lovely Rocio tending to eggs, pancakes and juices is just wonderful. Matea and her animation team are as always wonderful. We loved the cocktail making, especially Fridays with Sangria and live music. I unfortunately needed to go to the medical centre during my stay, of course it would be in the .middle of the night!!! But Juanjo on night reception was so helpful with advice and calling us a taxi. I couldn't fault the medical centre either. Make sure you take your passport and GHIC card and you will receive free top class care. The lovely Montse phoned my room the next day to follow up, check I was okay and ask if there was anything I needed. What a nice touch!! Of course we will keep coming back to this hotel. We have had nothing but kindness and fun from the team, and the fact that José keeps his office door open and is happy to talk to guests says a lot about the ethos of this hotel. Should be 5 star!!! And José, soy la chica que habla Espanol!!! Buenos dias!!
