H10 Timanfaya Palace, Lanzarote

Enjoyable adults only experience

First time visit to Lanzarote and booked this hotel as a first adult only experience. (Got fed up of visiting nice hotels but ruined by unruly children and poor parental care). The adults only experience was as good as I hoped and the staff were very accommodating and provided an excellent service. Buffet food isnt my preferred type of restaurant but there was a theme each day and the used plates were constantly collected and tables cleaned as soon as they were vacated. The speciality restaurant was very pleasant, good food and service so definitely worth a visit. Hotel was tired / worn in some communal areas but the rooms were large and kept clean to a good standard. Weather wasnt good so too cold to use the pools and my main and probably only gripe was there being only one bar available during the day which, as you would imagine becomes busy when the weather turns. I certainly feel opening the lobby bar during the day for drinks would be a positive step forward as it would be a nice area to spend time to relax, read a book or socialise during any poor weather. Location is good with direct access to the pathway and a 15 minute walk into Playa Blanca which was a nice resort and pleasingly not a British trashy loud vibe. Premium drinks were a bonus and entertainment each evening was a definite plus.

7th visit to this wonderful hotel, were the staff are amazing, food excellent drinks great, entertainment superb, special mention to Jose,and Jack who helped my wife who had to do an on line interview for providing there office for her to do it ,thanks lad's also the pool bar girls, Daniel,Paula,Darielys,Desiree,all the poolbar staff, Jesus disco bar funny lad,all made for a excellent holiday. Hotel clean and tidy as usual, thanks see you soon ,o Janet passed the interview.

This is our 4th visit to H10 Timanfaya, each year we experience a very relaxing and very enjoyable stay as a couple. We stayed in January 2026. It is quiet and friendly, with superb staff in every area for the whole stay. On our arrival reception was friendly, prompt and efficient. We arrived late so went down to the dining room later had a small biscuits and cheese and parma ham together with dessert; much appreciated after the flight. Just leaving after his shift was Abdoul, one of the dining room managers, he stopped to say hello and welcome us, and then proceeded to provide us with a glass of wine (of note he was amazingly helpful on our previous visit also). He was genuinely helpful and friendly, and continued to be so throughout our stay - fantastic customer service. We always had very pleasant experiences with tall of the reception staff, and they were very helpful on the last day. The next day we met the manager Jose again, he is always very helpful and knowledgeable, and when , on leaving we stopped by his office he was very knowledgeable about the staff we complimented to him, and was his usual helpful and pleasant self. The hotel breakfasts, lunches and dinner ( we were all inclusive) were all good, and there was a decent choice. Our server for most of this visit was Kumar, really nice, friendly and efficient. Abdoul was around most meals, and continued his friendly and helpful approach. There is a lovely speciality restaurant, Kasbah, and we had a really lovely meal there, served by Dennis and Erika. In the evenings we usually went to the bar before dinner, and had superb service from Jean Carlos and from Neomi (she was also lovely and helpful serving lunch in the smaller pool restaurant) Every member of staff we encountered was really friendly and helpful, and the management (especially Jose) must be complimented on running such a nice hotel. The bedrooms were lovely and kept fresh and spotless by the staff there. We plan to return again next year, and look forward to it enormously.

Escape the UK winter!

We have just returned from our 3rd stay here. We love this hotel because . *adults only *location *staff *facilities. Perfect escape from the UK winter. Our 1st new year away from home and it did not disappoint. Although we book Privilege AI, the new year gala dinner in the buffet was FABULOUS! The staff go above and beyond to make your stay extra special. The seafood starters were delicious and beef wellington main was the best Ive tasted! The piano bar helped us see 2026 in with a super singer, staff were on top form and the fireworks were great. A perfect start to our 30th Anniversary year! Weve booked here to see in 2027! Why? This hotel gives us a break from life! You will not be better looked after! The location means we wake up to the sound of the sea, we can walk for miles along the front and all top drink brands are served to you. The rooms are kept super clean, towels are changed when needed and beds are so comfortable. Thank you Team Timanfaya Palace
