H10 Timanfaya Palace, Lanzarote

Another Fabulous holiday at Timanfaya Palace.

Have been to Timanfaya Palace many times and always had a fabulous holiday. Atmosphere is very relaxing and nothing too much trouble for the staff. Manager is great and has an open door policy. Room was in a great position overlooking both the pool and sea. Hotel is very clean and maid was excellent keeping the room fulfilled. We booked all inclusive and drinks are top quality / branded. Food was lovely. Always plenty of sunbeds so no getting up early to ensure your position. We will be back very soon.

Relaxing, superb family Holiday

This holiday was booked for the family as privilege guests for a special occasion and it was certainly worthy of the extra cost. We were treated incredibly and the staff here are amazing, nothing was too much trouble. The hotel is Huge with beautiful fixtures, fittings and has bags of character, even in busy times we never felt overcrowded or struggled to find sun beds or chairs to relax. We were lucky enough to have special areas as privilege guests, the beach club was nice with the excellent bar staff always bringing you cocktails and working hard to serve you swiftly. The kasbah restaurant was high quality with superb food, we really enjoyed it here, again the staff amazing working hard and even improving my Spanish vocabulary along the way ! The rooms were always clean and cleaned twice a day sometimes, the maids bringing you chocolates was lovely touch. The poolside restaurant was excellent with quality food, drinks and happy staff. We have stayed in a lot of lovely hotels over the years and the H10 Timafaya palace is certainly up there. The location is also excellent 3 mins walk from flamingo beach and 30mins to the new harbour in playa blanca. Thank you for looking after the Pritchard family, we really enjoyed it and cant wait to come back.

Fabulous Adult only Hotel

Well what can I say we have just returned home from this fabulous hotel after having the best time with the best people .A massive thank you to our lovely Director Jose Angel Vazquez Romero who keeps this great hotel running like clockwork even when he is on days off . A huge thank you to our Matea Nikoli and her babies in the entertainment team for keeping us happy and smiling throughout our entire holiday to all the staff who work so hard and interact with the guests so perfectly and to all the lovely people we met previously and we are definitely keeping in contact with Moira and Mike ,Don,Shane and Sally ,Christine and Frank and Laura we just had the best time a laugh a minute and of course the lovely new people we met hence the reason we come back year after year until the next visit in May

Fantastic, relaxing holiday

We spent 10 nights in this beautiful hotel in August. Reception staff were very welcoming on arrival and helpful when at first we asked for a room change. In the end we changed our minds as we were very happy with our spacious room and little garden. All staff were friendly and helpful - thank you to Claire on reception and Felipe in animation for advice, Adrian and Angel in bar/ restaurant and actually all other staff for helpfulness and positivity. Beautiful location with lovely walks to the lighthouse and Playa Blanca and marina. Taxi back from marina was 7 euros. Delicious food (especially the prawns) and we enjoyed ( possibly too much!) the branded drinks and cocktails. 3 pools lovely. I enjoyed aquafit and husband enjoyed rifle shooting and archery (although he was disappointed that there was no prize for the winner) Also enjoyed the lunchtime demonstrations and evening entertainment with waiter service. The surprise act featuring a receptionist was fantastic - acrobatics. Gentlemen of the Road also stood out. Great ambiance in evening bar area with live music. Thank you for a wonderful holiday - we will certainly return!
