Great Location, lovely rooms,staff are very helpful, food excellent, been many times and would like to go back for Christmas but no room .

We have just returned from the Timanfaya Palace after another very enjoyable week. This was our third visit this year following many previous visits. We shall be returning again in January. We cannot be more complimentary of the excellent staff, from the cleaning and maintenance staff to the bar , restaurant and reception staff. Nothing is too much trouble for them and they always greet you with a friendly smile. The whole hotel is immaculately clean and the service from all members of staff is exemplary. We stayed all inclusive and the array of quality drinks is very impressive. We have no hesitation in recommending the hotel to any prospective visitor.

We arrived on the 20th November for 11 nights around 2.30pm and were in our room by 2.45pm. Lovely lady checked us in ( cant remember her name but she had long dark hair and was quite tall) We went to the lifts and went to floor 2 and 2 staff members came straight over and lifted our cases up the 3 steps to the corridor and they were so polite and helpful We only paid for a basic garden view room and we were in room 242 which was lovely very clean with everything we needed but best of all when we went out on the balcony we had a side sea view as our room was on the end of the building. We headed for dinner around 6.30pm after having a look around the ground which are well maintained and well laid out. Food at the buffet was very nice had a good temperature We had no complaints at all about the food and my husband was having 5 courses every night. Food in the pool bar was very good and well priced. Lots of sunbeds available and the hotel has a policy of no reserving sun beds until 9.30am unless youre actually using them which we thought was excellent as there were no sun bed wars early in the morning. All members of staff were very pleasant helpful and always had a greeting along with a smile for you from the management to the servers cleaners and maintenance staff. We throughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely return but next time well go All Inclusive. Added bonus was the cats who are gorgeous
