My wife and I were half board and had a lovely time. Staff all very friendly and a great choice of food. Wines were reasonably priced and a good selection.
Enjoyed most of the entertainment especially 'Elvis' who was very good and didn't take himself too seriously. I would certainly go back. We met other couples who had returned many times.

Our holiday in H10 Timanfaya palce was amazing from start to finish. staff are friendly ,efficient and professional from the reception and throught out the hotel. There is an older cohort of holiday amkers as its adult only but i would not let that put anyone off, there were activitives to suit everyone if you were interested. the food was of the highest standard we upgraded to full board it was so good. at night the entertainment staff were brilliant organising shows and activities to ensure no ne got bored. it was not necessary to partake in anything to enjoy this hote, the pools were cold but lovely when the sun was shining, there is an indoor warm pool also.
