Beautiful hotel

Beautiful hotel, friendly and attentive staff. The location of the hotel is perfect, right next to the town and the beach so you always have something to do.
The rooms are clean when you arrive and are cleaned every day with fresh towels and bedding.
The breakfast is delicious with lots of options and amazing coffee.
We had lunch a few times at the buffet but usually stuck to getting food from the Cactus Bar when at the pool and the food and drinks were really good (pizza, burgers, cocktails, ice cream etc).
Evening meals were nice with variety especially the Asian inspired evening (our personal favourite). There was always something to eat.
Mikes coffee was also delicious and went most days for a late morning/afternoon brew!
We went for the Italian restaurant, and thought it was nice but not something I would pay for.
Overall, the hotel was perfect for what we required (a relaxed, easy and accessible hotel) that was clean, friendly and provided essentials and more.
We would definitely return to this hotel if we return to Playa Blanca, thank you to all the staff who work extremely hard day and night, it doesnt go unnoticed! Thank you for such a wonderful holiday!

H10 Lanzarote Princess 2025 Reflections
Laura P
We returned here twice in 2025 once with friends in July and again with my parents in November to celebrate my birthday. Were heading back again this summer (2026) and are just as excited as we were on our previous visits.
There are many reasons why we love this hotel and feel home away from home. Right at the top of the list are the exceptional staff, variety and quality of food, clean and comfortable rooms, good value and the wonderfully relaxed atmosphere that so many families with young children can appreciate. Add to that the entertainment and swimming pools, and its a place were always happy to return to.
Staff - Always warm, always welcoming, and more than willing to go the extra mile to help. Some excellent staff, too many to mention but some of the super staff - Vicente, Randi, Roberto, all reception and housekeeping staff to name a few.
Food - A great variety on offer daily. Breakfasts are outstanding, and the Sakura Japanese restaurant is a must twice, if you can! The Italian restaurant could be missed but between the selection within the hotel itself and variety of eating houses in Playa Blanca, this makes little difference to your overall stay. Food options were slightly more limited during our November visit. We attributed this to the phased refurbishment of the dining areas.
Bedrooms - Rooms are consistently very clean, with super-comfy beds. We love the balcony space and the views, whether overlooking the harbor or the pool. Across six stays, weve only experienced two minor issues (ants on the balcony and a refrigerant leak in the fridge), both of which were resolved within an hour or two of reporting them to housekeeping excellent service.
Accessibility - This was particularly important to us during our November stay, as my mam has very limited mobility. Universal access was very good throughout the hotel. We used Island Mobility Scooters, who were fantastic quality, use of vehicle, delivery and collection were seamless, Dan is your man! The hotel has a designated parking area directly outside with charging points, and moving around the hotel was comfortable and manageable for her. One thing to note: if you require a walk-in shower, make sure to request this as early as possible in your booking, as not all rooms are fitted with them. Overall, we found this to be a universal-access-friendly hotel. My mams feedback is that she couldnt find fault.
Entertainment Café Con Polvora, their drumming lessons and Saxy Carlos make for a great night. Outdoor entertainment shows are usually pretty good also.
While the hotel is older in style than some newer resorts, it is a beautifully authentic example of original modern style hospitality architecture. The layout is well planned for guests, with strong landscaping, excellent size pool areas, and plenty of quiet spaces to wander about and relax without noise. Modernising it purely to follow current trends would, in my view, detract from its originality.
Yes, some areas would benefit from TLC, and upgrades are regularly happening throughout the complex. However, as someone who works in the building industry, Im continually impressed by how refurbishment works are carried out here with near-zero disruption, both during the day and at night no small feat for a hotel which is operating at near full to full capacity year-round. The only signs of works you might notice are the likes of a painter moving between terraces or a plumber popping into a room during a checkout clean. Overall, its extremely well managed.
We wouldnt hesitate to recommend this hotel and our clocks are already on the count down to our next visit this year.

Another Perfect Stay at The Lanzarote Princess
John R
My Wife and I have stayed at the Lanzarote Princess on a number of occasions. Playa Blanca has become a home from home that we visit most years. The Lanzarote Princess is perfectly situated close to the town centre and is also walking distance to the Marina.
The hotel is quiet and well run. The staff are all really friendly and the breakfast quality and plentiful.
This is a great hotel in a great location that provides great value, frankly in our opinion youll struggle to do better.
Thank you once again to all at the Lanzarote Princess for another lovely week in our beloved Playa Blanca.
