Close to the beach which was not great for walking difficulties. Hotel however is fully accessable.
Very relaxed atmos with fun from entertainment staff
Rooms beautiful lots of choice re lighting, tv with a few english channels, very clean, very thin walls so noise levels were high from corridors and outside, beds very hard despite a bumpy topper, some pillows worn out lumpy and loose. Nice toiletries provided and powerful hairdryer.
All inclusive food was excellent , service and all staff were professional and friendly at all times. Coffee and tea as usual for all incl was horrible.take your own ( except for mikes coffee shop , lovely frappes with ice cream and whipped cream on top !! ).
Would have liked a longer cocktail list especially in the pool bar and evening outside!! But named spirits are included.
During our stay most of the entertainment was really bad except 'code red' and the duo by the pool from africa in the day. The 'opera' act was good but not my cup of tea. The acrobats were truly hilarious , childrens entertain!ent was great !
The exercise sessions in the pool ...i enjoyed these but found them a little repetitive aqua zumba would have been good and some hotels do this every day at around 11am which is nice , here it was 3 days per week and all called different things but ended up similar moves.The instructor worked hard but i felt a lot of the moves were difficult to keep up with when in the water.
Pool area was lovely, 2 Bars, loads of sunbeds but need more parasols. Beautiful surroundings so many different trees and plants, the childrens pool was spectacular a big slide, water spouts, shallow pool. NO INFLATABLES WHATSOEVER ARE ALLOWED ALSO SAVING BEDS WITH TOWELS IS NOT ALLOWED and they are removed . The lights in the garden area outside the dining room and entertainment area were very bright and angled into our faces which seemed very strange !
It seems from other reviews and my own experience there is constant updating going on , during 11 nights stay we had 3 or 4 days of around 2 or 3 hours drilling noise, there were some cracked broken tiles in pool area could be a trip hazard.
Overall i really enjoyed my stay the breeze was lovely, pool cold how i like it there is a warm covered pool with hoist and spouts too, area around here has a sea view as well again needs more parasols.
I could navigate with my rolator everywhere in the hotel there are mobility scooters available for hire.
The all inclusive was great plenty of choice, drinks were beautifully made with nice touches. Feels really special. The indoor waterfall a lovely sight.
Would recommend to young families especially , the hard beds made it a no return for me .
