Hotel well located one street behind the Playa Doranda area of Playa Blanca making all the Playa Blanaca shops, bars, restaurants easily accessible.
Our room was large with two double beds facing the south east, plenty of sunshine on the large balcony. Everything in the room was well maintained and worked. Reasonable shelf and storage space, we were there for two week and I travel with someone who has more handbags and shoes than days away, so storage is always a challenge! Our room cleaner was a star! She worked out when were out and used that time for cleaning.
We don't understand the criticisms of the food or restaurants. There was a good choice, it was hot and plentiful. The keyword is Patience! It is a large hotel catering for around 800 people. In the evening most people seem to arrive at opening time and things are very busy. Food is cooked in batches to keep it fresh some there may be some gaps but just wait and missing items are replaced.
We were very happy with our stay and plan to return.

Great hotel

Just spent a week at this beautiful hotel. The hotel is spotless and staff cannot do enough for you and are always happy to help. Everywhere looks freshly decorated and a new floor in the buffet restaurant. We saw a great improvement in the dining room, tables were cleared quickly, food constantly replenished and more staff waiting on. The managers in the dining room were a breath of fresh air, they were hands on,clearing tables, replenishing plates and anything they noticed needed doing they got on with it and did it. You could really tell the hotel had taken notice of visitor comments and taken action. Music in the Vintage bar was really good and not quite as loud as on previous visits, making it a lot easier to chat to people whilst listening to the music. We didnt see the shows in the entertainment room, but comments from other people were very positive. We ate once in the Japanese restaurant which was a great experience and two cooking stations going instead of the usual one. We cant wait to go back to Playa Blanca and this amazing hotel.

Just back from almost 3 week stay at this fabulous hotel. Firstly, location is central few minutes walk from beach, bars and restauant and marina. On arrival lovely greeting by staff. Room was spacious and beds so comfortable. Hotel was spotless. Breakfast and dinner had wide variety of fresh and great food. Pool area spacious also crazy golf, table tennis and amenities available. I would highly recommend this hotel and it is our second visit. One of the best hotels that I have stayed in lanzarote as have being visiting for over 20 years and stay in different hotels. Will be booking H10 princess again for 2027.

Good Hotel in Great Location

Our second stay in H10 Lanzarote Princess. While the weather wasnt as good as it normally is in January - cooler, a few showers and stronger winds it was much better than home. The hotel is a short walk to the town or the sea front promenade which is generally more sheltered from the wind. The promenade is a great place for good flat walking with great views, many shops, coffee shops and restaurants. The hotel is excellent - friendly and helpful staff throughout and good food. We were half board and there was plenty of choice at breakfast and evening meals. We hope to be back.
