Had an amazing 7 nights at H10 Esmeralda. I honestly couldnt have asked for more. Lovely room, delicious food and excellent service. Other guests are very friendly, met some wonderful people and had the opportunity to practice some French and German too.
Special thanks to Wajdi the activities animator. He had the perfect level of enthusiasm and we enjoyed brilliant games of water polo, boules and mini golf. He is a genuine asset to the hotel.

Fantastic holiday once again.

This is our 5th visit to H10 Playa Esmeralda. If you want a lovely hotel, in a quiet place right on the beach for adult only then look no further. Reception staff are pleasant, professional and greeted us like friends.
The hotel is kept immaculate by a team of cleaners. The rooms are spacious and cleaned every day. Towels are changed regularly though can be changed daily if left in the bath or on the bathroom floor.
There are 3 restaurants, an Italian, the buffet and one for the Privilege guests, though other guests can use this but they are charged. There is also the pool bar which serves drinks, light lunches and snacks. The food is good, lots of variety and plentiful.
There are 3 pools, one which used to be for children, before it became adult only, an outdoor and an indoor.
The areas round the pools are kept clean by the "pool" man who hoses down a different area each day. There is a no smoking policy round the pool, though symbols reminding people of this would be good.
There are plenty of sun beds and umbrellas. The beach is just outside the hotel down some steps and has lovely golden sand, sun beds (there is a charge for these as they don't belong to the hotel) and the sea is perfect for swimming in.
There are activities every day if you want to join in and these are organised by the entertainment officer Wadji, who is fantastic. Very enthusiastic, cheerful, speaks many languages and encourages you to try the activities without being pushy.
If you fancy a walk you can walk to a couple of other beaches, or visit a small shopping area about 20 minutes away.
Overall, a great place to stay and unwind, relax and enjoy.

Another enjoyable trip.

This hotel is not for everyone - some unusual features - no irons in rooms, charges for pool towel changes (if more than once weekly) and mostly naturists on the adjacent beach. It is, however, very quiet and relaxing (if you seek nightlife, stay away!).
The Privilege choice gives la carte restaurant access, or there is a buffet restaurant without.
Most staff members are extremely pleasant and obliging and it is great to see many long term staff year after year (esp Sergio and Motse).
The gentleman who pretty much runs all the activities (fitness, games etc) deserves special mention as he seems to do it all single handed and has multiple talents as well as being permanently good humoured!
Manuel in the lobby bar is a new and very happy and obliging face.
Looking forward to returning later in the year.

As residents of the island we took a last minute mini break for a couple of days, the beach location of the hotel was fantastic
On checkin we were upgraded to a privilege room which was a great gesture , the room was spacious and very clean with a huge bathroom
The pool area is a huge plus for the hotel and well kept
We found enough choice for the food and quality was good as was the all inclusive drinks offering
All in all we had a wonderful couple of chilled relaxing days and would return again
