We had an excellent stay at this hotel. The staff were really great and welcoming. All the staff work extra hard to make guests feel welcome and comfortable. The facilities and hotel room were really clean and tidy. The food was amazing and nothing ever run out. Nothing was ever too much trouble. We are booking again for next year.

Lovely quiet 10 days at Ocean Suites, hotel was getting a lot busier as we were leaving ladt Saturday.
On arrival it was raining and Marta on reception very kindly organised umbrellas and assisted with cases!
We had a suite overlooking the quiet pool, area; room had everything we needed, was very spacious & spotlessly clean.
Quiet pool Plenty of sun beds so no issues there, pool bar & resturant very good. (Table service and good menu).
Parrot Buffet Resturant had a pretty good variety, food freshly cooked and served hot.
Upper terrace bar is a great addition. Branded drinks and good service.
Entertainment area was buzzing and acts on every night.
The hotel gets extra points for their staff team, nothing was a bother, friendly efficient and happy. From reception, restaurants, pool area, bars, management & cleaning staff.. all are a credit to the hotel.
Only constructive criticism - a hand rail on the steps up to pool bars etc would be of benefit, if it had been raining, steps get very slippy.
Hotel sits to the back of resort, but it was only a 10-15 min walk to beach. A few nice beach bars & resturants to choose from.
Land of Freedom Resturant def with a visit, friends organised this, booking required. (Only 5 min walk from hotel).
We will return to this hotel in the future.
Ive read a lot of complaints on line re the airport, our experience was very positive, no issues on arrival or departure. Through check in and security in 15 min.

Well laid out hotel in a great location. Rooms very clean with customer consumables replenished daily. Food was great with plenty variation one of the few times i've had HOT buffet food and not lukewarm. All staff were customer focused and willing to assist with any queries. A hotel definitely worth a return visit
