**Great service, quality drinks and a touch of luxury** The hotel is in a very good location, in an area with plenty of things to do. Its about a pleasant 10-minute walk to a beautiful beach. The hotel doesnt have its own private parking, but we had no problem finding a free parking space on the street right in front of the hotel. The hotel itself is not new, but it is very well maintained and clean. It is beautifully designed and has a really nice atmosphere. The pool area is attractive, especially for families, with a fun waterslide for children. Despite its age, the quality of the furnishings and overall design gives the hotel a real touch of luxury. The staff are excellent very friendly, helpful and professional. The level of service was definitely one of the highlights of our stay. The drinks served at the bars are also very good quality, well prepared and enjoyable. The food in the restaurant is very tasty and generally of good quality. The selection is perhaps not as huge as in some larger resorts, but there is still enough variety. One small downside was that on a few occasions we came across plates that had not been cleaned properly. Our room was clean, comfortable and well maintained. Overall, we had a very good stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

This was my 5th holiday in Fuerteventura. I have just returned from a week-long stay at the H10 Ocean Suites hotel. I stayed in room 827 from August 3rd to 10th. I had my eye on this hotel since my stay in Fuerteventura last year, when I was staying at the Alua Suites hotel. I read various reviews about the H10 hotel and decided to check out for myself what it was really like. When I entered the H10 hotel, I immediately fell in love with its garden, low-rise buildings, and cleanliness, which is why I decided to choose the H10 hotel this year. My highlights: * 2 pools: one for families with children, featuring attractions and music; the second for those who enjoy peace and quiet, where you can relax with a favorite book. * A spacious room divided into a sleeping and a living area. * A fully equipped bathroom complete with toiletries. The staff, from the reception to the waiters and housekeeping, is extremely polite, helpful, and friendly. The food was delicious and variedeveryone will find something they like or will come to enjoy A huge plus for bottled drinks with meals and a selection of wines, rather than post-mix dispenser drinks like in other hotels. The hotel is located right on the main street of Corralejo, close to everything. I rented a car for the entire stay, so every day between breakfast and lunch we spent time at Playa de El Bajo Amarillo. An extra plus for the large hotel parking lot. I would really have to be nitpicky to find fault with things; there's always something... The only minor downside was that the chef was sometimes in too much of a hurry when frying chicken, leaving it raw on the inside. Whenever I saw that, I simply didn't take it. I understand the chefs, as they were cooking under time pressure at times. I recommend H10 Ocean Suites to everyonecheck it out for yourselves and don't read comments from people who complain about everything and everyone.

Excellent

We went as a couple, what a lovely friendly hotel. Staff were amazing along with the food and drink ( plenty of choice ) The pools were lovely and plenty of sunbeds. The location was excellent, just a short walk led you into the town which was vibrant. The beach was in walking distance too. Visit the music square and you will not be disappointed. The rooms were lovely and clean with comfortable beds and very spacious. We would highly recommend this hotel.

Lovely stay, some helpful hints

45 minutes from airport and 5 min walk to main bars and shops, some start 2 min walk away. Rooms are spacious and bathrooms are nice apart from the smell of the drains. I had an operation in January so was still struggling with crutch so 1st room we got was right at the bottom of the complex upstairs so not ideal. They was very helpful and gave us a room the day after right next to reception and same level, perfect. Staff are very helpful and attentive. Complex has 2 pools the expensive side pool was so quite even with people there and a rule for everything, we had a good laugh at the rules and lack of music The poor peoples pool was much better same rules but were far more relaxed, plus there was music. Loved that pool. Food was average but acceptable, not a lot of variety but OK. Pudding is topical all the colours of the rainbow, but basically lacking taste or texture. The special Italian restaurant was much better standard but still below what you expect. Drinks selection is average and cocktails are not as advertised piña colada was missing coconut cream and asperol spritz was not and don't mention the weirdest porn star martini we have ever tasted. Pools are nicely set out and always able to get a sunbed. Must try the mango daiquiri poolside that's nice. TUI need to work on excursion variety and cost of excursions. Did not try spa but was available for a minimal fee.
