Best hotel in Corralejo

Yet again another fabulous holiday at this top hotel in Corralejo. Room was great with cleaners every day, and air conditioning. The food was as always, very good with plenty of choice. The staff at all areas and roles across the hotel were brilliant, friendly and always there to help. Positioned in the best place to explore the town of Corralejo. Thank you to all at H10 for a lovely stay.

Pros and cons

Location is spot on, not far from main town and beach and ferries Quiet road and area Rooms were lovely so big with fairly comfortable beds. Large bathroom and good storage The balcony was lovely looking over pool Room 230 We had a large tv but the only English Channel was the news The atmosphere was chilled and family oriented & we Felt comfortable . Half board the food was good not amazing but good, the main thing I loved was how the head chef Akilmar came out to help me with food options as I have intolerances. The staff were friendly and helpful in restaurant. We wasn't very happy that a cleaning lady knocked once and then just came into our room and saw my husband naked sitting on the bed, he didn't even have time to put some Shorts on and answer the door. We were there for 9 nights and the sheets were never changed . People put their towels on the subbed at 7.30 am and the staff say nothing.

Nice relaxing couple holiday

We visited this hotel for the first time last year and had a wonderful stay ,couldn't fault it so we returned this year and had another good stay however I would say the cleaning standard this year compared to last wasn't so good ,last year our room was spotless this year I dont think the same standard applied this year . The all inclusive drinks are very good ,branded spirits and very generous measures ,the bar staff on the roof top terrace were very nice particularly Emilio and the man with dark hair and glasses (my bad i forgot his name ) . The snack bar is a wonderful addition to all inclusive, food is cooked fresh to order as is the mamma Mia restaurant available to use once per week . We used the lively pool where there was activities on every day ,Guisele that worked in the pool bar was super lovely always happy and friendly. The sun bed situation for our first few days wasn't good it was near impossible to get a sun bed ,last year if they were left unoccupied for a while staff would remove towels ,this didn't happen this year and resulted in having to be up early to stand a chance of getting a sunbed thou this did change at start of September where it quietened down as kids were back to school . I seen the pool side being hosed down once when we were there I feel like this could be doing with being done more frequently and sometimes there was still cups lying from day before albeit this is from guests leaving them at their backside . Over all we had an enjoyable stay and i would return again at a different time of year the staff all worked very hard and were attentive .

Relaxing

Location excellent, atmosphere we would recommend a visit to the music square, rooms comfortable and clean.
