Peaceful and Relaxing

On arrival, we were quickly checked in and whisked straight to dinner as it was just after 9pm, when we returned, our cases were waiting for us in our room. On first impression, you can tell that this is a modern, small and intimate hotel. We stayed in a junior suite on a half board basis. The room is large, modern and spotlessly clean with a very large and comfortable bed. The air conditioning was strong and kept the room at a comfortable temperature throughout our stay. For such a large room, I felt that there was not quite enough storage space for a weeks stay. The rooms would benefit with a few more shelves for clothes and toiletries. The bathroom is also large and clean. However, on our first day, we noticed that the water pressure in the shower was poor, after speaking to reception, this was promptly dealt with. Towards the end of our stay, the bathroom flooded, this is clearly the reason why the pressure was low to start with. I made reception aware at check out. We loved the large balcony overlooking the pool with sun loungers. On our side of the hotel, we had the sun in the afternoon, which was perfect for us, we often stayed out there until the early evening. We loved the pool area, there is very little noise, no entertainment, no aqua aerobics and most importantly, no children! It is complete and total relaxation. We were spoiled for choice for sun loungers, no matter what time of the day. There is a small pool which is perfectly fine for the number of guests at the hotel, I never saw more than a handful of people in the pool at any time. Breakfast had a varied selection with fresh pastries, fruit, meats, cereal and most items for an English Breakfast. It kept us full until dinner time! We enjoyed dinner every night. While starters and dessert are buffet style, the main course is served la carte. The menu is small but with a good variety of dishes. I would say that there is enough choice for a week, but if youre staying longer, you may end up repeating meals. We particularly enjoyed the pasta dishes, especially the lasagne, but every meal that we had was tasty. We made sure to book at reception each day in order to eat on the terrace, I attempted to book on the H10 app but it did not work. The location is fantastic! Right in the centre of Corralejo, with its many bars, restaurants and shops right on its doorstep along with the beach at the bottom of the street. There is something for everyone in Corralejo, whether it is something more relaxed or more lively. Overall, despite some very minor issues, we had a brilliant and relaxing holiday in this great little hotel. I would highly recommend this to any couple and we will definitely return.

Just back from a relaxing week in this beautiful hotel.From check in with a welcome glass of bubbly,.. to check out,,and a lovely follow up email hoping we got home safely.All nice touches that you dont get from many hotels.Firstly the location..perfect! The beach to the left and the main street to the right as you leave the hotel,we loved our room#208we booked a junior suite as we like the sunloungers on our balconythe breakfast had a great selection and the breads were delicious,staff couldnt be nicer all around this hotel,so friendlyThe whole place is spotlessly clean,,,no sunbed wars eitherwe loved the relaxed,quiet atmosphere here and we will definitely return

Outstanding and friendly hotel

Outstanding and friendly hotel from the booking and checking out stage.. reception were outstanding on emails and kept communication clear at all times. Check in and the wonderful smell in the foyer continued our beautiful thoughts of the hotel and a nice glass of fizz on arrival the perfect start. Hooray a room that was ready for our earlier check in.. room was spotless and very detailed in all areas. We had half board and the service was outstanding, and the lady running the restaurant gave great advice on the wines. Rose was beautiful crisp and clear... onto the food what can I say ' loved it all and beautiful presented', so many choices and a glass of fizz on arrival with breakfast and dinner. This makes a lovely touch... we ordered a room service breakfast, as a special treat was amazing across 3 trays of well presented food and drink. This hotel has it all and it's our first time visiting this hotel and the brand.. it won't be the last. When you get a hotel with a consistence over all areas, there is a good leader at the top. Well done and look forward to seeing you next time. Well done team totally brilliant all of you every minute of the day. A truly happy couple that loved every minute at the hotel .

Brilliant hotel

We be just returned from our first visit to this hotel, and I can honestly say well be going back next year. From start to finish it was fantastic. The staff could not do enough for you and were so friendly. We had a junior suite (room 254) which was just perfect, plenty of room and the walk in shower you could not fault. The bed was a super king and so comfortable. We were booked in for bed and breakfast. There was plenty of choice for breakfast and I didnt have any issues with any of the food. There is plenty of entertainment close by and there was no problem with noise. All in all I loved it.
