H10 Ocean Dunas, Fuerteventura

Loved this hotel! The place was clean and well maintained. Quiet round the pool with plenty of space, plus the beach just down the road with a lovely restaurant and live acoustic music. Beds were some of the comfiest we've stayed in, and the balcony space was great to chill out on with a bit more privacy. I'd like to especially praise Consuelo and her team running the restaurant- I'm lactose intolerant and buffets can be a bit of a minefield, but she made sure I knew what was appropriate and after my first meal, all future meals they prepared plates specially for me so I wouldn't have to worry, which was above and beyond my expectations!

We had a lovely 10 day holiday at the Ocean Dunas. Second time staying at the hotel and I'm sure it won't be our last! We stayed in a superior room again, overlooking the garden (125). We were on the ground floor this time. The room didn't get much sun at this time of year, not a problem for me as I don't like the room being too warm, but maybe not for those who like sun on the balcony. The room was very clean with a large comfy bed and good shower. We could hear music from a nearby bar, didn't realise it was so close, just through the wall of the corridor but it finished just after midnight. There were plenty of sun beds at the pool although the ones which got sunshine all day were always reserved. Food again was very good. Enough choice of hot and cold food at breakfast and evening meals were delicious, portions were very filling! My favourite was the steak. There is a nice atmosphere in the restaurant and the staff are very attentive. You can now swap evening meal for lunch if on half board. We did this one day and enjoyed lunch, there is a choice of wraps, salads etc. We love the location of the hotel, 2 minutes from the beach, (we noticed there were beds and umbrellas this year, don't know how much to hire) and close to the many bars and restaurants. One of our favourites was Main Street bar where we usually stopped for a night cap on the way back to the hotel. Thank you again for a lovely holiday, I'm sure you'll see us again!

We stayed in a room over looking the street (227) great size terrace and good for afternoon sun and people watching ! no issues with noise once doors were closed. Hotel in prime location for beach (2 mins walk) where sun beds available for hire and close to Music Square (5 mins walk). Hotel itself very clean and pool area very relaxing. check out the secret garden whilst you are there. Staff super friendly. We were B&B and there was more than enough choice - all in all a great time with exceptional weather ! thank you

Just back from an amazing weeks stay here. The hotel certainly lived up to our expectations. We were greeted by a lovely receptionist who gave us a glass of fizz whilst explaining about the hotel. We had a superior room and it was spacious and lovely. The pool area was quiet with plentiful loungers and umbrellas. Bar prices very reasonable and the cocktails were lovely. I required a gluten free diet and the restaurant staff ensured my 3 course dinner always came from the kitchen. The food was great and we felt the menu was extensive, there was also a special every night. Breakfast was plentiful and staff were constantly ensuring dishes were replenished. The hotel was very quiet despite being in the town centre. Great for relaxing. We would without doubt recommend. Sincere thanks to every member of staff we dealt with, so friendly and courteous.
