Our 3rd visit and we rate this hotel as excellent. The staff, reception, restaurant and room cleaners couldn't have been more helpful and welcoming. We liked the quiet atmosphere with no noisy entertainment.
The only thing we didn't like was the fixed time for dinner.
Our junior suite was light and spacious with a large balcony.
Location is very convenient.

Excellent hotel, 2nd stay and will be back

2nd time at this hotel and there will almost certainly be a 3rd. Alessandro was so helpful and courteous but all the staff deserve a mention. Hotel is spotlessly clean both in public areas and in the excellent daily room cleaning service. Our junior suite was quiet and comfortable with a lovely sunny balcony. It's such a relaxed hotel with no queuing for meals/drinks or difficulties getting well placed sun beds. There is no in hotel entertainment so it will not suit everyone, but if you want a quiet, relaxed holiday then you won't be disappointed. We go B&B because we love eating out in Corralejo, so I can't comment on the evening meals. Breakfast was excellent though with plenty of fresh and pre-cooked choice on a buffet basis.

We be just returned from our first visit to this hotel, and I can honestly say well be going back next year. From start to finish it was fantastic. The staff could not do enough for you and were so friendly. We had a junior suite (room 254) which was just perfect, plenty of room and the walk in shower you could not fault. The bed was a super king and so comfortable. We were booked in for bed and breakfast. There was plenty of choice for breakfast and I didnt have any issues with any of the food. There is plenty of entertainment
close by and there was no problem with noise. All in all I loved it.

Beautiful hotel fantastic staff from reception to breakfast staff to cleaning staff to bar staff amazing and very helpful and very friendly. I couldn't recommend this hotel more and we will be returning. A little dear but I suppose you pay for what you get
