Fab hotel. The hotel is very clean and stylish. The rooms are spacious. We arrived on a late flight. Check in was very easy & informative. We were left a pasta bowl & sandwich in the fridge and a bottle of water each. The food was excellent. For breakfast, there were buffet choices and you could also choose off the menu which is cooked to order. The evening meal was al la carte and cooked to order with buffet choices for starters/desserts. The restaurant staff were so friendly and helpful especially Tiago and Rebecca. The pool area was lovely and plenty of beds/parasols. They have a different act twice a week by the poolside. Crossroads were very good and engaged with everyone so well. My husband enjoyed dancing along with them to their music. Leticia was also very good. All of the staff we so friendly. The hotel is close to the centre. We will definitely be back.

From getting off the coach, the outside of the hotel sets the standard for what awaits you inside. At check in a smiling greeting with a glass of Cava to fill in your details. We were given a map of the hotel, which is just the right size of hotel plus adults only. Your cases are brought to your room, which again is a nice touch. The hotel is a well organised operation. On arrival to our room. It was of a good size very clean, with plenty of cupboard, drawer space with a safe and refrigerator. We upgraded to a pool view, well worth it! The bed was very comfortable. The rooms are well insulated with no external noise to disturb you. The room maids keep the rooms impeccably clean . Towel change regularly. With additional pool towels included. As are bathrobes and towelling slippers.Breakfast is very well stocked, and constantly replenished. The first time I have seen hot chocolate and churros as a choice. For hot meal, the head circulates with a menu to take your order of cooked eggs, sausage, bacon etc. A wide choice of continental food as well. All the restaurant staff greet you with a smile and a Buenas Dias. We spoke to a couple who stayed at Barcelo nearby. Who complained about their breakfast after 9am they never replenished the food. The poolside has plenty of sunbeds. But there are still the sunbed warriors who have to get their towels out early on THEIR sunbeds. However, we still managed to get a couple of beds with a umbrella. The bar offers cocktails as well as other style of drinks. The bar cost for drinks is quite acceptable. The location is just off the strip, with the Burger King sign as your identifying point. We were B&B but had a meal in the restaurant which was good quality. However we prefer to seek out restaurants to eat at in the evening. Then on checking out we asked if our cases could be collected from our room as we were on the second floor. This was done without a worry. Question as everyone asks. Would you come here again? MOST DEFINITELY!

Me and my girlfriend had an excellent vacation here , everything was great , the staff was amazing , specially love Senas magic , it really made our Holliday just that much better , he was funny and made excellent tricks , really 100% recommended.

We have just returned from a short break at this hotel and have had a great time. We had a pool view room which was beautiful. The rooms are spotless and a good size. The staff were lovely and always had a smile on their faces. You are only a 15 minute walk from the music square which has a great atmosphere. We were only B&B but it gave us the opportunity to go out for a meal on an evening. The breakfast was good and all hot meals are freshly made to order and not sat on a hot plate. There were plenty of beds around the pool although if the hotel was full and guests came in from other hotels (which a few did whilst we were there) you may struggle to get one from late morning onwards. I am walkway looking at rebooking for next year. Cant wait to be back
