Peaceful and relaxing stay in excellent surroundings

We are currently staying at this well run and excellent hotel. Upon arrival we paid an extra 90 euros to upgrade our room to one which has the Balanese bed on the balcony - an excellent decision. The room is spacious and clean - maintained daily with toiletries provided. Both beds are super comfy with quality bedding. Also included in our room was a free safe - robes and slippers - but more importantly because of the upgrade we have access to the Spa included. (Otherwise 10 euros per day for the two of us) The entire hotel is spotless - with cleaning ongoing every day - the maids even mop and clean all the areas around the ground and pool daily - its that clean here! We are staying half board and I must say we are pleasantly surprised just how good the meals are here too. The dining room is excellent with tables spaced far apart so you never feel too close to the next table. Both breakfast and diner main dishes are served to you from a menu. (With an additional special dish offered each day) At breakfast coffee juice rolls pastries are self serve. At dinner starters and desserts are self serve. A welcome glass of cava is offered in the evenings. During our stay sun beds were plentiful at any time of day. Drinks and Extras can be charged to your room using the RFID wristbands (which also act as key to open room). I am fortunate enough to have stayed in enough Spanish Hotels to know when we have found a very good one - and the H10 Ocean Dreams is one of those. As an adults only hotel - the atmosphere is very calm and relaxing - and everything that you could want from a hotel based holiday. The only feedback that I would offer (and this is being very very picky) is that for evening meals perhaps the lighting of the restaurant could be turned down a little to create more ambient feeling.

Great time in a beautiful hotel

We've just returned from an amazing 2 week holiday at Ocean Dreams. The weather was far from great, but staying here made it feel less disappointing. The hotel is in a great spot, being so close to shops, bars, restaurants and beach, but yet so quiet and private with a real sense of safety. The staff are ALL friendly, helpful and incredibly hard working from the lady cleaning outside areas keeping everything spotless, to housekeeping, restaurant, bar and reception. The customer relations staff were very visible throughout each day, both in the restaurant and around the pool. The rooms are adequate and spotless, though could do with a chair for those occasions when the weather isn't great. I just brought our patio chair inside as it's too uncomfortable to sit on the bed all the time. The food is amazing with lots of choice and fabulous flavours. Love the a la carte. The daytime entertainment team were excellent and whilst we didn't participate in the physical programme we could see how hard they worked to bring a variety of programmes. Sara in particular took a real genuine interest in folk and for the first time ever on holiday, she remembered our names. She's a breath of fresh air. Just one complaint here. We had to keep reminding them to put off the tannoy music when they were using different music for their activity. It's awful having 2 different musical sounds at the same time. Evening entertainment in the bar/lounge was twice a week and of high quality. Please visit this hotel. I guarantee you won't be disappointed. We hope to return.

Great location

Great location. Staff very friendly, special mention to Aday in the bar. Lovely cleaning staff, so polite. The main courses in the restaurant were not to our liking but that is because we like plain food, but we either had the special or salad, we never came away hungry. Very professional staff in restaurant and well organised. Although there were plenty of sunbeds there were still a few people that put towels on and then dissappear for hours, did see a member of staff take towels off one day. Hope to return soon as had a brilliant time.

2nd visit this year!

We first visited in January for my husband’s birthday. We had such a fantastic experience we rebooked for my birthday in November. Spacious rooms with a large bed that guarantees a fantastic nights sleep. Lovely bathroom with double sinks and quality toiletries. We stayed B&B as there are so many restaurants in resort to try. A great selection at breakfast set us up for the day. Check in was smooth and the complementary glass of cava was a lovely touch. Every member of staff we met during our stay were so friendly & any questions or small issues we had were resolved quickly & professionally. The hotel is set just off the Main Street so quiet but close to many bars, restaurants & shops. A 15/20 min stroll takes you down to the harbour area. It’s an ideal base. I have no doubt we will return soon!
