H10 Ocean Dreams, Fuerteventura

Just back from a fantastic holiday at H10, from check in to check out we had a perfect 10 day stay. We stayed in junior suite that was cleaned each day to a wonderful standard, the room itself was a great size. We stayed half board and were never disappointed with the breakfast, lunch or dinner that we ate. If you are going out for an evening meal you can change your dinner reservation for lunch instead, which I thought was a wonderful idea. I am an early riser so getting a sun lounger was not a problem most days, but we had a car, so we had a few days out, on the couple of days we arrived back to the hotel around 1pm there were no loungers available. Well to be truthful there were loungers with nobody on but unfortunately some selfish guests just seemed to leave their towels out all day. In the morning there was a member of staff removing towels if guests had left them for a while, but in the afternoon, this didnt seem to happen. All the reception staff we came across were really helpful and always jolly and polite. All the other members of staff [bar staff, waiting on staff and housekeepers] were a credit to the hotel and couldnt do enough for you. The hotel is a 2-to-3-minute walk from the main Street in Corralejo and only a 10-minute drive to Grandes Playas [near the 2 Riu hotels] which is one on the best beaches you will ever set foot on, beach bars for a nice cold drink, toilets and sun lounges to rent and sand that goes for miles. We had a fantastic time at the H10 Ocean dreams, and we have just booked for next year for 21 days, so we will be back next august, just hoping they decide to stock spiced rum in the bars next year

What a wonderful hotel I cant recommend it enough. This is my 2nd time staying here and the experience was just as good. The staff are so welcoming and friendly.. they cant do enough for you. The hotel is lovely and clean and well maintained from the housekeeping team to the maintenance of the grounds, there is always something happening. The hotel has everything youd expect from a boutique hotel, a wonderful restaurant with plenty of food options, a brilliant bar with lots of top brand drinks, a wonderful spa and a great pool area with lots of sun beds. I want to give a shout out to the spa team, especially Pilar she is a brilliant masseuse.. from a deep tissue massage to a relaxing back rub, Pilar is wonderful. You will not be disappointed if you book a stay at the Ocean Dreams it has become one of my favourite hotels.

We got a free upgrade on arrival which was great. The room was very good and suited us great. All the staff, from the reception to the chamber maid were great and couldn't do enough for us. The food was good and we managed to get something that we liked everytime we went into the restaurant. We would definitely stay here again on a future trip to Fuerterventura.If you want a relaxed break this is the place to go, in our opinion.

Great location. Staff very friendly, special mention to Aday in the bar. Lovely cleaning staff, so polite. The main courses in the restaurant were not to our liking but that is because we like plain food, but we either had the special or salad, we never came away hungry. Very professional staff in restaurant and well organised. Although there were plenty of sunbeds there were still a few people that put towels on and then dissappear for hours, did see a member of staff take towels off one day. Hope to return soon as had a brilliant time.
