A quiet relaxing holiday

We had a lovely ground floor room. Downside no windows that opened, so stuffy at times. Everything spotlessly clean. Join H10 rewards for free extras. Friendly staff. Good choice of a la carte food, but would prefer a little more Spanish influence. Good service in all areas. Very quiet, away from main strip but only a ten minute walk to the music square, reasonable bar prices. Would definitely recommend and return.

We had a fantastic week at the h10 ocean dreams from the moment we arrived till the moment we left very quiet and peaceful we went half board with that you get an option to eat at lunchtime or evening we had a pool view room which was spotlessly cleaned every day its just a short walk to the shops and bars and restaurants dressing gowns and slippers in your room food very good with a menu to choose from for breakfast lunch or dinner all the staff seem happy and are willing to help and engage in conversation with you with special mentions to Lara on reception always helpful polite and a smile for you Sara on animation always smiling and energetic Oliver and Isabella in the restaurant efficient great personalitys lovely to talk too and Glenn as well one of the managers very helpful we are both in our sixties and this hotel was ideal for us both we have been to a lot of hotels and this was probably the best ever we will be back soon

Great location

Great location. Staff very friendly, special mention to Aday in the bar. Lovely cleaning staff, so polite. The main courses in the restaurant were not to our liking but that is because we like plain food, but we either had the special or salad, we never came away hungry. Very professional staff in restaurant and well organised. Although there were plenty of sunbeds there were still a few people that put towels on and then dissappear for hours, did see a member of staff take towels off one day. Hope to return soon as had a brilliant time.
