Our first time staying at this hotel for 7 nights, the facilities are good, great gym and bedroom was well appointed being a junior suite. Enjoyed the breakfast service and the choice available, we took advantage of the ability to change evening meals to lunches. Lots of places to walk easily from this location and some fabulous tapas available in town. There is also free parking that is plentiful outside the hotel if you have a hire car.
It's the little but important things that have left mixed feelings for this hotel. One evening in the shower with shampoo on and water just stopped. Rang reception, who did call maintenance but said would ring back once sorted. No call, kept trying water until it was back on half hour later. No apology or complimentary drink for the inconvenience, it's these things you remember!
The hotel patrons like to frequent the pool area in all weather, if you're not there early you get no bed, even when those patrons are not using them - see the photo. Complained to reception, we're active so only want the odd hour around the pool, but no joy, other than we've made a call to guest services where nothing happened - it's the little things!
Whilst the gym is well appointed for a hotel gym, it is very hot, temperature was 28 degrees, we asked spa reception to sort Aircon, they said they'd make a call, but nothing happened. The next time we visited it was 25 degrees and same non-action again - it's the little things you remember.
I did wonder if some of our experience was because we are first time users of the hotel as we spoke to many guests who are regular returners and more than once a year.
So nice hotel, but mixed feelings!

Peaceful Stay

My husband and I stayed here for 8 nights on b&b board basis. The hotel is very modern and we were greeted warmly at check in. We had paid a little extra for a pool view which was worth it and requested the 2nd floor which we were given (for anyone elderly or with disabilities, request a low floor as there are no lifts) The facilities in our room were good with the exception of a slightly temperamental aircon unit that was 24 degrees on arrival and took 24 hours to reach a more comfortable 17 degrees (it wouldn't go any lower) however on our last day it crept back up to 24 degrees despite not altering it, as it was our last day we didn't want to cause a fuss so just dealt with it! The bed was comfy, shower fantastic and free fridge and safe an added bonus. The breakfast was nice and staff were quick with orders and friendly (we were eating before 8am so its pretty quiet early on) I would recommend this hotel for a quiet peaceful break not far at all from the main strip of the resort.

Great location

Great location. Staff very friendly, special mention to Aday in the bar. Lovely cleaning staff, so polite. The main courses in the restaurant were not to our liking but that is because we like plain food, but we either had the special or salad, we never came away hungry. Very professional staff in restaurant and well organised. Although there were plenty of sunbeds there were still a few people that put towels on and then dissappear for hours, did see a member of staff take towels off one day. Hope to return soon as had a brilliant time.

2nd visit this year!

We first visited in January for my husband’s birthday. We had such a fantastic experience we rebooked for my birthday in November.
Spacious rooms with a large bed that guarantees a fantastic nights sleep. Lovely bathroom with double sinks and quality toiletries.
We stayed B&B as there are so many restaurants in resort to try. A great selection at breakfast set us up for the day.
Check in was smooth and the complementary glass of cava was a lovely touch.
Every member of staff we met during our stay were so friendly & any questions or small issues we had were resolved quickly & professionally.
The hotel is set just off the Main Street so quiet but close to many bars, restaurants & shops. A 15/20 min stroll takes you down to the harbour area. It’s an ideal base.
I have no doubt we will return soon!
