The H10 Ocean Dreams hotel is located 50 metres from Corralejo's main avenue, in the north of Fuerteventura. On arrival, working on Reception, we met with Sebastian. Well, from the minute we arrived he literally could not do anymore for us. He was so helpful, friendly, attentive, to our needs. He advised us on everything. Actually, in a way he made our holiday. We looked forward to speaking with him when he was working. Please pass on our sincere thanks to him.
Just wanted to mention a bit of a downfall was the hotel bar. Just thought it was strange that when ordering a Baileys to drink it wasnt always poured into a nice Baileys glass it was poured into a glass that you would put your tooth brushes in that was placed in our bathroom. Just didnt make the drink feel that nice. Some of the staff werent that friendly and welcoming. When we have been before the bar staff were chatty & friendly.
I would like to say thank you to the breakfast staff who were always on hand to help, especially Marta!
In all we really enjoyed our stay at Ocean Dreams after many years of returning.

Very quiet hotel for mainly couples of various age groups .It is set in a quiet road but in the centre with easy access to shops restaurants centre of town beach and harbour
Very clean hotel with lovely staff
For example Christian at the bar but all the staff were lovely
We had a suite which was a lovely big room and bathroom very good fridge kettle safe
Great hot water
Cleaning times were all over the place which we found difficult to manage when we wanted to use our living area
The furniture on the balcony could do with being replaced
There is no porter and sone rooms have steps so be aware of that
Thank you to the cleaner who delivered a mini box of Lindor chocolates every day
Nice drink on arrival of cava or fruit juice and also at the evening meal.Also available at breakfast
Food acceptable but not great
A couple of tips
The main course at evening meal and some options at breakfast is ordered as waiter service. Dont order it until you have had your starter or fruit / cereal because it is likely to arrive very quickly so will sit along side on the table
We found the food very tepid which I know can be the way on the Med so ask for things hot
There is a charge for water that is not bottled water but treated water
Doesnt taste great we thought
The same water will be provided for use during the day if you buy a flask for 6 euros and can be refilled
The bar closes at 11pm but the sister hotel opposite has a bar till 12
You just need to pay reception on the way out
You can change to lunch instead of evening meal if arranged through reception
We didnt use them but could see that the sun beds are pretty close together and the lovely cabanas that we used were refurbished after our second day and were out of use for the remainder of our 10 day holiday
People did sit on their balconies with some in prime position for sun others not
We went to Lobos island very easy to do from the harbour but make sure get ticket that includes a permit
Sabastian was very helpful on reception about this
Easy to get the bus to the sand dunes which is an amazing beach
Be aware that it is a nudist beach

Great adults only hotel

Brilliant hotel very relaxed adults only venue. Rooms were well equipped and there is a massive bathroom with 2 wash basins. Pool was lovely and we even used the indoor one which was small but only had us 2 in it so was ok.
The location is great only a few metres from the Main Street and 15 minute walk to music square.
All the staff we encountered were fantastic from reception to the waiting staff. We only had breakfast in the hotel but had no complaints. You choose your own cereals fruit and drinks and can order off the menu for hot food. We will be back.

Sebastian along with all staff are credited to the hotel
The management should be very proud of the excellent service they deliver
Rooms presented well
Food choice very good we liked how starters and desserts are buffet and main meal chosen from the menu and waiter served
