The H10 Ku'damm Lofts is an exclusive 4-star aparthotel located in an old school declared a Historical Heritage Site. It is just a few metres from the Kurfürstendamm, the most famous shopping avenue in the west of the city. The aparthotel is also a short walk from the iconic Kaiser Wilhelm Memorial Church, and the Zoological Gardens and the KaDeWe department store are nearby. The U-Bahn and S-Bahn stations in the vicinity provide excellent connections to other tourist attractions in the city, to the airport and to other points of interest.
Situated on the top floor of the historic building, the Duplex Lofts measure 52 m² (560 ft²) and are divided into two levels. The ground floor has a living room, equipped kitchenette and bathroom with shower, and on the first floor is the bedroom and the main bathroom with bathtub. A spectacular bay window guarantees the brightness of both spaces.

Restaurant located on the ground floor of the new building, featuring an exquisite breakfast buffet prepared with high-quality natural local products, combined with typical Mediterranean products including tomato bread and a variety of olive oils, as well as a selection of gluten-free and lactose-free products. Group lunches can be held here (on request).
Located in the hotel lobby, it offers an exquisite selection of snacks, apéritifs and cocktails. It offers delicious tapas, salads and hamburgers created through a fusion of traditional German cooking and the Mediterranean, both at lunchtime and at night.
A pleasant typical Berlin terrace open during summer (depending on the weather). It is ideal for enjoying breakfast in the morning and, at the end of the day, the terrace transforms into a charming chill-out area for tasting delicious cocktails. In addition, the Steps Bar moves to the terrace in the evenings and nights with a range of barbecues or delicious meals from its menu.
The H10 Ku'damm Lofts is perfectly equipped for events, conferences and seminars for more than 100 people. It has seven large meeting rooms, five of which enjoy natural light. They are all equipped with the most modern technology, soundproofing and climate control. The hotel also offers the possibility of holding drinks receptions or banquet on the terrace* during the summer.

We stayed at this hotel while attending the ITB fair, and we couldnt have felt more comfortable. The facilities are excellent, and the staffs attention and friendliness made our stay even better.
The location is unbeatable, with great connections to public transport, making it very easy to get around the city.
Every time we come to Berlin, it truly feels like our home away from home. Highly recommended!

Excellent hotel (and I now know my partner of 6yrs in completely new ways)

This hotel was REMARKABLE! The staff was great, the breakfast excellent, and the location perfect for our needs. The room was great too, the only con (and the only reason why I don't give it five stars) is the bathroom. It's big and clean and all, and with a bathtub!, but partly being screened off by glass walls and a glass door. Not those clear glass walls, thank god, but the patterns turn the bathroom into a giant Tiffany lamp if you have to go there during the night, making it difficult to do a discreet midnight pee without waking your partner. The thin glass walls - as well as the door that doesn't fully reach the wall but leaves a small slit on either side - lets you get to know your travelling companion in entirely new ways. Better hope you and your partner aren't trying to keep some mystery in the relationship, because you will hear (and also see, if you happen to be in the hallway when the bathroom is being used) e v e r y t h i n g.
With this being said we really enjoyed our stay there, and I would happily give 4,5 stars if this was an option. We will for sure be back!

My first choice in Berlin

My favourite hotel for a stay in Berlin. I have stayed here many times and it has always been a pleasure.
Starting with the friendly and helpful reception staff. They really go above and beyond for you to feel welcome.
The facility has feels calm and welcoming, a real treat when escaping the bustling streets of central Berlin.
There is a wide selection of rooms that are all sufficiently spacious and well equipped. I especially enjoy staying in the Duplex Lofts with the separate sleeping area, with en suite bathroom, upstairs.
Breakfast is plentiful and tasty. In addition, there is a decently stocked bar in the lobby area.
Being a four-star hotel, I personally really can't think of anything that it's lacking or that would beed improvement.
A big thanks for all the wonderful staff!
