H10 Porto Poniente, Benidorm

Hotel room is lovely, comfortable and big and the sofa in the room was great. As this was a last minute trip we had a city view hmmm thats not how i would call it. The neighbours in the residential houses waved and had a conversation about the weather since it was raining and could have thrown a brolly over haha. The restaurant is lovely decorated but the food area is a nightmare as its too small and guests are on top of each other. The food was always low and not replenished and it was no wonder as the dishes were like casserole dishes instead of the big silver catering trays. Breakfast was fun constantly making eggs in the moulds which took ages to cook then the bacon was never ready at same time. The chef made omelettes faster. Try getting a cup of tea the machine at one end for coffee/hot water then a hunt for tea bags which was found 3/4 way up the restaurant then the milk in the food area. The English tea was the same colour as milk and hot water!! Early check out for breakfast at 7:45 was only continental even though restaurant was open from 7 am but once we got ours, out came the hot food. Just unlucky I presume!! The food choice wasnt great so would rather eat out at the fabulous bar next door for food. The lamb was lovely but would have liked a gravy not the left over fat as gravy. This hotel is lovely and in a great location but would only return for bed and breakfast. We received a lovely bottle of cava for our anniversary which was totally appreciated.

We stayed at the hotel for my 60th birthday. On arrival the staff on reception were welcoming and helpful. Our room was lovely, large bright and very clean. A friend had sent a bottle of bubbly and some chocolate strawberrys which the staff had put in place. Alicia (public relations) came to our room with yet another present that my friend had organised with the hotel she and other staff went above and beyond to help make my birthday special - to which I am very grateful I feel she would do whatever it takes to make an occasion special. She made me feel very special- remembering my name for the duration of our stay. The food was exceptional and staff were always smiling and helpful. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here and would 100% stay again. Thank you all.

We stayed for four nights in April 2024. The welcome is amazing with a cold glass of cava, and the reception staff are lovely. Reception smells amazing - I still want to know where I can buy the scent. The rooms are so clean and modern - definitely opt for a sea view. The pool area is gorgeous with the best views in Benidorm. Good range of food and drink in both the restaurant and pool bar.

The hotel is in an excellent location. The reception staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. The room was good and the bed was comfortable and it was cleaned to a high standard. There were excellent choices of dishes at breakfast and dinner in the dining room and all the staff worked extremely efficiently to keep everything running smoothly. They were all very friendly and professional, Oscar was particularly helpful. The pool area was great with fantastic views across the bay and the lunch menu was excellent, there was a good choice of food it was very well cooked and good value. The staff were lovely always willing to help and very friendly.

This is a beautiful hotel, spotlessly clean and friendly staff. The room we had was a terrace suite with a side view of the sea. The room (503) was immaculate with plenty of space, free safe, robes, slippers and great air conditioning. There are 2 pool areas, a large plunge pool on level 7 and the main pool on level 5. The doors to the pool area don't open until 9.30 and we found getting a sunbed at this time very easy. The restaurant and bar area are stunning with an area outside the reception to sit an people watch. The food was always spot on with plenty of choice. The location is perfect with bars / restaurants either side of the hotel and the centre of the old town only a few minutes walk away. I will certainly be back to this hotel .
