H10 Porto Poniente, Benidorm

Fabulous hotel .. we went for first time in December 23 . Went back march 19th this year for a week . Love this hotel so much . Ideal location in the old town that we love . Great rooms . Comfy beds . Great shower large TV with few English channels . sea view worth the extra cash . High floor for us . . Food delicious . Though if you go bit later it can be bit luke warm and plates could be warmer .. but foods delicious. We ate at the pool bar on the 5th floor also and food was really good there too . . Great service staff all very attentive professional and friendly . I try to remember names . Sandra greeted us with lovely smile at the restaurant. Waiters giness Oscar suzanne gema Ivan.. roisa cant remeber all the names . At Reception . Christian Randy Sabrena angi Anna Alice Samantha. . In the spa nicky my partner Tom loved his massage though I thought it was double the price of the UK. Loved the sauna jacuzzi . Tom enjoyed the gym also we felt very secure in this hotel in the room theres a lock inside and on the lifts you need your door card to operate the lift . Which is a Great idea . We are not even home a week and booked for December hoping to get my fav room siete dos dos . See you in December. When I will be saying feliz Navidad special thank you to all . Gracias ?

Excellent hotel VERY clean.Staff very helpful. I enjoyed Spa treatment and massage by Nyka. Who know her job. Would absolutely go back to her. My husband got in touch with Alicia by email saying it was our wedding anniversary whilst we were there, and she had things done in our room (chocolate/fruit / champagne) and staff put rose petals in our room. They put these in our room whilst l was having my spa treatment as a surprise. . Thank you. This is second vist to this hotel and would certainly come back.

Stayed over Half Term, lovely sea view room So clean. Lovely staff and a great location We would definitely return.. would of like a Indian night or a Chinese night in the restaurant just for some more variation… The queues to go into the restaurant were slightly crazy. We’ve not had that in any hotel before. Beautiful restaurant by the pool

Absolutely superb hotel from top to bottom the location couldn’t be better the staff super friendly and the food fantastic - the spa is excellent and great to unwind - it’s a great spot in the old town away from the lunacy of the more modern part and a nice flat surface to be able to walk in either direction / also it’s an easy stroll to the train to visit nearby towns

Hotel is situated across from the park and beach and near the old town. Spotless hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful. Loved the welcome drink and the food left in our room as we arrived late. Room was clean and lots of space. The hotel pool was amazing. Food was good and plentiful. Loved it all
