H10 Porto Poniente, Benidorm

Hotel is very nice. Staff are friendly and very proactive. Service (Spa, cleaning, bar/restaurant) is excellent. Food quality is also excellent. I strongly recommend staying in H10 Porto Poniente if youre looking for a beach front hotel in Benidorm. Thanks

Fabulous hotel. From the second you walk in to elegant & fantastic smelling interior, to leaving, staff super friendly and helpful. Rooms immaculate with everything included that you could wish for, eg, toothbrushes, toothpaste, shaving kit etc. lovely rainfall walk in shower, robes and slippers. Complimentary bottle of water in room, tea/coffee making facilities & good sized mini fridge. Safe located in wardrobe which is easy to operate and comes at no additional cost. Daily maid service - quick and efficient cleaners. Beach towels available on request for nothing more than a refundable 10 euro deposit & a clean towels available on request for 1 payment. Rooms - wow! We stayed in a sea view suite - what a room! View spectacular and definitely worth paying the extra. Balconies not suitable for using to sunbathe - 3/4 shaded but this is perfect as able to enjoy the balcony all day to people watch and relax instead of being too hot. Good selection of TV channels including BBC, ITV & ITV2. Food - stunning. Good substantial choice with always a good choice of meat/seafood/salad/fruit/desserts - only downside is the veg selection was always overcooked/soggy. Never had to wait in the dining room and staff ready to remove all used utensils/cutlery. Food area always regularly restocked & cook to order chefs always at hand to ensure your meat/eggs/omelettes cooked fresh to your specifications. Location - 1 minute stroll into the bustling old town but far enough away to be away from the hustle and bustle with lots of bars & restaurants in the immediate vicinity. Beautiful and comfortable exterior seating area at hotel lobby perfect to sit and people watch with a cool drink/coffee with stunning beach/sea views. Balcony - honestly the best view in Benidorm! Seats on the balcony are padded - really nice touch. Gym and spa on floor 1, look amazing but we did not use. On floor 5 is the bar, pool and sunbed area with spectacular views over the Mediterranean. Drinks reasonably priced and can be paid by cash or on a tab to yr room to pay on check out. On floor 7 is an adult only area with sun beds and plunge pool - fantastic area. A buzzer on the wall allows you to order drinks from the bar on floor 5 and staff bring your drinks up to you! Very nice touch of 5 star quality. Another sunbathing area available on floor 8 - rooftop solarium with dinners - lovely and quiet and accessed by stairs. So many sunbathing areas that never a problem getting somewhere to kick back and relax, no matter what time you decide to go and chill - none of the sunbed wars that happen in lots of hotels. 1 minute walk away from the bus stop for the tour bus to take you to La Cala/Finestrat/Hotel Bali. This hotel, in my opinion, should be 5 star. So impressed that we booked for 2025 within 24hrs of arriving. See you next year - cant wait.

Stayed as a solo traveller but part of a family group all staying at the hotel. Had a sea view room. Upon arrival, good first impressions, friendly efficient welcome, glass of cava, good location about 50 minutes from Alicante airport and right on the beach, adjacent to the old town. Room was clean and comfortable and the view from the balcony was fantastic. Breakfast great, lots of choice well cooked and the live chef station for omelettes was great. The rooftop pools arent really pools in the swimming sense, the 5th floor one is more of a space to cool off and socialise with a beer or cocktail. Again lovely, and the lunch was very pleasant at the rooftop restaurant/bar. Downside is the sound proofing on the room. Unfortunately Benidorm is loud, and I was woken up a few times by people singing and shouting while more the merry on their way home from nights out at early hours. Also the gym is fairly small and does not open on time - says 8am everywhere but really its whenever the guy feels like attending.

Lovely hotel grt reception staff only issue we had was dining the staff made it uncomfortable few nights with questions over room numbers and made us feel we was sneaking in maybe because we was British not sure it was awkward part from that good hotel
