Excellent hotel. At check-in we were warmly welcomed by the reception staff and offered a glass of fizzy or juice. Room was clean, large king bed and side views to the sea. Staff excellent throughout our stay. Buffet breakfast was superb with a vast array of options. Pool facilities very goodalthough it is shallow 0.8m so more of a long plunge pool. But great views from the fifth floor pool and restaurant/bar providing good selection of drinks and food. Would recommend and we will return. Staff throughout our stay were friendly and helpful.

Amazing stay at H10 Old Town Benidorm! Check-in was quick and hassle-free, which set the tone for a relaxing break. The rooms were lovelyclean, modern, and very comfortable.
We stayed half board and the food was great, with plenty of choice and really good quality each day. The whole experience felt smooth and well looked after.
Would definitely recommend and happily stay again!

This hotel deserves its high ranking on trip advisor. The staff are all so helpful and friendly, the decor is impressive in the foyer and dining room, food excellent and location perfect. We had a sea view suite which we upgraded to via email prior to arrival. Worth every penny of the 90 for our 3 night stay . As previously mentioned throughout reviews the area is ideal. No noise but near to all the attractions of the resort. One free bottle of water in the room, safe , quality toiletries , fridge , gowns and slippers . No hesitation recommending.
