Second stay at the hotel, love the location, over looking the poniente beach completely different experience to staying along the Lavante beach ( though I love that too) our room was on the 7th floor with stunning sea view and large balcony, room spacious, comfortable and nicely decorated.
Pool on 5th floor is lovely, plunge pool on 7 and solarium on 8, cant ask for more. House keeping of a high standard. Staff helpful & always pleasant.
Now the negativefood! In my opinion you will always find something you like for breakfast but the evening meals were poor, lack of choice, had to wait for dishes to be replenished, if a lot of people arrived at the restaurant at the same time they couldnt cope, told the waitress about cold soup one evening and she said put it in the microwave. We ate out after that. Give it a go, its a lovely hotel, Id go back and pay B&B, theres fab places to eat out.

Wow, I don't know where to start really. I have been coming to Benidorm since 1983, sometimes 2 to 3 times a year and have to say this beautiful hotel is the nicest i have ever stayed in (and I've stayed in lots)
There is nothing to not like. I was blown away by how lovely the room was. Tasteful decor, comfy beds and a view that is breathtaking. To wake up to the sound of the waves crashing was wonderful. The rooms are spotless, have tea and coffee making facilities and a good size TV with English channels. The bathroom had a his and her sink and lovely walk in shower with lovely smelling toiletries. The room smelled devine. Big shout out to the cleaners who do a great job. The hotel itself is immaculate and attention to detail does not go unnoticed. Lots of comfy seating areas to relax. We especially liked sitting outside watching the world go by. The pool area are lovely. They are spacious and have padded sun beds which were really comfy. There is a bar, serving cocktails and you can get a nice lunch in the small café. The dining room is absolutely stunning and feels like a proper dining experience and not just a dining room. My husband is severely sighted and we were shown to an accessible table every day by the head waiter. Lots of yummy food on offer with a fabulous selection of hot and cold dishes, all presented really nicely. By far the best thing about this hotel is the staff who go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. I started looking at names to add to my review but it didn't seem fair as I couldn't choose just a few to mention as everyone deserves the same recognition. Well done everyone. We will be back to see you all as soon as we can.
