Lovely hotel, located right next to Poniente beach. Views of the beach from the pool located on the 5th floor. The staff are friendly and very helpful. The food is good with extensive choice at breakfast and dinner. Bar and snack bar by the pool. Rooms are clean modern and well equipped.

Beautiful hotel on the front

Stayed here with my 85year old mum. We were so looked after. Thanks to Alice in reception, Suzanna working the bar and the young man running the restaurant. As my mum uses a walking stick he always ensured we had a seat near the buffet. The hotel was quiet, clean and classy. All the staff seemed to be young and so efficient. If you want somewhere where you can chill out for a week or a few days then this is the place. The welcome drink was a nice touch too. I would say the hotel is very much geared towards adults as there isnt much for kids to do. But a great base if you want to explore. Had a side sea view on the fourth floor, which was fine as we didnt go to sit in the room. Beds were comfy. The room cleaning excellent and not obtrusive. Highly recommend.

Best hotel in Benidorm

Absolutely loved this hotel, its beautiful, clean and in a fantastic location. Having visited Benidorm 5 time, we decided go for a nicer hotel with a sea view and Im so glad we did, waking up to the beautiful beach and view was so relaxing. The facilities were great, rooftop pool with bar and again, beautiful views. The staff were very friendly and the rooms are beautifully designs. The shower was the best for EVER had! Really powerful. You are literally on the beach and so close to restaurants and shops. Cant wait to come back, this hotel will always be my go-to from now.

From a special welcome at reception this weeks holiday was professionally run throughout at this hotel nothing was too much trouble. Food was of good standard with plenty of variety dinning hall staff led by Josua and his team very efficient. Location opposite the beach and within easy reach of shops and tapas bars helped with those with mobility issues third time at this hotel booked for 2025 many thanks for a great holiday.
