A great hotel

We stayed at this hotel in Barcelona in May and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The hotel itself is beautiful, with very spacious and spotless rooms, an incredibly rich breakfast selection, and an amazing rooftop terrace with breathtaking views over Barcelona. We enjoyed having dinner there every evening, and the atmosphere was simply perfect.
What truly made our stay unforgettable was the exceptional hospitality of the staff. One night, we experienced a lot of noise coming from the neighboring room and mentioned it to the reception. The staff handled the situation with such professionalism and kindness they even sent a bottle of champagne to our room as an apology for the inconvenience, even though it was not directly their fault. That gesture made us feel genuinely cared for and appreciated as guests.
Every member of the hotel team was warm, attentive, and always smiling. Their kindness and professionalism were truly impressive and made our stay even more special. We would definitely return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Barcelona.

My sister and I really enjoyed our recent holiday in Barcelona. The hotel was perfect, clean, the rooms were great, the breakfast enormous and delicious (I may have eaten my own body weight in food). The staff were all lovely, friendly and helpful. It's also the people that make a holiday special and this was the case with one of the receptionists - Noelia Varrar - she was funny, welcoming, ever so helpful and an absolute joy. She had the patience of a saint answering our questions and repeating directions. She is a credit to the hotel and Barcelona. Thank you Hotel 10 and Noelia!
