Every time I come to Barcelona I stay at the H10 Ronda Universitat. Competent and helpful staff. The rooms are excellent, the breakfast is composed of wide variety of Mediterranean and foreign food. I always stay at the room facing the street but the double glassing makes the room cosy and silent. I will be back.
