We have recently returned from a 5 night stay in this hotel. It our second time in this hotel - the first being in 2019.
It is a functional hotel. The rooms are modern, clean and comfortable. We requested extra large double which we got - it was huge and very comfy. Breakfast was nice with good options. Coffee is from a self service machine and was not very good. All the staff that we encountered were friendly and helpful.
There is a lovely rooftop pool and bar. It can get busy.
The location of the hotel is fairly central. A 10/15 walk to beach or La Rambla. We would def stay here again.

We had a great experience. He was very friendly, professional, and did his job very well. Whenever we had any questions, he was always happy to help and explained everything clearly. His communication was excellent, and he made the whole process easy and pleasant. We really appreciate his support.

Nice hotel, but not the best

Location good if you want to go to the beach and visit the city,restaurants and shops fewer in this area compared to Sagrada area, gotic quarter,or other popular areas. The neighbourhood is quieter then touristic areas.
We appreciated we were upgraded from junior suite to deluxe junior suite and probably given a room with the best views of the city on the 10th floor. We could see the beach, Monjtuic castle, Sagrada familia, Tibidabo...very very nice. We also appreciated the welcome gift.
The negative part of staying in this room was that we had afternoon sun till sunset and it was very hot. The air con was not strong enough. You could also hear repeatedly cracs on the exterior part of the building because of the heat,which was kind of annoying.
Cleaning service was not the best. Pillow sheets were not changed daily, only bed sheets. Dust was never cleaned in 7 days. Every day cleaning was made at 16:00 o'clock , which was kind of weird and also frustrating.
Elevators are not good at all. They are slow and moving chaotic. Being on the 10th floor, we had to wait pretty long time to catch one( even if there were three elevators).
Breakfast was ok, nothing special. The negative part is that there aren't tables for everyone, so if you get there after 9 o'clock you may have to wait for a table.
4/5 stars for the upgraded room, otherwise it would receive 3/5 stars.

What a lovely hotel. Perfect city hotel. Super clean and bright, great food and lovely rooftop pool and bar. It was small but there were about 50 people up there and everyone got a seat
