Great location, great view, great room.

Everything was excellent. Albert at the front desk was particularly accommodating. We did have one small altercation with one of the rooftop staff when we misunderstood that the pool was closed. We were told that thedeck was open till midnight, which led us to believe that the pool was available. When it was not someone was quite rude about kicking out.

Wonderful hotel in a great location

Stayed at this lovely hotel for a couple of nights and had a superb time in a prime location in the gothic quarter. Upon arrival the reception staff greeted us with a glass of champagne, which we found a welcoming touch to the start of our stay. All the staff from reception to the bar were always friendly and attentive. Our rooms were
immaculate and had everything we could need for us to enjoy our stay.
Breakfast was in the dining room and had a table/waiter service that took our orders from a good selection of cooked menu options. Also there was a great continental buffet that was self service with a variety to choose from. There was also a rooftop bar that served food throughout the day, also a small pool to enjoy. Its a nice place to sit and relax with views that stretch across the city, You can even see the sagrada familia in the distance.
We would definitely stay here again if ever we come back to Barcelona.

Lovely hotel, excellent location

Our stay at H10 Madison was pleasant and comfortable. The room was clean and spacious and had excellent views from the balcony. The staff are helpful and it was great to be able to log into our movie apps (Netflix, Disney, etc) on the television. The roof top pool and restaurant were lovely and also had wonderful views.
However the rainfall shower did not work properly. It was either very hot or very cold even though we tried to adjust it several times. Fortunately, the hand held shower's temperature was adjustable so we resorted to using that. Also, the shower cubicle leaked but we dealt with that by placing extra towels on the floor just outside the cubicle.
