Had an excellent experience at the H10 Madison, our first time booking with this brand. Everyone was extremely helpful and friendly, from the staff at the front desk to the servers at Terrassa Del Gotic, which by the way has stunning views of the city. It's an outstanding location, in the heart of the Gothic Quarter and waking distance to many attractions, restaurants and being their during Merce, we were in the heart of lots of entertainment. I will definitely book again if we go back to Barcelona and will try other locations around the world.

Great location in the Gothic quarter, close to Metro and buses, lovely room, roof terrace and pool. Staff great, helpful. Freshly cooked hot breakfast to order on top of large buffet. Doesn't offer lunch or evening meals on site, only room service and the roof terrace, which is fab. Room door closing (slamming) is only thing I didn't like but that's controllable by guests. Defo would stay here again.
