We had an absolutely wonderful stay! From the moment we arrived, the entire staff was friendly, welcoming, and professional. The level of service really stood out and made our experience that much more enjoyable.
A very special shout-out to Gaston at the rooftop bar and pool! Gaston was exceptional and truly went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. He was professional, attentive, personable, and always made us feel welcome. What impressed us even more was his incredible knowledge of the city. He took the time to recommend places to visit, things to do, and helped us make the most of our time here.
The rooftop pool and bar were already a highlight of our stay, but Gaston made the experience even better. Great hotels are about more than just the rooms and amenitiesits the people who make you want to come back. Gaston and the entire staff certainly did that for us.
We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel. Thank you, Gaston, and the entire team for such a fantastic experience!
