Excellent small(ish) hotel in a residential neighbourhood

This is an excellent hotel in a residential neighbourhood. We came with our 16 year old granddaughter for her first ever non package trip to see extended family who live very close to the H10 Art Gallery. It was perfectly located for us but is a little off piste for the main attractions. An easy taxi ride however gets you to the centre of the action.
Breakfast is excellent, housekeeping first class, and it has very attractive downstairs space. They were also very responsive to our pre arrival request to be located close together. It felt very safe too which is important when travelling with a teenager in her own room.
We enjoyed an evening snack and drinks in the courtyard after our busy family time . There are limited food choices but lots of restaurants and tapas bars around. So for us it could not have been better. I hope this is helpful!
