Fantastic hotel. Went with a friend for a 5 night trip. We stayed half board and upgraded to the privilege option. The bedroom was lovely and very clean. Coffee machine, robe, slippers etc.We were greeted at check in with a glass of fizz and then given a tour around the hotel with our hotel host, Hugo. The sunbeds/bali beds are amazing and the pools are very clean and well maintained. We both had treatments in the beauty spa which were also very good (hot stone massage and anti age facial for the wrinkles :). The food in the restaurant, which you book on the H10 app, was excellent and the breakfasts were great with lots of choice. We pretty much stayed in the privilege area most of the time which also had a well stocked help yourself bar with daily snacks and coffee/pastries. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Vanessa in the restaurant was amazing and couldnt do enough for us. Jenny was also another member of staff who was so friendly and polite. We will definitely be returning to this wonderful hotel.

The hotel was amazing; the staff were incredibly helpful, attentive, passionate and caring. The food was spot on; the choice at each meal was amazing, and the variety and themed evening meals really made a difference. So much so we only had 1 meal out away from the Hotel.
The entertainment was brilliant; I have never been one for your stereotypical hotel entertainment, but it was brilliant, and they created such a great buzz and atmosphere that it was intoxicating.
This is the first time we have been and only stayed for 7 days, but could have happily stayed for much longer and highly recommend it.

This is the 3rd time we've stayed at the hotel and it's as good as the first time.
Everyone is friendly and go out of their way to help you.
The rooms are amazing with beautiful sea views. Sometimes it feels like you're on a cruise ship as all you can see is the sea.
The hotel is right next to the beach so no need to walk far for it. There's 3 pools and they have foam party's every week. The hotel is between Costa Adeje and Los Cristianos if you like a long walk either way.
We recommend going Privilege. Yes it cost's extra but it's worth it for the free premium alcoholic drinks, the snacks and the Privilege area. Me and my wife are both vegetarian and they made us a platter of food especially for us every day.
There's plenty of choice of food in the restaurants for all tastes.
We had a problem with the rooms air conditioning on the first day but they promptly changed us rooms the next day so thank you for the amazing and helpful service sorting it out.
I will always recommend this hotel, especially if you want adults only.

Nice hotel good location

The hotel is lovely, staff are brilliant and helpful. Room was big , nice bathroom and furniture and very clean. The Decor in the rooms dated and tired needs updating doesn't meet a 4 star hotel.
The carpets should be removed as they look dated and tired. Food and drinks was very good.Getting a sunbed around the pools is shocking gets to 9 -9.30 and they are all gone but yet it states no towels on beds before 10am. Its very unfare when you can't get a sunbed.
