H10 Gran Tinerfe, Tenerife

Fantastic hotel in an excellent beach front location

Have recently returned from another most enjoyable stay at H10 Gran Tinerfe, having previously stayed there in August and looking forward to another stay in June. It is a fantastic hotel and our holiday was most enjoyable from start to finish. It is in an excellent beach front location, with access to fabulous promenade walks. All staff in the hotel were very friendly and helpful. On arrival, the Reception staff were very welcoming and greeted us with a glass of Cava, which is a nice touch and set the tone and friendly atmosphere of the hotel. Facilities are excellent, with numerous swimming pools and a range of activities to choose from. A special thank you to the animation staff, who were all so friendly and encouraging when participating in events; a special thanks to Danni and Dora. The food in the dining room was excellent for both the breakfasts and evening meals, with a great range to choose from. Again, a big thank you to the dining room staff who were all so friendly and cheerful. The hotel is very well maintained, with cheerful decor throughout the hotel. Finally, a special word of thanks to the Reservations team, who were very helpful when making the booking.

Excellent stay

Just returned yesterday from this hotel . From the moment we arrived with an efficient check in and glass of Cava to the last day enjoyed every thing this hotel had to offer . We had booked AI which was ideal as we like our drink and food , and a bonus was all the spirits were branded . We dined in the buffet for breakfast , the mirador restaurant for lunch and buffet at night , the buffet I felt was rather too busy for my liking but we did go down at peak times and were always shown to a table which was pleasant rather than hunt the table Always plenty of choice of food and beautifully presented. The included dinner at the Italian was really enjoyable with excellent service and food , wine is a good standard forAI and the meal at Asensen we found beautiful , both in presentation , service and taste . Every member of staff in the hotel greeted us with a smile and all worked very hard to ensure we had a lovely holiday . Rooms were nicely presented and cleaned daily , will request a sea view next time though . It was my husbands birthday and we found a cake card and ice bucket of Cava in the room ( lovely touch ) We paid for an evening meal at Mirador which was delicious and good value . The day time activities were fun to get involved with friendly enthusiastic staff and the evening entertainment was excellent all week and finished promptly at 11 pm . Will definitely be returning next year , as couldnt fault anything even location perfect , right on promanade .

Our stay at H10 Gran Tenerife

Fantastic hotel, the staff, entertainment both day and night is brilliant. We have met lots of friends & had many laughs together. The atmosphere around the pools are great, always able to get a sun bed with the no holding a sun Ed before 10.am policy. Lovely food. Al in all fab holiday. Oh the drinks are international so all taste lovely ????????????????

The hotel was everything we asked for as a couple. Great room with sea view and a few swimming pools to choose from with bar. Great location. Entertainment was very good every night and staff was very friendly and funny. Our room cleaner was fab everyday. We are especially grateful to Ruben , Yasmin & all entertainment staff for all of the fun during daytime activities.
