Unfortunately another visit to the Gran Tinerfe is over. The hotel staff are superb. From the moment you step in to reception there is nothing thats too much trouble for the team.
Massive thanks to Marina and Hugo for the assistance throughout our stay.
Lets talk food. Alfredo, Leo and crew at La Mirador restaurant for the great week of too customer service and humour. David at Il Gran Cuore and team serve one of the best tiramisu I have eaten.
Dani and the animation team never fail to make us smile and the even entertainment is always a great way to wind down after a busy day relaxing.
Always a little sad to leave the hotel and the wonderful staff. We will return.. as we booked a return visit in a few weeks while waiting for our flight home.

Stunning hotel, perfect location, rooms were beautiful.
Food was fantastic, great variety. On sure restaurant was good.
Only bad thing to say is, the pool cocktails are definitely not good, very expensive and just served in a plastic cup and very tasteless, was like water.
Camila in reception is amazing, really friendly and helpful, she helped us with lots of information during our stay. She is a credit to the hotel for sure.
Would definitely come back for another visit. We didn't get to check out the casino so would love to do that next time.

Great hotel

We had booked the H10 as it was All Inclusive and Adults only. As an older couple we wanted a bit of peace and quiet and that is what we got. The hotel was very helpful in everything we wanted and apart from a few teething problems, we had a great stay.
When we checked in, we asked for a safe and because we had booked a Superior room, we had it for free. We also asked for a kettle.
As soon as we got to the room, we tried the key to the safe which didnt fit and my partner had to go down to reception again to ask them about it. Second visit to reception they gave us a new key which didnt work but they asked a maintenance man to come up and help. By which time the kettle had arrived. All good there!
The key was sorted out and from then my partner and I had a brilliant holiday. Friendly staff, good drinks included in AI , however we were told by the receptionist that the WiFi was not secure and was an open service. I.e no password was required. My partner was not happy with this but we were able to get 4G service all the holiday.
Friendly staff, very good breakfast. We didnt eat our evening meal at the hotel as we wanted to try the cuisine elsewhere. Plenty of sunbeds and the heated pool was like a bath! Lovely!
A thoroughly good hotel, would highly recommend it as it was very central too.lots of good restaurants nearby and just by the beach.
An extra comfortable bed along with 3 pillows which was very extravagant but really useful as I have problems with my neck.
Fridge in the room, always full up and the staff were so friendly.
Cant wait to go back.
