Our second home ....

We class this hotel as our second home and have just returned from our second visit this year. I cannot say any more than I have always said before - everything about it is excellent - food, staff, cleanliness, entertainment, hairdresser - you name it, it does not disappoint. It was also a holiday to celebrate my husband's 80th birthday and the hotel made it extra special for him. Unfortunately this time I had an issue with my knee and had to attend the Quironsalud hospital, ending my holiday on crutches. I must mention the Tui rep, Margot, who was amazing. She organised the hospital visit and arranged for me to have assisted travel home. The staff at the hotel were briliant and nothing was too much trouble. Thanks to everyone who helped us. We have already booked for Christmas and New Year but there is no doubt, God willing, we will be back before then.

Really nice holiday

Returned from a week of rest and relaxation at the H10 hotel gran tinerfe - this is our second stay, in spite of all the stuff on social media re ran and storms we had great weather, and was nice to escape the miserable British weather. We were all inclusive and stayed in one of the deluxe rooms. The all inclusive package is very good which includes the mini bar in the room. The deluxe rooms are nice and spacious and with there own sun loungers make them ideal for rest and relaxation. Food is ok its all inclusive after all. That said the breakfasts are great, fab omelettes and freshly made crepes. Special mention to our cleaner Jennifer who does a grand job keeping the rooms clean. The bar and bar waiters are also first class always on hand to keep your drinks topped up. And its adults only so you dont have to suffer other peoples feral kids. Great hotel, really nice holiday and would be happy to recommend and will return.

Fabulous Stay at H10 Gran Tinerfe

We returned a few days ago from an amazing trip to Tenerife staying at the adults only H10 Gran Tinerfe in Costa Adeje. We stayed 7 nights on an all inclusive privilege basis, we had a high floor, sea view room (0920). On our arrival and privilege check we were greeted with a glass of fizz each, The reception staff and barstaff were all super friendly, the bar and sofa areas were lovely... they were clean, airy, air conditioned and not very busy but it was almost teatime and the sun was shining. We were given a guided tour of all the restaurants, we could eat at the a la carte ones too as part of privilege including breakfast which was amazing looking out over the coast. The rooftop and privilege lounge was the best, ample comfortable loungers and beds and always some free no sunbed wars. We were looked after by Jenny from the lounge bringing fruit, sangria and clearing plates etc when we helped ourselves to snacks, food, drinks in the lounge taking them to our sunbeds. The room we had was spotless cleaned everyday and towels when we wanted incl beach towels free with Privilege. We had a turn down service nightly, pillow menu, espresso machine, snacks and minibar daily, I loved the little quotes and chocolates left on our bed for us each night. We have enjoyed all the food and drink, we used the all inclusive buffet restaurant a number of times but not once did it feel like we were all inclusive as there is waitress service for drinks and clearing away and assistance with the menu if we were unfamiliar. The views on the terrace again were incredible esp the sunset. We did not have any issues at all while we were there, the weather was fabulous inspite of what was all over social media. The swimming pools were welcome each day x 2 cool pools and one heated and the jacuzzi's were lovely. The pool bar did snacks, salad, crisps & sandwiches no chips, which is a first for us at a snack bar, but not missed. No burgers, pizzas or hotdogs either, again we didnt miss that. There was icecreams as much as you wanted. With the jacuzzi in privilege you could sip your fizz, perfect watching the sunset. The food we found to be delicious and the coffee & cakes in the afternoon gorgeous. We highly recommend this hotel, right on the beach, easy walking for Puerto colon and further one way together with Los christianos and Las America's the other way. We walked everywhere but taxis were outside or reception would call one. We will definitely be back for some more winter sun. Loved it all and staff could not do enough for us.

The H10 Gran Tinerfe is one of the best hotels we have visited,everything about our holiday was perfect from checking in to checking out.The rooms are are a good size,clean and airy,housekeping every day by smiling and friendly staff.Food in this hotel was excellent from Breakfast to Dinner,and the overwhelming choice of dishes,some freshly cooked in front of you.The facilities at this hotel was very good with entertainment throughout the day and night,they have 3 pools 1 heated,the main one was a bit cold which might be because of the time of year.This hotel operates a system that you deposit cash on a wristband that lets you pay like a bank card,also the drinks in this hotel were quite reasonably priced compared to some hotels i have stayed in.Location is very close to the town centre which is quite bustling with bars and restaurants and shops within walking distance.Lastly, the staff in this hotel are a credit to the hotel,friendly and helpful.Will definitely be back.
