Excellent location, on the border of Costa Adeje and Las Americas so quieter one way than the other. Very pleasant staff, no grumpy ones. Rooms were large and cleaned daily although sometimes a little too late in the afternoon. Tea making facilities available free with payable mini bar. The safe was relatively cheap to hire compared to other hotels we have used. Cashless hotel so had to put 100 on wristband which we were apprehensive although we thought it worked well as the wristband also operated the safe and the door to the room. Entertainment changed daily although my husband is a John Smiths fan not Spanish beer so didnt stay in for this. Breakfast was good although bacon very fatty and evening meal was good, something for everyone. We had mountain and road view and could hear the entertainment which was loud but it finished at a reasonable time so cant complain.we will definitely be back

Fantastic hotel, the staff, entertainment both day and night is brilliant. We have met lots of friends & had many laughs together. The atmosphere around the pools are great, always able to get a sun bed with the no holding a sun Ed before 10.am policy. Lovely food. Al in all fab holiday. Oh the drinks are international so all taste lovely ????????????????

The hotel was everything we asked for as a couple. Great room with sea view and a few swimming pools to choose from with bar. Great location. Entertainment was very good every night and staff was very friendly and funny. Our room cleaner was fab everyday. We are especially grateful to Ruben , Yasmin & all entertainment staff for all of the fun during daytime activities.
