We had a lovely time at this hotel. It is centrally situated between Las Americas and Costa Adeje with lots of restaurants and bars with live music nearby.
The staff are lovely and our room was clean and kept that way throughout our stay.
The weather at end of April beginning of May was a bit mixed at first but we had lots of sunshine and days round the pool and on the direct access beach.
We were all inclusive and found the breakfast and dinner choices were perfect for us. We only visited the main restaurant for lunch once but preferred to eat at the privilege restaurant as much better choice.

We have stayed at this hotel several times and everything about the Gran is excellent. The self service restaurant was one of the best we've ever used but you also have 3 a la carte restaurants which again, are excellent. The staff in all areas of this hotel are friendly, helpful and nothing is too much trouble. It is kept beautifully clean, has superb pools, 1 large outdoor heated pool which means you can swim any time of year. I'm sure anyone visiting this hotel will thoroughly enjoy it and we have booked again for September.

Fantastic hotel the staff couldnt do enough for you, very friendly. Great location, clean and really good food options. Also doing a lot around the hotel the environmental policies are really good ie glass bottles that can be recycled instead of plastic. My only complaint is the pool bar is very small and the queue was at times very long so it took an age to get a drink.

Great hotel and location.Stunning views and chill out spots. Food a bit disappointing. Very diluted orange squash for breakfast. Weird tang to scrambled eggs and mushrooms. Not enough British options, considering we are one of the largest returning guests.Not worth going all inclusive. Had to buy food on the road.
