Great stay at Gran Tenerife H10

We visited the Gran Tenerife recently and had a great time. The room was comfortable and clean (there were a couple of issues when we first unpacked but these were corrected without argument within hours). The food, evening entertainment and all inclusive offerings were all excellent. The animation team providing the day time entertainment were superb with a large range of activities to do every day so you were never bored. The heated pool was indeed heated and very pleasant. Location was good positioned between Costa Adeje and Playa De Las Americas meaning each were easily visited with a modest walk. We will return.

Great hotel

We had booked the H10 as it was All Inclusive and Adults only. As an older couple we wanted a bit of peace and quiet and that is what we got. The hotel was very helpful in everything we wanted and apart from a few teething problems, we had a great stay.
When we checked in, we asked for a safe and because we had booked a Superior room, we had it for free. We also asked for a kettle.
As soon as we got to the room, we tried the key to the safe which didnt fit and my partner had to go down to reception again to ask them about it. Second visit to reception they gave us a new key which didnt work but they asked a maintenance man to come up and help. By which time the kettle had arrived. All good there!
The key was sorted out and from then my partner and I had a brilliant holiday. Friendly staff, good drinks included in AI , however we were told by the receptionist that the WiFi was not secure and was an open service. I.e no password was required. My partner was not happy with this but we were able to get 4G service all the holiday.
Friendly staff, very good breakfast. We didnt eat our evening meal at the hotel as we wanted to try the cuisine elsewhere. Plenty of sunbeds and the heated pool was like a bath! Lovely!
A thoroughly good hotel, would highly recommend it as it was very central too.lots of good restaurants nearby and just by the beach.
An extra comfortable bed along with 3 pillows which was very extravagant but really useful as I have problems with my neck.
Fridge in the room, always full up and the staff were so friendly.
Cant wait to go back.

Fantastic hotel, the staff, entertainment both day and night is brilliant. We have met lots of friends & had many laughs together. The atmosphere around the pools are great, always able to get a sun bed with the no holding a sun Ed before 10.am policy. Lovely food. Al in all fab holiday. Oh the drinks are international so all taste lovely ????????????????
