H10 Gran Tinerfe, Tenerife

Our second visit, and certainly won't be the last. Lovely hotel, excellent location, with vies to La Gomera, great selection of food. Rooms can vary, some have nice sea views, others look over the car park. The staff are all excellent, and the restaurant manager Antonio really looked after us. The El Mirador Brasserie has superb views over the beach, and serves a good selection of light meals at lunchtime. There are activities if you want, and peaceful terraces to enjoy.

H10 Gran Tinerfe - Superb! An amazing hotel. Rooms excellent had a suite on the 7th floor and it was amazing. Our boys had a room for three (adults) this too was spacious. Pools were all of a good size. Always plenty of sun loungers available. Food in food hall was always of excellent quality with lots of choices. Lots of food cooked fresh which was great. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and definitely recommend. It is situated in an excellent location with Las Americas to the left and Adeje to the right. We found all staff to be polite and enthusiastic and they could not do enough for you - always greeted with happy smiling faces. Will definitely return.

We stayed all inclusive at this hotel 11th July-18th. The rooms are spacious and the beds incredibly comfy with pillows about the same size as me! The hotel is in a fabulous location, with a door on the bottom floor leading directly onto the beach. The hotel is very close to Siam park and within walking distance. We barely had to use taxis but when we did, the receptionists were brilliant at ordering them for us and they always turned up within 5 minutes. We personally didnt find the hotel too noisy and although our room was facing the streets, the view was still beautiful. The pools are spacious and the sunbeds get lots of sun throughout the day. We always managed to find a sunbed as there were many, however it was sometimes a bit of a struggle as it was very busy and lots of people reserve the beds - bare this in mind if youre staying during the peak season. The hotel does have an older population, but we didnt find that an issue, being a couple in our early-mid twenties. The drinks were very nice and I would recommend the buffet. We ate in the main buffet and the Italian restaurant (usually you have to pay for the Italian I believe but get it free on one occasion with all inclusive). The buffet was good and the breakfast had so much variety. We enjoyed every meal we had in there but the evening meals were a slight let down as we felt it was very similar to the lunch service. We did at times feel as though we werent getting our money worth for all inclusive as you had to book for any evening meals (including the buffet). This meant on many days we couldnt book in as it was fully booked and had to eat elsewhere. For example, we had checked into our room at about 2ish and shortly after tried to book dinner but it was already fully booked! The drink service at dinner was slightly slow, with some evenings us not being offered drinks at all. The Italian restaurant was a great atmosphere. There was a live violinist who played beautifully. However, the food there was not the greatest. I wouldve said the buffet food was better. My partner had one of their pizzas and it looked exactly like one you would buy ready made from the shop. The staff on the Drogon bar were great and the drinks were always good sizes and tasted great. However, the service on the sunset bar wasnt the best. We were told to sit down when trying to order drinks and someone will take our order. We were sat there for about 20 minutes and nobody came to take our order so we ended up leaving. The entertainment was good, with the performances being lively and interacting with people. The foam parties were also good in the pool, with it being suitable for everyone. We didnt really have any issues or enquiries for the staff but when requesting an ashtray for the balcony, we were given one straight away. The housekeeping was good and fresh towels were given every day, except for the day before we left when our towels were taken and not replaced! We only realised in the evening and due to us leaving early the next morning we just decided to use our beach towels. The refreshments in the fridge are included with all inclusive. They top up the coke, water and beer everyday. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel and location!

Hotel staff are very friendly and welcoming, multiple choices for food through the 4 restaurants within the hotel. During the day you can enjoy some entertainment in the pool area like foam parties with inflatables and endless drinks and music.
