Just coming to the end of a great weeks holiday, at H10 Gran Tinerfe, Costa Adeje!
First-class, friendly, professional service, from the moment we arrived: spacious, very clean rooms, with everything you need; wonderful choice (and quality) of food (and drink); well organised, daily activities, and, superb evening entertainment!
All in all, a top-class, value for money hotel, in a prime location (with excellent access to the beach) - one, wed certainly recommend, and, look forward to returning to, again!

Excellent Hotel in a good location.

We have been to Gran Tinerfe several times, but this if the first time since it was updated.
Hotel is very clean, and the staff were extremely polite and helpful. Room was serviced daily, with clean towels whenever requested. We had 918 facing over the sea. Worth paying the extra as the ones facing the road are quite noisy.
You have to pay a 20 deposit for each beach towel, and 1 to change it for a clean one, but deposit is refunded when you return towels at the end of stay. There are 3 large pools, one heated. There were more than enough sunbeds, whatever time you went down. Staff removed towels that were put on early, (usually the Germans!).
We found the food very mediocre, but normally managed to find something we could eat. Although we were on half board, we did eat out a few times. Lots of restaurants close by.
Nightly entertainment was poor. Mainly consisted of Spanish people trying to sing English songs, and it not being their first language, although the tune was recognisable the words were not very clear. Having said that, there were a couple of excellent, non vocal acts that were really good.
It is the first time we have had to wear a bracelet, but were pleasantly surprised with how easy it made everything. You paid any extras in the hotel with it, opened your room door, and the safe.
All in all we would recommend it, and we will be returning again.

The H10 Gran Tinerfe is one of the best hotels we have visited,everything about our holiday was perfect from checking in to checking out.The rooms are are a good size,clean and airy,housekeping every day by smiling and friendly staff.Food in this hotel was excellent from Breakfast to Dinner,and the overwhelming choice of dishes,some freshly cooked in front of you.The facilities at this hotel was very good with entertainment throughout the day and night,they have 3 pools 1 heated,the main one was a bit cold which might be because of the time of year.This hotel operates a system that you deposit cash on a wristband that lets you pay like a bank card,also the drinks in this hotel were quite reasonably priced compared to some hotels i have stayed in.Location is very close to the town centre which is quite bustling with bars and restaurants and shops within walking distance.Lastly, the staff in this hotel are a credit to the hotel,friendly and helpful.Will definitely be back.

Fantastic hotel, the staff, entertainment both day and night is brilliant. We have met lots of friends & had many laughs together. The atmosphere around the pools are great, always able to get a sun bed with the no holding a sun Ed before 10.am policy. Lovely food. Al in all fab holiday. Oh the drinks are international so all taste lovely ????????????????
