Our 2nd visit to H10 Costa Adeje Palace. Not a great start as the app didn't work properly and customer service booked us in the wrong restaurant. It got better and we had a great time. The Privilege pool service was excellent. Good great in all the restaurants. A mild criticism is that fellow Privilege guests were allowed to take drinks out of the Privilege lounge. We'll be back.

Stay was very good in this excellent hotel. For us it was the fourteenth time, we stayed here. The staff is very friendly and helpfull. The food is good, especcialy in the restsurant la Tosca, also here very nice personel. We surely wil come back.

A nice relaxing stay mainly.

Stayed at the H10 Costa Adeje Palace for five days in early May and overall I had a very relaxing and enjoyable stay.
First impressions of the hotel were very good. The entrance and lobby area are grand and impressive, with high ceilings, marble floors, and a very clean appearance throughout. The hotel staff all seemed very well trained, polite, and courteous during my stay.
I stayed in room 636 on the sixth floor. The room was cleaned and serviced daily to a good standard, with towels replenished each day as well.
One thing I will mention honestly is that it took me a couple of days to properly find my way around the hotel. It is quite large and the layout can feel slightly confusing at first, so it is easy to get a little lost initially.
The Sky Bar is definitely worth visiting, especially for the sunset views and photographs. Access during the day is reserved for Privilege guests, but after 8pm other guests can also use it. The views are excellent please see my pictures.
The restaurant area is located on the lower ground/basement level. It was always clean and I found the food to be of a good standard. The only small issue I noticed was during breakfast when a few small birds occasionally managed to fly into the dining area. Staff did try to deal with this, although obviously it is difficult to completely prevent.
As for the hotel overall, it appears to be in generally good repair. However, in my personal opinion, some areas around the pool patios and a few tiles within the pools may soon need some maintenance or replacement. That said, none of this affected my holiday in any significant way merely my own observation.
To summarise, I had a lovely stay at the H10 Costa Adeje Palace and would happily recommend it. It was a relaxing holiday and I thoroughly enjoyed my time there. Please do not let some of my minor remarks put you off, as overall I had a very positive experience.
