Were just back from 10 days half board
We arrived around 10pm so restaurant was closed, but they assured us they would give us a voucher for lunch on the day of departure, which they honoured
We had a a problem with the electricity in our room on arrival, which was temporarily repaired within 10mins and fully restored next day
We found the hotel to be clean, good choice of food in the buffet restaurant, both breakfast and dinner
Sunbeds were plenty, with a good amount of parasols available
We didnt take the privilege option
Not sure it entitled you to much extra
The piano bar was nice with cooing fans well placed
If I had to pick a fault wed have preferred a walk in shower, instead of in the bath
Staff were friendly and attentive
Will definitely be back

Another wonderful week spent at this hotel. Staff as always were absolutely amazing so hard working in all departments none could be faulted several going over and above to make us wish we were staying longer .
We chose the privilege package and were able to dine in the la carte restaurant breakfast and evening but we also used the main buffet at lunch time which offered a vast amount of choice.
there is an italian restaurant due to be opened very shortly in the next week or so which along with the japanese restaurant caters for all tastes
there is an entertainment area in the show bar and also a pianist in the main bar each evening or if you want to relax in the rooftop bar (open to all adults after 7 pm) this is a further option
Everyday the animation team does a water aerobics session followed by cocktail making : do go along its fun.
Lovely walks in either direction from the hotel .la Caleta being a favourite of ours and if you wish to have an occasional meal out there are several restaurants within a few minutes walk or a short taxi ride away
A lovely beach bar a couple of minutes away is another option
Sunbeds are plentiful and no need to reserve in fact it is not allowed
The hotel also caters for children but is not intrusive to couples staying ..we will return very shortly thank you

The staff were very friendly and helpful, lovely settings and surroundings to explore! Amazing excursions on offer, we went to Siam park for the first time and loved it!! The cleaning staff were also amazing the entire time, keeping our room up to incredible standards.
