H10 Costa Adeje Palace, Tenerife

This was our 2nd visit to the hotel after visiting in 2023 and yet again we had a lovely time. Check in was quick, efficient and professional. My slight gripe is that they still charge for the safe deposit rental. (H10 Estepona where we stayed last October provides this free so this is clearly a local policy) Our room 318 was nice enough, not one that has been updated it appears and gave us a partial sea view which was lovely. This also overlooked the ongoing construction work nearby that in fairness has nothing to do with the hotel but no work was being carried out at night. Food was nice in the buffet and La Tosca restaurants and my wife who has a gluten intolerance only had to ask and the chef provided gluten free bread/rolls and made her gluten free pizza, pasta and desserts which was a fantastic touch and very much appreciated. For myself, there were plenty of choices, with the fish excellent but occasionally the food was cold and some of the meat choices were chewy suggesting poor cuts of meat (sweet and sour pork was inedible on our last night). For lunch, we both preferred the convenience of the snack menu and again this was sufficient with table service or take away provided. Drinks plentiful and a good choice available which we appreciated however the piano bar was always busy with only one member of staff taking orders at your table or at the bar but plenty finally delivering drinks to you. I think at least two staff should be walking the floor taking orders as it was very slow at times. Pool area was always busy but plenty of sunbeds. Like every hotel there are still folk rising early, reserving beds despite clear signs not to do so, and not arriving until late morning. Our preference was the infinity pool area which was lovely and close to the Beach Bar. An observation is that this is for Over 12 only, however there is only 1 faded sign situated on the side of one shower and lifeguards who enforced this only visited occasionally. This is not fair on families who are unaware so far better signage is needed. This is also a non smoking hotel which as non smokers was great and we saw no one breaching this during our stay and no cigarette butts anywhere. The designated smoking area was the terrace which is small and unfortunately full as it has the best views of the sea and therefore we could never sit there. Sky Bar which is accessible after 7pm for non Privilege customers was nice with great views but lacked atmosphere and as such we felt it wasn't really worth the visit. On the whole a great week, would possibly return again but would maybe visit another H10 in Tenerife instead.

Had a great time, near the sea. The staff was nice and good with kids. The kitchen was nice and clean. Would visit again!

Another repeat visit to this amazing hotel Position is right next to the sea and short walk to La Caleta one way or Fanabe the other way along the seafront We were looked after by the fantastic staff so well they are kind and friendly both in la Tosca and the buffet restaurant. The rooftop bar is a nice addition to sit and have a scenic drink as a change to the cabaret act or as well as depending on what you fancy and the Barman Vincente up there is lovely We like to sunbathe by the sea by the infinity pool and shall miss Margeurita when she retires in September always a smile for everyone The staff on reception are very helpful and nothing is too much trouble Water aerobics again was very good with different animation staff each day so lots of variety, we were sad to miss Nestor but we will see him next time hopefully We will be back very soon and thank you to the staff who looked after us The management should be very proud of you all you are a credit to H10

The staff were very friendly and helpful, lovely settings and surroundings to explore! Amazing excursions on offer, we went to Siam park for the first time and loved it!! The cleaning staff were also amazing the entire time, keeping our room up to incredible standards.
