Loving our stay here, which is almost at an end. The rooms are huge, well kept and clean. The service is impeccable. My biggest qualm is the smoking thing. There's a lovely terrace outside on the back of the hotel (flor 2) absolutely IDEAL for a cocktail before dinner, HOWEVER, smoking is allowed all o er it, and yes - if you're a non-smoker it's either breathe in the horrible second hand smoke, or don't go there. After a couple of times, we chose the latter. It's the same in the gardens & round the pool. You pick a nice spot, settle down, and someone lights up I DO wish they would segregate smokers and non smokers.
That aside, I'd definitely come again, as I do love H10 hotels, on the whole.
Oh, and PLEASE may we have a kettle in the room, we love an Earl Grey first thing, but it's such a long trek to the dining room, we had to go without until we went down to breakfast.

Really nice hotel, excellent & very clean room. Nice meals in the 2 x al la carte restaurants. 4 star review is due to the slightly disappointing quality of food in the buffet restaurant. Choice & presentation was good, but lots of food lacked taste & seemed poor quality. Staff were fantastic in every area, would definitely return but on b&b.

Beach not pretty or usable would be great if the hotel took it over and made it a feature
Overall we really enjoyed it we didnt go privelage and dont feel we missed anything worth the cost of it
Will be back next year as long as prices dont go up its nice but not unique

The staff were very friendly and helpful, lovely settings and surroundings to explore! Amazing excursions on offer, we went to Siam park for the first time and loved it!! The cleaning staff were also amazing the entire time, keeping our room up to incredible standards.
January in Tenerife is starting to become a tradition and I love it 🫶🏼 After a hectic end of the year, it is amazing to start the new year with a vacation in a warm destination 🌴 Thank you @h10costaadejepalace for being a great host 🙌🏼
