This hotel is lovely majority of the staff very friendly but when under pressure at busy times cracks appear dont let that put you off. Food is amazing in buffet, la tosca and the new Italian restaurants.
Only final disappointment was on last day reception coukd not accommodate a later check out even with our flight being late night. This needs to be addressed this was even with us having privilege booking. Yes luggage taken care of but if you want to sunbathe for the day told to use spa facilities and these are much to be desired need work or alternative . We could of been told this day before rather than an outright flat no to late check out on the day as surely reception new day before they could not accoaccomodate

We have had a great stay of 9 days at H10 Costa Adeje Palace as a family of 4. Facility is agorgeous, very well kept place, nice and clean pools. Hotel big enough to accomodate a lot if people, without feeling it. High quality of dinner- buffet, lots of choices. My only regret (as I am EHS ectro-sensitive) is the WIFI which is found everywhere on the property, which made me also sleep bad at night and wake-up with muscle pain in the morning ....
Anyway, WIFI is normal standard today - but what is not standard, is having a mobile-antenna mast right on top of the hotel ! For people like me this for sure does not add to " comfort". However, I know I am part of a (slowly growing) minority of affected people, so I am writing this as a cautious information/warning to people with the same problem. In total it was a nice stay here at the hotel and the Teide volcano is always worth a visit !

Amazing stay as always

Returned for another visit to hotel and yet again was not disappointed- this time we went Privilege which allowed access to roof top pool and beach club, soft drinks, beer and some spirits free all day, rooms lovely, cleaned daily, also access to the la carte restaurants which we found all great.
Will definitely be back again next year!
Hotel also great for families, has a kids slide pool and mini disco etc in the evenings .

Hotel was lovely, three massive pools and a great kids jungle pool with slides! Views of the sea are fantastic! Easy wrist bands for room access and to pay for drinks if youre not all inclusive! We will return as had a fantastic family holiday
