Spent 10 days in the H10 Conquistador on a privilege all-inclusive basis, were allocated room 702 which was clean , spacious and had a wonderful view , with the privilege package we used the restaurants nearly every night , food quality was high standard and a great variety, service was amazing so many staff on hand to ensure guest's were looked after . The hotel is in a great location, just next to the Golden Mile . But the main factor to me booking this hotel again is the staff, they are pleasant, polite, hard working , and organised, they are a credit to the H10 group , well done all for giving us a remarkable experience

My wife and I travelled from London and stayed at H10 Conquistador from 5th to 10th May 2026 to celebrate our 45th wedding anniversary and what a wonderful choice it was! We returned home with truly beautiful memories and honestly wished we had booked a longer stay. We are already certain that we will return again very soon. It is very easy for me to say that everything was absolutely excellent from beginning to end. We booked a Privilege Room, and it was one of the best decisions we made. The room was beautiful, spotless, modern, and very comfortable, with a perfect direct sea view exactly as we had hoped for. The bathroom was very new, elegant, and exceptionally clean. Housekeeping was excellent throughout our stay, with the room kept spotless and perfectly maintained every day. Every morning, waking up to the sound and view of the ocean felt incredibly special. The hotel itself is fantastic. The pools are large, beautiful, and very well maintained especially the infinity pool overlooking the sea, which became one of our favorite places to relax. The atmosphere throughout the hotel was peaceful, elegant, and welcoming. We also loved the poolside area and snack bar, which were always clean, well organized, and very enjoyable. The Privilege Lounge was another lovely part of the experience, offering a relaxing atmosphere, drinks, snacks, and a peaceful space to unwind during the day. We also enjoyed the spa and wellness facilities, which were very relaxing, clean, and well maintained, adding even more comfort to our stay. The restaurants were another highlight of our stay. The breakfast was excellent with fresh bread, fresh omelettes prepared to guests preferences, high-quality ingredients, and a great variety of choices. The la carte restaurants were absolutely wonderful, especially the Italian restaurant and the Steak House, where we enjoyed some truly memorable evenings. The evening entertainment was also fantastic and exceeded our expectations. Every night there was a different professional show or live entertainment in the hotel area, creating a wonderful atmosphere where guests could relax, enjoy themselves, and have a great time together. It added so much fun and energy to our evenings and made the overall experience even more special. The location of the hotel is excellent, with direct access to the beach, lovely walks along the seafront, and easy access to shops, restaurants, and everything nearby. What made this stay even more special was the kindness and hospitality of the staff. I would especially like to thank Ms. Rebecca Gordijn and Ms. Laura Ramirez, who kindly helped us before our arrival and made sure we received the exact Privilege Room we had hoped for. Their professionalism, care, and attention truly made our anniversary unforgettable. A very special thank you also goes to Rafael, who welcomed us warmly on arrival with genuine kindness and a wonderful smile. He explained all the Privilege facilities so professionally and made us feel comfortable and valued from the very first moment. Thank you once again to the entire H10 Conquistador team for making our 45th wedding anniversary such a memorable and joyful experience. We left with happy hearts, beautiful memories, and a strong desire to come back again very soon. This was truly one of the best hotel experiences we have ever had highly recommended. Nejad

A DIAMOND IN THE CROWD

We have just returmed from a week stay at this hotel. It is an excellent hotel. 4 star graded but we would definitely give it a 5 star. It is exceptionally clean and beautifully laid out. Plenty of lifts to use. Open and well presented reception. The room was perfect for our requirements. Drop the cases and get out and about in beautiful Tenerife. The pool area is clean and spacious. We didnt have any issues looking for sunbeds. There really are plenty. The staff are all amazing. Polite, helpful and genuinely seems to enjoy working at the Hotel and are pleased to help you with all your requests. There wasnt a single meal time which we struggled to find something lovely to eat. We went all inclusive and honestly we couldnt have made a better choice. Every mealtime we had no issues getting a table, selecting some great food and being served by the amazing staff. The bar area is large and very well maintained. A great stock of drinks and cocktails. All made to order. I would have no hesitation in going to back to this hotel.

Superb location, excellent hotel with first class staff who are very eager to ensure that your stay is first class. This is our second visit within a year and we will be coming back in 26.
