The H10 Conquistador hotel is located on the seafront in Playa de las Américas in the south of Tenerife. It is in a strategic position just a few metres from the famous "Golden Mile" shopping area and the outstanding leisure, culture and sports facilities available there.
We present a special live show and a 5 course menu served in the new Dinner Show Restaurant "Senses". Enjoy this spectacular experience that combines music, culture and gastronomy and that will wake up your senses in a unique surrounding. Children from 8 years of age are allowed.

A few niggles.

Our 2nd stay at this hotel despite a few issues with our room last year for which we were compensated. We love the location, lovely spacious pool areas, very friendly staff- in particular the excellent service from the bar staff. Great choice of food (though sometimes not as hot as we would have liked) at breakfast and dinner.
Lovey sea view from our room, decent towels in bathroom, bedding changed regularly. Good size safe (18 for a week) and great fridge.
For the above reasons, and that we are regular guests at H10 hotels, we chose this particular hotel again. However, again we had maintenance issues with the room. Toilet roll holder loose from wall, 1 bed side light not working, very loose socket coming away from wall, partial break in rail on balcony, toilet flush faulty. We reported these faults to reception, but as no action taken we then had conversation with helpful staff member at guest relations who immediately resolved these issues. Perhaps previous occupants of the room have not bothered to raise these concerns or indeed housekeeping. One major fault that we also mentioned was the fact that there was a gap between the end of patio doors and the wall. This is something that would probably never be noticed except for storm Therese, which caused quite a cold draught blowing the curtains next to me in bed!
Were really not picky guests but feel that not just one but several faults with a room belonging to a decent chain of hotels is really not great.
We have another H10 hotel booked in August, so hopefully will have a better experience.
Will we return to Conquistador next year? Not sure at this point, but like I have said, there are lots of positives with the hotel.

We are just home from the conquistador in tenerife. The hotel has the best friendly staff we have ever met. They will do anything for you and with a smile. It is very clean and the food is very good.
It's position at the corner means you can walk in any direction and do plenty of shopping.

What a lovely Hotel clean the food is great in all the restaurants the dinners show is a must the Japanese restaurant was the best of them all. The spa is always my first stop for a massage to start my holiday the staff are all so friendly and helpful its not the cheapest but you get what you pay for in life

Že by plán ideální plán na sobotu a místo na surf spot check?!😅💪🏼Je potřeba ty aktivní části dne balancovat relaxem a pohodovou 🙌🏼 Pořád se někam hnát a jet za každou cenu "do plnejch" se dlouhodobě rozhodně nevyplácí 🙌🏼✨
