A great stay amongst new found friends.

From first to last moment of my maiden visit to this relatively new hotel I was made 100% welcome by an outstanding staff ranging from room cleaners to gardeners. It was like being home from home in a beautifully clean and pleasant environment. My room was pristine throughout. On half board, the food was generally very acceptable though more variety in the fruit and vegetable sections would have been welcomed. This was my only criticism during a lovely stay which I will definitely repeat in the not too distant future.

A wonderful stay

I visited H10 Atlantic Sunset in mid-April, having booked direct on their website. The cost of upgrading from B&B to AI was very reasonable, and I chose the Privilege package. I arrived at 11.30am, well ahead of the 3pm check-in time but I was welcomed with a glass of cava and invited to enjoy the AI immediately. I was delighted to receive a call from Reception at 1pm to advise that my room was ready. One of the first things I did once fully checked in was log on to the app to make dinner reservations for the next couple of evenings - it's very easy to do. I actually recommend downloading the app in advance as it's helpful to see the menus, weekly activities and general hotel information before arriving; the only thing you can't do on the app until you arrive is book restaurants. The room was comfortable and well-appointed, and I have no complaints. My balcony overlooked the street outside the hotel, which was a shame, but I was barely in my room other than to shower and sleep so it wasn't really an issue. Once unpacked I headed straight to the Privilege pool, which is where I spent the majority of my stay! The views are beautiful, and it's very relaxed. There were no issues getting sunbeds and having the bar right there was very handy for regular water top-ups as well as wine and cocktails. I found the pool bar staff very friendly. They also came round with fruit and savoury snacks during the day. Breakfasts in the Privilege restaurant were a delight. The staff couldn't do enough for you, and it was such a lovely and calm start to the day. I found the buffet sufficient for my needs, although there were several a la carte options. I had a few lunches at the Circle Pool Bar - service was very quick and efficient. However, my favourite lunch was actually at the buffet. Part of the reason I chose Privilege was to have unlimited access to a la carte dining, and I did have one dinner at the buffet which was busy and far from relaxing, although the food was good. However, at lunchtime it was far less crowded and much more chilled, and I really enjoyed the food and the experience. I tried both Route 66 and Stromboli (twice) for dinner. Route 66 was fine, but as other reviewers have noted, it was a bit soulless; saying that, I can't fault the staff who were friendly and attentive, and the food was good (albeit very casual). Stromboli, on the other hand, was absolutely excellent. It's a proper restaurant setting, the staff are incredibly efficient and attentive, and the food and wine was plentiful and high-quality. I thoroughly enjoyed both visits. Two evenings a week, there were live musicians playing outside the Dome bar in the couple of hours leading up to sunset. This was a nice touch, and drinks service outside was swift. I then spent each evening inside the Dome bar watching the 9pm entertainment, which was very enjoyable. Again, the drinks service was excellent. As a solo traveller, my four nights at H10 Atlantic Sunset were absolutely wonderful. My days were relaxing, I felt well looked after, ate and drank well, and the evenings flew by thanks to the entertainment. I certainly plan to return.

Amazing, clean hotel with such good space and facilities

Beautiful, clean, friendly hotel with stunning views. Rooms are amazing - space to sit inside or relax outside. Pools are also fantastic as is the food. Very, very clean and facilities are wonderful. We liked the fact we are a couple in a room away from the noise of the kids. Would most certainly return. Been a fantastic week all round!

Beautiful hotel with Beautiful views

Loved staying at this hotel. Everything was exceptional. Amazing food, polite staff, clean in general. The reason why I am giving it 4 stars only is that the Roof top Suite jacuzzi is not actually a jacuzzi, but a tub with hydrojets and is too small for 2 people. Also,the tub was keep blowing some black flakes into the water when yhe hydrojets were on. This was improved after we reported it, but it did not stop completely. The cleaning of the room was great and the overall hotel. In our shower there were some black mold between the tiles in some areas. The views from the hotel were breathtaking and the staff amazing. We really enjoyed our holiday here and most likely, we will come again. Thank you for having us!

Our first stay in a H10 hotel and what an absolute pleasure it has been... 10 glorious days of beautiful sunshine, fantastic staff and amazing facilities. We enjoyed the spa,... Incredibly relaxing aromatherapy massage with Ana M and ayurvedic back massage with Norma... Thank up both ?? The staff in the restaurants and bars throughout are so friendly and professional... Thanks to Khalid, Santiago, the baby faced cocktail assassin and Fabiana in the bars for their good humour Also thanks to the team for the special mention on my birthday.. Made my day.... Best of luck in the future team and we will certainly be back...
