Lovely stay but improvements needed

I stayed at the hotel on a solo trip 9-13th March All inclusive, my favourite part of the hotel was the room and decor. Large room, big corner balcony. Branded Rituals toilettes, shampoo, shower gel and conditioner. Cons: There is not enough staff and this makes the service quite bad. Long waits and queues into buffet and at the pool bar. For a five star hotel, I would really expect this to be better and lets the hotel down massively! I was really fed up of all the queuing by the end of my holiday. There is one pool bar and no one taking orders and serving drinks by the pool to peoples sun Loungers (as I have experienced in other five star hotels). Some days people were waiting 10-15mins queuing for a drink. Drinks served in plastic cups even when sat at the table in the pool bar and no plastic cava glasses available. A massive issue with water! They will not give bottles of water out at the bar. My mini bar was only topped up every other day on the all inclusive, with minimal water. I called down to reception twice to ask for more water and was told no. Between 12pm and 10am there is no bar open, therefore cannot even get a cup of water. Very strange for all inclusive; but also a five star hotel. Not sure how families would manage with small children. The spa is not included with the hotel, they charge 25 for 90mins and even if you book a treatment they still charge you 20 to use the spa facilities. There is a small sauna, steam room and a pool with some water jets. Really not worth the price and in my opinion this should be included with the all inclusive package. Pros Food is nice, not a huge selection in the buffet but what was available it was good. They could advertise themed nights in the buffet. Branded drinks and cocktails were lovely in main bar. Lovely sea views from the room

A truly amazing place for a beeak.

I stayed here with my cousin in a swim up room and we cannot fault this place. First off the greeting when you come a nice glass of champagne and a big smile. We didnt wait long before we were shown to our room. The room was clean comfortable and very modern same as the bathroom shower. We had breakfast which you couldnt fault either plenty of choices for kids as well. We would say that the dinner ok but the beef cheeks in sauce was amazing hats off to the chef for that. we didnt visit the restaurants on site but next time we will. The staff were all polite, friendly, and gave you privacy and truly made our stay amazing. We look forward to coming back soon in the year for 10 days. A must stay. 5stars. Damien. Rock.

Wonderful in every way

I only have positive things to say about this lovely hotel. The staff are friendly, it was a great check in experience, the room exceeded my expectations in size, location, cleanliness and comfort. The food in the main buffet restaurant was lovely, the salted pool was heated (although personally I would still like it warmer like a bath!) the gym was clean and fully equipped, there were some nice walks in the area, and the sun shone for us all week! Nothing to dislike - if this hotel is one youre thinking of, then I urge you to book and I dont think youd be unhappy.
