Amazing third stay

Amazing third stay (once solo, twice with my daughter) - we stayed over October half term and Halloween. Being my daughters favourite time of year she was upset about missing the festivities in the uk. We didnt need to worry, she did trick or treating with her friend and the kids club, they set up a haunted house style experience which was great plus themed shows and food. It was outstanding, she had the best time! The slides are amazing and kept her and her friend entertained most of the day. They put on so many activities for kids which is fab. Sadly I think she may outgrow the slides and well need to find a new location for our holidays together (but I will still return here solo) we have loved visiting here.

Great hotel would definitely recommend

My wife and I (from Aberdeen) were here between 13-23 January for our second visit. We enjoy it so much that we have booked again for next January. We were in a privilege room and enjoyed the amenities very much. The hotel is perfect for a relaxing holiday, the lovely staff are excellent, friendly, helpful and efficient. The food was plentiful and with good choices at each meal time. We used the themed restaurants, which were very good and add to the experience. We liked all three, the Teppanyaki Restaurant is a different experience and highly recommended. The drinks package is very good with a nice range of international brands to suit all tastes. Route 66 makes a pleasant change to the other dinning options, the burgers at lunchtime were some of the best we have had in a hotel theme restaurant.
We enjoyed a few drams at night and met some lovely people from Yorkshire and Wales which added to the evening fun.
All the staff we encountered were great and to many to mention individually, although Katia, Marcos and Yerai Rodriques deserve a special mention. To our favourite member of staff Happy New Year if reading this you know who you are!!
We cannot wait to return next year.

The hotel is spacious clean and beautiful, the staff are exceptional, the food is varied and lovely, the rooms are big bright and roomy, they have a decent gym that could do with a few more light weights for the ladies, if I could give 6 stars for this hotel for the reflection on the amazing staff I certainly would.....we are looking forward to booking again in the future, my friend recommended it, she is returning to the hotel in September......the cakes in the little coffee shop are amazing as is the coffee, all round great hotel

Wonderful in every way

I only have positive things to say about this lovely hotel. The staff are friendly, it was a great check in experience, the room exceeded my expectations in size, location, cleanliness and comfort. The food in the main buffet restaurant was lovely, the salted pool was heated (although personally I would still like it warmer like a bath!) the gym was clean and fully equipped, there were some nice walks in the area, and the sun shone for us all week! Nothing to dislike - if this hotel is one youre thinking of, then I urge you to book and I dont think youd be unhappy.
