Excellent service and food - you wont find better in an all inclusive resort. Our children are aged 6, 8 and 11 and have all eaten really well and had all the choice they could have hoped for. The adult choices are exceptional too. Its far exceeded expectations.

A great Hotel

We have been to this area many times but not this hotel. We normally stay just over the road at The Bahia Principe Costa Adeje, and have gazed at this Hotel wondering what it was like. So when the time came to book for this year and Knowing that Bahia was closed for refurbishment we did a little research into the little Bahia as it has completed its refurb, However price has gone up dramatically so we decided that Now was the time to check the H10. What a lovely place , first impressions were amazing!! Very clean, Modern and 5 star, Reception staff were great, and as we had checked in online it made things very easy, the staff were a little concerned that we may miss dinner , so they escorted us down to Dinner and on completion we resumed the business of getting our map of the resort and shown where our room was!! Room was beautiful , very clean and a stunning view from the 5th floor balcony, a massive bathroom with a huge walk in shower, his and hers sinks, lovely. The pools were great all heated and there seemed to be plenty of sun beds.. even though it would seem to be in peoples holiday routine to get up really early and bag a sunbed. Meals were good, favourite restaurant was the Italian, very nice food and all served at the table !! No Buffet anywhere. There was just somethings I personally did not like with the Buffet like, after a while it became a bit boring, sorry. The salads were a bit to pretty and fussy where I would just love to see a large bowl of Coleslaw, and not occasionally a tiny bowl of chicken coleslaw!! The cups for tea and coffee at breakfast are small so you have to keep getting a refil which means getting it from the machine which likeminded people are doing so it can be congested, and when you get back to your table, your food is cold. Also at the desert table there is a great idea....... bowls of sweeties for the kids ( And adults) however how many children's hands went in those bowls per meal???? Lots and those hands have been where?? Noses, toilets etc I am talking 5,6,7 year olds . Sorry to be a Party Pooper but I really think children should be supervised at a buffet, not just at this hotel but wherever there is a buffet. Great things about the Buffet, The staff!!!! Massive shout out to Katya!! That Girl has got Hotel Manager written all over her. She is always smiling, always happy to help she is made for the Hospitality Industry, because of her leadership the others on shift with her are also very good. If you have not promoted this young lady yet ..... then do so before she is poached by another hotel. Katya is not the only person that we thought was great. We spent a lot of our time relaxing at the tables of the snack bar, relaxing reading etc. We do not lie in the sun anymore, we are older with sun damage , so we have learnt our lesson and it is very liberating not to be part of the sunbed wars. However I digress, the bar staff here were also amazing in particular Yerai Rodriuez, such a friendly guy, and so good at his job. next the evening bar and terrace . great entertainment especially the flagship night on Saturday with the Elton John Tribute absolutely Brilliant!! And the Bar staff here also work really hard. with a special shout out to Marco, very good at his job and even when really busy is very funny!!1 So good at what he does, has an Eagle eye for an empty glass that needs filling!! Over all a great hotel, as always some hotels do things better than others and vice versa . a great thing to bear in mind also is that the bar is all branded names. my poison is rum and I was drinking Havana 7 . Well done H10 great holiday.

ATLANTIC SUNSET, TENERIFE Best H10 hotel we have visited in the Canary Islands.

We have visited several H10 hotels in various Canary islands. H10 Atlantic Sunset Horizons is by far the best of the brand we have tried. It scores top points on Style, Cleanliness, Gastronomy and the staff are absolutely brilliant, outstandingly friendly and helpful at all times. Not once did we come across unfriendly, difficult or miserable staff members. All were nice people who go that extra mile to help in any way they can. Some notable staff who made our holiday smooth, peaceful and comfortable included: Cleyde Moreira , our happy smiling, hardworking maid, Alessandra Glez bar staff, similarly happy and smiling, nothing was a problem Marcos, this gentleman is a proper comedian, mixing and joking with customers continuously while going about his work duties, wherever he operates he brings smiles and laughter and fun to the room and to your holiday. Other notable characters but by no means all include, Jose Ramon, Joel, Yoleisy, Gianne Frank, Jean Franco, I apologise if I have missed any of those we have met. The hotel food is outstanding in all of the restaurants wether general or themed restaurant. We tried 3 themed restaurant, Italian Stromboli, Japanese Tenpanyaki and Route 66 American diner. At each er found the Food is freshly cooked, excellent variety of choice, nutritious and very tasty. Likewise the everyday general restaurants are very very good quality. There are good quality wines freely available if all inclusive and reasonably priced if not AI. Bars supply international spirits and drinks, copious amounts again if you are on AI. There is several bars, however you can get access to private lounge, dining rooms and bars with infinite swimming pools if you go to privledge level and we found it value for money. There are ample good cushioned sunbeds scattered around the well maintained pools and gardens of the hotel grounds. Would we go there again, most definitely a big yes and we are already planning for next year. One final thing the hotel both inside and out is kept meticulously clean. Try it you will not be disappointed.
