BOOK THIS HOTEL, then read the review, you wont regret it!!!!

Well, what can I possibly say about this hotel and its staff that will do it even a fraction of justice?? This is our second time staying at this hotel and it just seems to get better and better; the check in experience being a warm welcome and a cold glass of bubbly makes you instantly relaxed and excited for your stay. The room/building was once again exceptionally clean, well equipped and genuinely felt like a home for the two weeks we were here (both times we have stayed we have had a sea-view balcony room in building 2, floor 4). The food is so good, it almost needs its own post!! The central buffet is always filled to the brim with fresh, delicious and very versatile foods, so you dont get meal fatigue if you eat breakfast, lunch and dinner there (this is rare as most hotels I have stayed in previously I feel I have grown tired of the meals after a few days) I wish I had made note of more of the staffs names because they are all wonderful, but a special mention to Adela and the other girls, who always remembered our drinks order and welcomed us with a smile. When you book All Inclusive for 13 nights, you get several free dinner reservations at one of the three restaurants on site; the Teppanyaki restaurant was an amazing experience and great food, but the star of the show for us is Route 66; we chose to eat there 4 times out of 6 because the food was so outstanding, but also because of Rochdi, one of the kindest, funniest and most genuine people weve met in Tenerife and we were lucky enough to form a friendship with him, even though he always had a full restaurant of people to look after, he always makes time for each table individually and for that, I feel he deserves so much praise and appreciation. This holiday was made even more special by the fact we got engaged on day two, and all the staff were so excited and made us feel like celebrities because of it, again just that extra touch that is rare and special, as you dont get all of this in a lot of places. I have rambled on for too long already, and yet there is so much more I could say. So I will leave with this; you will NOT regret booking here, we have already booked for May 2027 and cannot wait to come home to H10; our Tenerifian paradise

We have had a couple on meals in Route 66 that's have been amazing! 100% would recommend. Rochdi was fantastic manager very welcoming and amazing host

Worth a visit..

This is a fantastic Hotel. We booked Privilege and have used all Al la Carte restaurants and am impressed with the food at all. However, we have been to this hotel previously and decided to go privilege as the ability to utilise The view Restaurant for both breakfast and Dinner when required made a massive difference. The atmosphere is calm and the food options are great. All those who work here are friendly and work hard. Always very welcoming and the service in the restaurants especially is spot on. Im sure that theyll be visitors that find fault with certain aspects of the hotel but we have returned so that must be a big thumbs up from us. We go home on Tuesday and have a had a great week with plenty of good food, relaxed atmosphere, spotless environment and great weather. See you again soon Sunset

Route 66 restaurant

We dined at the Route 66 restaurant with our family. Rochdi and his staff went above and beyond to accommodate allergies and ensured we all have an enjoyable relaxing meal. Food was amazing as well as the staff.
