Worth a visit..

This is a fantastic Hotel. We booked Privilege and have used all Al la Carte restaurants and am impressed with the food at all. However, we have been to this hotel previously and decided to go privilege as the ability to utilise The view Restaurant for both breakfast and Dinner when required made a massive difference. The atmosphere is calm and the food options are great. All those who work here are friendly and work hard. Always very welcoming and the service in the restaurants especially is spot on. Im sure that theyll be visitors that find fault with certain aspects of the hotel but we have returned so that must be a big thumbs up from us. We go home on Tuesday and have a had a great week with plenty of good food, relaxed atmosphere, spotless environment and great weather. See you again soon Sunset

This is a great Hotel and overall I rate it excellent we had a great holiday sea view room all inclusive basis. See below for some more detailed review First impressions Asked to show the reservation at the gate to enter. Reception check in was ok but we didn't feel welcome. No towel or drink. I emailed the hotel 2 days prior informing them of our late night arrival and of they would have some vegetarian food ready for us. They said you didnt inform us ,even after showing the email I sent. Didn't show us to our room. Coffee shop Really enjoyed Mike's bar coffee - 1 day in the staying.it was closed for maintenence. Coffee at Mike's bar and lobby bar was luke warm hot and miss. Cakes at Mike's great and also smoothies and milkshakes great. Food Generally very good menue something for everyone. Food was varied for.us as vegetarians but pleased with staples such as pizza and lasagna and some veg sides. The salad offering was not a lot - about 6-7 bowls of cut salad , not enough. Plus meat and salad were cross contaminated due to being too close together. Could really do with a veg area seperate. Stromboli pizza was excellent and service was spot on. All staff around the hotel are generally cheery and polite. But Cross contamination- pizza cutters used for veg and meat pizzas are same, off putting as a vegetarian. No food is labelled as vegan or vegetarian, I had to ask the chefs for specifics. Room: Large modern airy good lighting compared to other dimly little hotels. Large balcony we had booked a sea view room and it was amazing. Cleaners all good, came around 10am someday but we said plz come later and they did. Bathroom: I like that the toilet and shower areas are large and partiand off. Although the bathroom is large and cleanthe Showerhas hardly any water pressure to it that was a big let down as always look forward to a good shower. Not good for a 5 star hotel. Bathrobes towels slippers toiletires all provided. Mini bar fridge is a welcome asset to.the room as it the new digital safe. Room entry on hand tag is easy. Staff: All staff hard working and well manered. Shout out to Marcos , always happy to help and good comedy Checkout:Checkout at 12 noon is not good. We arrived late night the first night and had a late flight out. They charge 15 euros per hour for late checkout and its not guaranteed. No courtesy call or even asking us how was your stay, just 'ok you are checked out'. they did allow us to stay on site and eat which was helpful. The infinity pool is relaxed and enjoyable. The hotel is a little isolated if you have a car then no issues. but - they charge for parking 6 euros a day. Even though the hotel has ample parking which was empty most days - thry should include this for reserved guests free. Some reviews mentioned noise issues from hard rock hotel opposite - there was loud music the night we got there on Saturday after that it was fine. The final verdict - this is a great hotel just needs some ninor things sorting. I would definately return anytime.

Stromboli was delicious!

Ismail are waiter at the Stromboli was absolutely superb! We will definitely come back.
