Lovely hotel in an excellent location, all staff were very friendly and helpful, check in was simple and easy, we were given a map of the city and tips on what to see etc.
the breakfast was really good , a nice variety of different foods and we enjoyed it very much.
Cant fault the service from the staff
this wasnt an issue for us but the rooms were a little smaller than we are normally used to, however considering the location and the amount of time we spent in the room it wasnt an issue for us.

When things go wrong, you find out how good a hotel is. The H10 Casa de la Plata were brilliant. Our planned arrival was delayed and return home hastened because of the the dreadful rail disaster. But Ester, the manager, accommodated our changed itinerary even though she didn't have to. So thanks Ester- you helped make our stay fabulous. The hotel is spotless, breakfast generous and varied, staff friendly and helpful. Frankly, an outstanding hotel.

original and modern hotel, not like any standard hotel. crew (reception, breakfast, cleaning) very nice and friendly. clean, big room for 3, very quiet but central location. easy to reach with taxi from airport (taxi at la Setas)
we stayed 4 days with a family of 3. breakfast offered different original options every day: very good, diverse, fresh plus you could order with a menu, which was included.
we are happy to recommend this hotel and will certainly check if there is a H10 hotel for our next city-trip.

An Excellent Choice!

Wonderful from start to finish. The front desk staff was very welcoming and hospitable. Upon arrival, we were lucky to be offered an upgraded room and a glass of cava. Our room was sparkling clean, very comfortable, and the quirky decor made me giggle. We were on the 3rd floor with a nice view and easy access to the rooftop. I typically don't use the coffee pots in hotel rooms... but I felt safe to make an exception, enjoying a nice espresso in the morning as I got ready. The bidet was a nice surprise - life changing if you were to ask my husband. We did not partake in the breakfast, but the food and drinks from the rooftop bar were very satisfying - perhaps a little pricy for the area (average by US standards), but not unexpected for a nice hotel. Great mojitos! The pool is small, as can be expected from a boutique hotel in the city center, but we were always able to find a place to sit and relax in the afternoons. It was a refreshing break after a long day of walking and exploring before getting ready for the evenings festivities. Location was perfect! Super walkable and central to all of the major sites. Atmosphere felt elevated but approachable. Absolutely no complaints and highly recommend. We booked online directly through the hotel's website, and received a surprisingly affordable rate for the quality of the experience.
