Amazing experience

Our stay at H10 Casa de la Plata was one of those experiences that makes a trip truly memorable. The hotel is beautifully maintained, with a strong sense of cleanliness, order, and calm in every corner. It immediately feels like a place you can relax and feel at ease. The location is outstandingwithin a short and pleasant walk you find yourself immersed in the true heart of Seville, surrounded by its streets, history, food, and vibrant atmosphere. Breakfast was rich, fresh, and generous, offering a wide variety of high-quality options and setting the tone for a great day. Added to this is the very reasonable price, which makes the overall value exceptional for the level of comfort and service provided. What truly makes this hotel special, though, is the warmth and personal care of the staff. Their attention goes far beyond standard hospitality. During our stay, my wife became ill, and without hesitation, the team immediately arranged for a professional doctor to come to the hotelentirely at their own expense. This was done with sensitivity, efficiency, and genuine concern for her well-being. H10 Casa de la Plata is not just a hotel with a great location and excellent facilitiesit is a place where guests feel genuinely cared for. We left feeling grateful, reassured, and already wanting to return. I would wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking to experience Seville in comfort, warmth, and peace of mind.

Great location

We stayed in early December, we were greeted by Antonio on front desk, and gave us a run though about hotel and sights in Seville. We had a Seville facing room on top floor very nice room and light out look, hotel is in pedestrian area of old town which was great and easy to walk to all areas. We had Breakfast the staff were great, very helpful and friendly a lovely buffet selection and cooked food. Hotel very clean and lovely layout Housekeeping staff done a very good job. We went up to roof area once at night to see all Christmas lights in streets around hotel and once in afternoon and took a cup of tea up and chilled out. We asked for a kettle as they are not in room, to make tea only coffee machine. We would use this hotel again and have told friends about it aswell. Would use this hotel

Good hotel in Sevilla

Hotel H10 Casa de la Plata is located in the old city of Sevilla, just 2 minutes walk from the Metropol Parasol and 5 minutes walk from the Cathedral: it is a vewry good starting point to visit the city. I had a very good room, with a comfortable bed and very good bathroom. Cleanliness was excellent, heating/air conditioning worked very well and was not noisy. My room was on the back side, over the internal patio, it was very quiet, with no noises from outside. However, it was also quite dark: electric lightning was needed also during the day. Free wi-fi worked very well, and staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was outstandingly good, with a lot of choices available. There is also a rooftop with bar and swimming pool, from which you have a nice view of the city.

An Excellent Choice!

Wonderful from start to finish. The front desk staff was very welcoming and hospitable. Upon arrival, we were lucky to be offered an upgraded room and a glass of cava. Our room was sparkling clean, very comfortable, and the quirky decor made me giggle. We were on the 3rd floor with a nice view and easy access to the rooftop. I typically don't use the coffee pots in hotel rooms... but I felt safe to make an exception, enjoying a nice espresso in the morning as I got ready. The bidet was a nice surprise - life changing if you were to ask my husband. We did not partake in the breakfast, but the food and drinks from the rooftop bar were very satisfying - perhaps a little pricy for the area (average by US standards), but not unexpected for a nice hotel. Great mojitos! The pool is small, as can be expected from a boutique hotel in the city center, but we were always able to find a place to sit and relax in the afternoons. It was a refreshing break after a long day of walking and exploring before getting ready for the evenings festivities. Location was perfect! Super walkable and central to all of the major sites. Atmosphere felt elevated but approachable. Absolutely no complaints and highly recommend. We booked online directly through the hotel's website, and received a surprisingly affordable rate for the quality of the experience.
