Arrived yesterday and been impressed since arriving, the bar staff are really lovely people pua and Alex are really friendly at the sports bar would recommend you calling in to say hello and get a drink from the bar top at making cocktails too

Amazing Hotel, Amazing Animation Team, Fun Sponge Lifeguard!

We recently returned from our second stay at the H10 Salauris Palace, having first visited 6 years ago, and it was just as lovely as we remembered. The hotel is spotless, modern, and very well maintained, with a relaxing atmosphere throughout. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the location is perfect.. close to the beach, shops, and PortAventura while still being peaceful in the evenings. The food was excellent, especially the breakfast buffet with plenty of choice each morning, and the staff around the hotel were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The pool area was also clean and never felt overcrowded, with plenty of loungers available. A massive shoutout has to go to the animation team, especially Raul and Danny. What a pair! Any hotel would be lucky to have these two lads working for them. They kept us entertained all week, were genuinely lovely human beings, and were absolutely incredible with the kids. They really made our holiday extra special and are a huge credit to the hotel. Also worth mentioning was the guy behind the pool bar (tattoos) my daughter nicknamed him the dancing man because he was always smiling, dancing around, and bringing such good energy. He was incredibly friendly, attentive, and brilliant with the guests. Staff like this really make all the difference. The only criticism we had this time was the overly strict lifeguard around the pool. Children were not allowed to play with balls in the pool and inflatables were completely banned, even when the pool was almost empty. At one point, a girl was even asked to get out of the pool simply for lying on a lilo. We completely understand having stricter rules during peak season or when the pool is busy for safety reasons, but it felt unnecessary given how quiet it was at the time and it did take away some of the fun atmosphere for families. That said, overall we still had a fantastic holiday and would happily return again in the future.

Our first family holiday in Salou!

Weve just returned from our first holiday abroad with our daughter, and staying at H10 Salauris Palace made it such a special experience for our family. We were blessed with amazing weather throughout the trip, but what really made the holiday memorable was the atmosphere and the people at the hotel. Every single member of staff was fantastic and so sweet with our daughter, which meant a lot to us as first-time family travellers. Everyone made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. A huge shoutout has to go to Facu at the pool bar. He treated me more like a friend than a guest, always greeting us with a smile and making time for a chat. He even helped me with my Spanish during the stay, which I really appreciated! His positive energy genuinely added to our holiday. If you visit, definitely go and see Facu for a cocktail by the pool! I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Salou. Thank you to everyone at the hotel for helping create such wonderful family memories.

Great hotel

Great location. Staff can't do enough for you. Entertainment team fantastic. Food great as usual. Rooms great size . Great value.
