Xaloc Restaurant
Restaurant with a varied buffet, show cooking and boulangerie, as well as a pleasant terrace. Drinks not included. Dress code: to guarantee a pleasant environment, guests are not allowed in the Xaloc restaurant in swimwear or barefoot. Gentlemen are also kindly asked to refrain from wearing vests.
Located in the lobby, with an indoor and an outdoor space, it is the ideal place to enjoy a drink or have some snacks. It offers live music and shows every night, on the indoor stage during the off-season, and on the outdoor stage during the high season.

Great friendly hotel, staff extremely friendly, helpful and attentive. Rooms
Are basic but comfortable, great bathroom/shower, AC powerful, good size balcony overlooking pool area, cleaners always available. Food is what you would expect for half board, busier times for breakfast and evening meal so plan to arrive earlier, bars were busy but always well staffed, good selection. Great idea to load up wristband with Euros to pay as you go, or pay by card.
Pool etiquette was a struggle to begin with, with the usual sunbed wars at 9am. But tbh dont waste your time, we went down at 930 after the carnage and always got good beds.
Sky bar/deck is worth visiting on the roof, adults only but very chilled vibe and great views of the surrounding area. Entertainment team were fun and very friendly, always smiling and interacting with visitors and children. Only moan is the pool standards with what can be used in pool for example balls or inflatables, but all in all it was a lovely stay, no concerns, staff were excellent, hotel was clean and comfortable, we would recommend and definitely visit again if we go to Salou.
Beach was 10min walk, great night life and busy on the sea front, perfect for late night walks and also night swim,
Portaventura was only 15min slow walk away,

All staff super friedly and helpful. Shout out to victor who look after us all week keeping us hydrated.
Breakfast everthing you need and tasty. Entertainment was excellent my 9 year old love it and the get everyone involved credit to them.
Rooms cleaned evey day with fresh towels. We had a room right above the stage with a pool view so would recommend that with anyone wanting early nights but turned out the boy loved the Entertainment of an evening so work out well. Lovey time would defo stay in h10

We choose the hotel because of its proximity to PortAventura World as its only a 10 minute walk.
The hotel was spotless and staff were always tidying up as they wandered past. Our room was very spacious and was situated at the front of the hotel , which meant we could see the fireworks from the theme park at the end of the evening.
We had half board and the food was the typical buffet style with different themes and lots of fresh fruit.
The bar staff we're always happy to serve and a special shout out to Teona and Connor who served us most days at the snack bar by the pool.
Would I return ? Most definitely!
