H10 Salauris Palace, Salou - Cambrils

Will be back

We arrived here late as our flight was delayed Our party was 3 adults and 2 children ages 18 months and 3 years the 3 years old is non verbal so he makes a bit of noise but nothing that would keep you up at night anyway the family in the room next to ours banged on the door demanding we be quiet, we explained that we just arrived and would keep the noise down. I informed reception and I was assured it was fine. Until the next night when I say we were late arriving it was just past 10pm The next night my son and daughter had gone to the theme park so it was before 11 I was in the room with my grandchildren when the wall started to get banged I wasnt making any noise as the baby was asleep but the older boy was awake and I wasnt making any noise just playing with him the next morning the door got banged again and I was ordered by the guest next door that I needed to fking change rooms. Well lets say I dont know how I managed to stay calm she was screaming and fkn and all sorts Cut a long story short I went back to reception this family were there as well they were a family of four 2 fairly late teens and their parents In the end the assistant manager a beautiful young girl couldnt have been nicer we changed rooms and were upgraded As for the other family they left the next day so all their complaints were for 2 nights Other than that had a fantastic stay beautiful hotel food was very nice and the staff were wonderful

Lovely first visit to Salou.

First time in Salou as we usually do Majorca. Wanted to try somewhere else and the fact there is a tui flight from Aberdeen with good flight times, was the main attraction ! I was pleasantly surprised with Salou, what a beautiful place, I was expecting a concrete jungle but got my eyes opened on the first morning with my early morning walk on the Promenade.! The Salauris Palace didn't disappoint either.! The hotel is spotlessly clean, good sized rooms and very good food.! Beautiful and good sized pool which I managed to get a good swim in every morning after breakfast, before it got too busy. Always got sunbeds in a good position every day ! All hotel staff were very helpful and we were treated very well. Overall it was a great week in Salou and the Salauris Palace and we will be Returning.! Tip, there is a lovely bakery 5 mins from hotel for a afternoon snack and coffee (Or beer if you prefer !)

Fantastic stay - would recommend

Room 559 We had a fantastic stay at the H10 Salou Salauris Palace and honestly couldnt fault the place. From the hotel itself to the food, everything was really good, and we would definitely recommend staying here. We were travelling with our 2 x 3-year-old twins, and the entertainment team were absolutely brilliant with them. They couldnt do enough for them, Daisy was a huge hit (after a few tears!) They were up dancing every night! What really stood out to us, though, was how incredible the staff were when we had a medical emergency within our family during the stay. The hotel manager, in particular, went above and beyond to help us. She arranged for a doctor to come out and helped us get to a private hospital when needed. She continued to check in on us, making sure everything was okay and asking for updates on how our family member was doing. During what was obviously a very stressful and worrying time for us, having the support and kindness of the hotel staff meant so much. We genuinely couldnt have asked for more from them. A big thank you to everyone at H10 Salou Salauris Palace, especially the entertainment team, Daisy and the hotel manager. You all helped make our holiday a memorable one for all the right reasons, and we would happily recommend the hotel to other families.
