H10 Delfín, Salou - Cambrils

We had never been to Salou before and took a chance on the Delfin based on reviews and a facebook group. Firstly the hotel is in a great location just s few minutes walk from shops bars and seafront, when we arrived the young lady on reception who checked us in was lovely friendly and welcoming. What's good at the Delfin that we've never had before is a wristband that each guest has it's your room key, which is great, it means everyone has a key plus the card for the electric is always on, your air con is always on, also you can put money on it to pay at the bars in the hotel. Our room was small but big enough, very comfy beds and pillows and a very good shower, it was cleaned daily with fresh towels. The main bar just off reception is beautifully laid out with sofas chairs and tables, more sofas tables and chairs outside with a pool view. Bar prices are very reasonable for a hotel bar. The young waiters who work the bars work tirelessly, they are all friendly and polite with a special shout out to Lorenzo. Three bars open during the day, main bar, pool bar that has snacks and ice cream during the day and the rooftop bar. Three pools, main pool with a waterfall, with timed spa corner, a smaller pool with timed spa corners, and a small pool just for dipping in on the rooftop. All the pools are kept lovely and clean. People do queue up at 9.00am for the pool opening, and unfortunately do leave towels on beds, we did see them taken off on one occasion, much to the fury of the guests, they left just a towel on the base of their bed for at least 3 hours. There's always beds to be had, maybe not in prime position. Pool towels are available with a 10 refundable deposit. The restaurant is clean and modern, not a lot of choice but what there is, is delicious, I'm a very fussy eater and had no problems. All in all, a lovely clean hotel with great staff and a great location, we will most definitely be visiting again.

Just returned after a wonderful week at the H10 Delfin and we loved every minute of it . We had a lovely clean room on the 4th floor overlooking the pool . Easy book in by excellent helpful staff ! The hotel is spotlessly clean throughout due to the excellent cleaning staff. Used the restaurant a few times during the week and the food was lovely with a wide choice of everything you could want . Great system with the wristbands giving you access to your room and enabling you to put cash on it to avoid having to carry money or cards around . Room cleaned and fresh towels whenever you wanted by fantastic friendly cleaners. All staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful. Would definitely return and would definitely recommend if you are looking for an adults only hotel .

Leaving today and just want to say I've had a amazing stay here staff were friendly the rooms were clean and beds were comfy also the wristbands were very useful as they opened the room door so we did t ever had to worry about forgetting our room key and u could use them to buy drinks and snacks at the bar or snack bar and didn't had to bring money with us and the pools were great also had a amazing stay The only issue I had was the shower as it kept changing temperature 1 min it would be freezing cold next min it would be ok then next min it would be boiling hot not complaining just want to let people be aware but other than that everything was brilliant I would stay here again if I come back to Salou

Close to Reus airport So quite easy to book a private transfer The hotel is adults only with several pools and quite easy to get a sun bed The beach is a very short stroll and is a beautiful sandy beach Sun beds are pricey and can cost up to 35 euros a day We found some at 30 a day with 2 free beers Our hotel is exceptionally clean with all the staff very helpful and friendly The bar isnt as expensive as some hotels Our favourite though is the food The variety and standard is excellent The entertainment staff are enthusiastic and very good at what they do The evening entertainment is well worth a visit if you dont fancy wondering round the very close shops and bars Despite its proximity to main Salou it is very quiet and peaceful They are building a car park by the hotel but I can honestly say we havent heard any noise Would highly recommend this hotel and its great for the elderly or those who struggle with walking as its so self contained Barcelona is close about 1 1/2 hours by train We will be back
