More or less an adult hotel perfect for quiet get away

Lets start with the good bits clean, nice big pool. Room done every day. Food not to bad managed to find things I liked. Most of the reception staff were lovely apart from one who was so rude to me and my daughter we were in total shock. Negatives no ball games, rubber rings, etc allowed at all in the pool. Saw a few kids crying because of this including my grand children. It took two hours on the easy jet transfer to get to the hotel so be prepared for a long journey. Not much to do for kids half hour entertainment so late 9 oclock evening. If you want a nice quiet holiday near the beach perfect. Not really for kids.

Welcoming, clean and spacious hotel

Hotel is immaculate. We felt very welcome as soon as we arrived. Room was spacious (we had first floor room with 2 single beds and 1 double bed with a bigger balcony overlooking tennis courts) room was also cleaned daily and towels changed. The whole hotel feels very clean! Safe is also free and WiFi is good all around the hotel.
Staff are very polite and attentive at the bar and round the buffet. Food was good for the most part but theres plenty places to eat within a 20 min walk either way up or down the coast.
One gripe is people reserving sunbeds then not turning up (although the lifeguard started taking peoples towels away at 11am if no one arrived)
Hotel is a stones throw away from two supermarkets, a gift shop and a pharmacy so you can stock up on essentials.
Beach is a 5 min walk down the road and bus stops are right outside to go to Salou or Cambrils.
Towels can be rented (10 deposit that you get back)
One thing to note is that the hotel bar, pool bar and restaurant are all cashless. You can either pay on card or you get a wrist band which can be pre loaded or paid upon check out (or if you reach the 300 limit)
Entertainment staff were great with kids (and adults) and there was plenty to do throughout the day. Nighttime entertainment was also great although currently inside so get in early to get a seat.
Our first time to Cambrils/Salou and I would return to this hotel!
