El Beso nice, but only small part of resort

Very clean, great employees. Restaurants are decent, but you have to work for it. Waited 45 minutes to make reservations one morning. Waited in line numerous times to get in. 15 minutes to get a coffee at Mikes Coffee. Dont remember having to do that at other resorts weve stayed at. El Beso was only 1 of 4 buildings/pools so be aware that most restaurants have kids.

Alan was our cocktail waiter in the main lobby and he was amazing and very friendly, kept the drinks coming every night.
