My Fiancée and I just finished our second trip to this resort. First time in April 2023, and second January 2026. Absolutely amazing time. We opted for the Privilege package both times, our butler Joel was awesome, very responsive and incredibly helpful with whatever we needed. We had the opportunity to try most of the restaurants but we often ended up at the lighthouse restaurant, which was always fantastic. A few minor inconveniences throughout our stay. However, emphasis on minor. The Wifi wasnt the greatest when we first arrived, not a big deal by any means, and also out of control of the resort. But Joel did an amazing job by contacting the necessary people to have it fixed quickly. Which we greatly appreciated. Also, if youre planning on heading to the pool, or lazy river, the chairs get taken up pretty quickly, people head over and reserve them with towels early in the morning. Again minor issue, and out of the resorts control. Its difficult to teach Adults how to share. If you opt for the privilege upgrade, there are dedicated areas to those who are privilege members and your odds of securing a seat are much higher. All of the staff at the resort were phenomenal, the cleaning staff is top notch, the bar tenders always kept a drink in our hands. The waiters, waitresses and baristas were awesome. And its refreshing to see the staff put some pride in their work, and be passionate about their jobs. Overall amazing experience, definitely going to be returning!
