The place is absolutely beautiful when you enter the main lobby . We checked in very quickly and we were assigned our butler and he was fantastic. He came right away and got us and brought us to our room. Deiby Santana was fantastic. He did everything for us made our reservations for dinner and also anything that we needed for the day , he would send us our itinerary for each day . And he would also come and check up on us at beach . He made sure when we were on the privileged beach that we had our waiter and everything was done for us. He was fantastic. Our waiter Marckendy on the beach was there every morning at our service he was excellent. Juana our bartender in the main lobby she was also excellent . Isaac, Miguel and Mark all our waiters in the restaurant were fantastic.. The food was excellent We ate at the steakhouse and the blue moon was fantastic and also at pez demo and the privilege restaurant they were excellent . buffet we had one day for lunch that was excellent. Also, lots to choose from and the food was prepared on site. . The beach was turquoise, blue water and white sandy beach . It was a little bit wavy, but thats Mother Nature for you and windy . There was coral rocks in some spots but if you walked around it a little bit you could go in the water was absolutely beautiful. the kids were playing, they were riding the waves and also if you walked on the left side, there was a more calmer water, the lagoon, which every day I walked their to swim . it was beautiful. Entertainment at night time was fantastic. Everybody worked so hard . There was so much to do there. It had lots of pools you can go choose from and a lazy river . Thank you to everyone.
